Mobile ad hoc networks use virtual nodes to transmit data over the network and is very dynamic by nature as it constantly changes its configuration and not controlled by any centralization. Studies on the performance of MANET protocols like AODV, DSDV, DSR to analyse their performances over various scenarios have been conducted. In real situations all types of traffics can also exist together in networks. Hence the objective of this paper is to study the performances of various protocols under the combination of FTP and CBR traffic generators using various scenarios like varying time, varying number of source-destination nodes over grid topology using Network Simulator NS-2.The Metrics taken into account for the Performance Evaluation of the mentioned protocols are Throughput, Average End to End Delay (AEED), Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) and Packets Dropped.

Abstract: Teachers are said to be the architects of the future generations and teachers can act as role models in the lives of learners and guide them in the process of education for development. The purpose of teacher education is to generate teachers who have academic and professional competencies. The role of teachers is no longer limited to teaching alone. They need to be thorough professional, high academic standard, pedagogical and practical skills. Teacher education emphasizes the development of specific knowledge, attitude, skills and behaviour patterns which an individual requires to perform a job sufficiently. Therefore teacher education should develop soft skills which are needed for a prospective teacher to become an excellent professional teacher. Students bring excellence in teaching competency through training in soft skills of teacher education.

A steady laminar free convective two-dimensional flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting over layer are discussed. We observe that skin friction (?) is lower for water (Pr=7, Sc=0.61) than for air (Pr= an infinite vertical plate embedded in the porous medium with heat and mass transfer is analyzed by taking into account the effect of viscous dissipation. The dimensionless governing equations for this investigation are solved by using perturbation technique. Numerical evaluation of the analytical results is performed and graphical results for velocity, temperature and concentration profiles with the boundary 0.71, Sc=0.22).

Unsteady two-dimensional MHD free convective heat and mass transfer flow of polar fluid past a vertical porous plate immersed in a porous medium with time dependent suction in presence of radiation with viscous dissipation has been considered by employing perturbation technique. Numerical evaluation of the analytical results is performed and the effect of different involved parameters such as rotational parameter, velocity slip parameter, temperature jump parameter, Prandtl number, radiation parameter, Schmidt number on velocity, temperature, skin friction and concentration profiles are plotted and discussed in this paper. We notice that when Radiation parameter decreases Nusselt number decreases on the other hand decrease in temperature jump parameter tends the Nusselt number to rise.

The best work-life balance is different for everyone because all have different priorities and different lives. Especially for married women employees in higher education creating a work life balance is a matter of concern. There are various factors which affect the work life balance flexible working hours, targets, and family and spouse support and work life balance policy of organization. The present study is based on non random convenient sampling technique. Primary data has been collected from 50 women faculty members. For percentage analyses the statistical tools have been used to analyze the study. The questionnaire had 51 items. The study conducted on married faculty members from the higher education institutes of the Navsari region regarding the challenges that they face in balancing professional life and personal life. Majority of were in the age group of 30-40 years and were teacher and lecturer as on initial stage. The majority were married and their monthly salary has been between the ranges of Rs.30,001 and Rs.40,000 and having two children, within the age group of 3 to 8. The majority was neutral towards for criticism or appropriate feedback for work performance from their superior, Effective Work life balance (WLB) to make them to stay healthy, satisfaction with working hours, satisfaction towards recognition for good performance of work. The working women find difficult to make special household activities. They are able to manage work life balance for the routine activities. The most of the teachers are at initial stages and few able to climb ladder to next level. There is stagnancy in the number of female per 100 male teachers and especially in higher posts which require more work or time the ratio is low as compare to other posts. The promotion to higher post requires a better work life balance to devote time and attention on research and development.

