Most organizations today realize that a satisfied' employee is not necessarily the 'best' employee in terms of loyalty and productivity. It is only an 'engaged employee who is intellectually and emotionally bound with the organization, feels passionate about its goals and is committed towards its values. Employee engagement relates to the employee's commitment to the organization's success. Engaged employees who are inspired and guided by the leadership, equipped with the right tools and managed by the right systems and processes deliver superior performance. Earlier, an organisation's success was measured in terms of employee satisfaction from the employee engagement activities. [1] However, engaging employees through various methods and channels also became obsolete and it is now time to go beyond engagement and focus on Employee Passion a core factor that creates success for the organization.

Teachers have a pivotal role in our education system. However, inefficiency in teachers can affect the very foundation of this education system and which in turn will lead to the downfall of society and the nation. It is well said that the quality of education depends on the quality of teachers, so it is essential to prepare a quality teacher. As the teacher acts as transmitter of knowledge, motivator, and manager so it is dire need to train the prospective teacher in Life skills. According to WHO life skills have been defined as "the abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enables individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life". The present study include ten Life skills as suggested by WHO i.e. Self-awareness skill, Interpersonal skill, Effective Communication skill, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Coping with Stress, Coping with Emotion, and Empathy. A descriptive survey method is used for this study. The data of 100 prospective teachers in which 50 female and 50 male prospective teachers were collected by random cluster sampling technique from two B.Ed. colleges of Ludhiana affiliated to Punjab University Chandigarh. Moreover, t-test is used as a statistical technique to compare the life skills between male and female prospective teachers. However, the investigator found no significant difference between the male and female prospective teachers in their Life Skills.

I introduce an operationally meaningful measure of correlation for multipartite states. This measure can detect entanglement for any multipartite state even if it has no genuine multipartite entanglement and is applicable for multipartite systems of arbitrary dimensions. I will provide an information theoretic interpretation of our measure in terms of quantum mutual information for pure states. It allows us to find the physical reason behind perfect teleportation and superdense coding through W-class states. I will generalize this concepts to form a hierarchy of correlation measures for multipartite states.

The northeast is surely one of the hotspots of insurgency in post-colonial india. No other place in the entire South Asia is pregnant with so many insurgent groups as the northeast. It is observed that lack of socio-economic development is the root cause for social upheaval and insurgency in the region. However, one of the most vital impacts of insurgency and similar social issues is the influence that they exert on literature. Literature, as a mode of expression, gives authentic presentation of contemporary situation. It is worth mentioning here that huge numbers of books and essays have been written on the problem of insurgency by various northeastern writers. Thus, the insurgency problem of northeast has led to creation of various literary works in different languages. Temsula Ao of Nagaland is one such writer who has contributed books, essays, short stories on insurgency in northeast and its impact on the lives of common people of this region.

The eighth goal of the Global Action Plan for Noncommunicable Diseases states that at least 50% of eligible people should receive medication and counselling (including blood sugar control) to prevent heart attacks and strokes. Using holistic cardiovascular risk methods to prevent heart attacks and strokes is more cost-effective than treatment decisions based solely on individual risk factor thresholds, and should be part of the universal health coverage core benefit plan. At the individual level, in order to prevent the first heart attack and stroke, individual health interventions should target individuals with high overall cardiovascular risk or individuals with individual risk factors above traditional thresholds (such as hypertension and hypercholesterolemia). However, the delayed recognition and diagnosis of celiac disease can cause permanent damage to the heart. Heart failure can be life-threatening, but early treatment for heart disease can help prevent complications. This can cause heart disease, which can lead to complications and problems.Cardiovascular disease (CVD), despite significant advances in diagnosis and treatment, continues to be the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. To improve and optimize cardiovascular disease outcomes, AI can fundamentally change the way we approach cardiology, especially in imaging, offering us new tools for interpreting data and making clinical decisions. Artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning and deep learning can also improve medical knowledge by increasing the volume and complexity of data, providing clinically relevant information.

The poem is an elegy in name but not in form; it employs a style similar to that of contemporary odes, but it embodies a meditation on death, and remembrance after death. The poem argues that the remembrance can be good and bad, and the narrator finds comfort in pondering the lives of the obscure rustics buried in the churchyard. The paper will delve into how the poet celebrates the death of anonymous people and criticise the idea of fame and tombs erected on the burials of famous people only.

This study provides a thorough analysis of the various biometric types, including their advantages and disadvantages. It compares the different types and provides details about false acceptance and false rejection rates, along with their equations. Biometric screening systems are used to test and identify persons using their physiological or behavioral characteristics. Using only one recognition device is not suitable for identification systems. Multi-factor authentication can improve system security by using two or more kinds of security types, such as passwords and cards, but this is not an ideal security scheme. Passwords may be forgotten or inputted incorrectly, or the identification card may be stolen. To verify and classify people using their physiological attributes, biometric devices are used. These technologies can be classified as either behavioral or physiological biometrics. The former has many shortcomings, such as noisy data, inter-class similarity, intra-class variability, spoofing and universality, which reduce the system's accuracy. The success rate of recognition and verification is, however, substantially improved by multimodal biometric sensing and processing systems, which leverage the detection or processing of two or more behavioral or physiological traits.

In this digital era, social media have played a great role in the fashion industry by enabling consumers and anyone with an interest in fashion to have more interaction with fashion designers and high-end clothing, shoes and accessory firms. Our dependence on social media has grown a lot and has become more integrated into our lives. People have become more influenced by what they have been exposed online in an un presidential way especially when it comes to fashion. With social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Blogs, we can essentially become our own magazine editors, sharing our personalstyle with a potential to reach millions of users, fashion is more fluid and interactive than ever before changing the way fashion brands connect with their core audience. While traditional advertising platforms, such as billboard ads, magazine ads and television commercials lack immediate response, digital platforms with their interactive features have the potential to provide consumers and viewers an opportunity to like, comment, share or re-post in response to the digital branding of a fashion. This study tries to understand the new trends and techniques in the social media promotion of the fashion industry. How and what ways they are different from the conventional and traditional branding techniques in the fashion industry. This paper will draw an extensive discourse analysis of the selected social media promotion of the fashion industry in the form of fashion blogs, individual fashion promotions and corporate commercials on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Blogs.

Based on the concept of green chemistry, Co(II) and Zn(II) complexes of Schiff base ligands derived from 4,6-dimethoxysalicylaldehyde and glycine have been synthesized by solid-solid reaction at room temperature and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TGA and conductivity measurements. The results indicate that the complexes are non-electrolyte in nature and are stable in air but decomposes on heating. INTRODUCTION Schiff bases and their complexes are versatile compounds synthesized from the condensation of an amino compound with carbonyl compound and widely used for industrial purposes and also exhibit a broad range of biological activities.[1] Development of new chemotherapeutic Schiff bases and their metal complexes is now attracting the attention of medical chemists.[2] In the last decade, Schiff base ligands have received more attention mainly because of their wide applications in the field of synthesis and catalysis.[3] The attraction is still growing, such that a considerable research effort is today devoted to the synthesis of new Schiff base complexes with transition and main group metal ions to further develop application in both catalysis and material chemistry.[3] Amino acids constitute the building blocks of proteins and are chemical species indispensable for performing a huge number of biological functions. Amino acids and their derivative are extensively studied as typical N,O- donor ligands. The coordination compounds of amino acids also show good antimicrobial activities towards various microorganisms.[4] The use of Schiff bases as ligands in the formation of transition-metal complexes had been extensively studied, but the Schiff base ligands and its complexes were previously synthesized in some solvent and most synthetic methods were performed in ethanol or methanol solution.[5] This method had the disadvantages of long response time, the use of a large amount of solvents, environment pollution and low yield. Solid-solid chemical reaction at room temperature is the method used in a wide range of methods for the preparation of some compounds, and the method has a high rate and selectivity. Based on the concept of green chemistry, in this study cobalt(II) and zinc(II) complexes of the glycine- 4,6-dimethoxysalicylaldehyde Schiff base ligand have been synthesized and characterized.