The routing protocol of WSN based on clustering hierarchy has been one of the important research topics. Clustering of sensor node is a more effective methodology to improve the network lifetime. The focal inadequacy of modern wireless sensor networks is constrained energy resources of sensors. The exploration of an enhanced molecule swarm streamlining strategy for WSN systems is introduced in this paper. PSO is an optimization technique which his helpful to improving network lifetime by improving energy depletion. The main intension of wireless sensor networks is too enhanced the network lifetime. Expanding the lifetime of the Wireless Sensor systems, energy preservation measures are vital for enhancing the execution of WSNs. The significant issues clinched alongside wireless sensor networks would on expand the organize lifetime. Stretching those lifetime of the wireless sensor systems, energy protection measures are key for upgrading those execution about WSNs. Wireless sensor organize (WSN) innovation organization need advertised the approachability for little and also minimal effort sensor nodes for proficiencies about sensing different sorts for physical also Ecological conditions, information processing, and remote correspondences algorithm may be suggested with move forward energy efficient clustering protocol outlined to wireless sensor networks. The Agri-automation is developed with the purpose of investigating the land temperature, humidity and smoke. The Arduino Uno micro controller is used to create the automated greenhouse. Three different sensors like Temperature sensor, Humidity sensor and Smoke sensor are used. The sensors control the two actuators which are LED Light and a Motor. The Light is used to change the Humidity and Motor is used to water the plant. The watering system and the temperature control system is tested both separately and together. The smoke sensor alerts the farmer through sms and the farmer performs respective actions to prevent the field from fire. The test result demonstrates that the temperature could be kept up in the coveted range and the outcome from the moistness sensor were uneven and in this way decipher as questionable.

Many directing conventions have been proposed for wireless sensor systems. These steering conventions are quite often in light of vitality proficiency. The transmission of imaging and video information needs steering conventions with both vital- ity productivity and Quality of Service (QoS) attributes so as to ensure the proficient utilization of the sensor hubs and powerful access to the gathered information. In planning a productive QoS steering convention, the unwavering quality and assurance of end-to-end postpone are basic occasions while rationing vitality. Hence, significant research has been centred around outlining vitality proficient and powerful QoS steering conventions. In this framework, we propose a vitality effective directing con- vention for heterogeneous WSNs to help the postpone touchy, transfer speed hungry, time-basic, and QoS-mindful applications. The proposed QoS-aware and heterogeneously clustered routing (QHCR) protocol preserves the vitality in the system and gives the committed ways to the ongoing and defer touchy applications.

This is a traffic control system which includes a device that performs detection of vehicle speed which is running above specified speed on highways and other roads as well as notifies authorities in an event of violation of rules. In earlier times, a lot of ideas were implemented to detect harsh driving or overspeeding of vehicles. Many of these system require human intervention and a lot of efforts which is very hard to implement. In this project we are designing the system that aims at early detection of over speeding vehicles and alert of those to the concerned authorities wirelessly. This in turn prevents occurrence of road accidents. The safe speed limit is specified by the authority which is responsible to control this system. The vehicle speed limit is depending on the traffic at particular location. System will capture the speed of vehicle and the time taken by vehicle to travel from one point to end point and it will display it on LCD where system is deployed. In addition to this, the buzzer gives a sound alert to the police and sends the required vehicle details and other details to the authority via ZigBee.

Development implies a change that is desirable, holistic and universal. In this sense Islam commands that one's environment must be cared for, protected and forbids destructing it in any way. It does so through the following means: It teaches us to establish justice. It specifies roles for men and women, where men are made in charge of the present and women are made responsible for the development of the future of society by raising good children. Men therefore are required to sacrifice to protect women and children so that the future of Islam is secure. Quran also deals with the social issues of proper distribution of wealth, through the institution of Zakat; so that the rich share their bounties with the poor and everyone help the destitute and weak, so everyone would have a supportsystem.Quran also teaches us to be good to our parents, everywhere in the Holy book Allah commands His obedience follows with the commands of obedience of parents, as they raised us and we are doing what we are doing in life because of their hard work and sacrifices. Quran and Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) also teaches us to treat our neighbours well, our family, fellows and human beings properly and even animals and plants should be treated properly as they are all created by Almighty Allah for a definite purpose. Quran and Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) also teach that the good should be strong and defend against the evil ones on any side. Quran also teaches that there are good people in all religions and faiths. The core of the Quran and Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is Monotheism, that is, Belief in Almighty Allah. This becomes the foundation of peace as Allah, the Unique, made everyone. So, Monotheism is the foundation of peaceful-coexistence. This paper aims to study the contribution of Holy Quran and Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in the development of society.
