Ultrasonography is one of the cheapest and protective approaches in medical imaging. This research aims at classification of medical ultrasound images of kidney as normal and abnormal kidney images In this work, the wiener filter is used to reduce the noise present in the image The gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) is used for examining the texture. It is used to find texture properties of an image by calculating the frequency of occurrence of pixel pairs with specific values and in a specified spatial relationship. Further, the Back-propagation Neural Network is used to classify the images as normal or abnormal kidney images. We got a better accuracy of 99%. The obtained result is then compared with the previous works.

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is meant to be a software application which monitors the network orsystem activities and finds if any malicious operations occur. Tremendous growth and usage of internet raises concerns about how to protect and communicate the digital information in a safe manner. We can build Intrusion detection system model to find attacks on system and can improve the system using captured data. By applying feature selection approach in machine learning, the NSLKDD data set obtained can be reduced and also can improve the intrusion detection using the captured data. By machine learning techniques, we can increase number of new unseen attacks the system of intrusion detection can be developed .Though efficient adaptive methods like various techniques of machine learning can result in higher detection rates, lower false alarm rates and reasonable computation and communication cost. With the use of data mining can result in frequent pattern mining, classification, clustering and mini data stream. This survey paper describes a focused literature survey of machine learning and data mining methods for cyber in support of intrusion detection

The principle point of this paper is, to propose the framework which is utilized for ATM security managing an account applicaion .The utilization of the ATM has expanded throughout the decades which has propelled us to utilize biometric for individual interesting distinguishing proof to acquire abnormal state security and precision .This paper depicts the substitution of ATM cards and sticks by biometric test confirmation .Moreover the element one time secret word bestows protection to clients and liberates client from reviewing pins and simple burglary incase of robbery. In this framework, the veritable client's biometric are selected and are put away in databases, when the exchange start and the biometric are cross checked and along these lines recognize from true blue client and the phony ones. A GSM module associated with arduino will send the 4 digit code that is created by framework to the real client's portable number. After the substantial OTP is entered the client can start exchange that he needs to do. On the off chance that incase there is any phony confirmation endeavors then the record is blocked. In this the biometric test utilized is unique finger impression coordinating. In this paper the test comes about are gotten on the informational collection of unique finger impression continuously utilizing unique finger impression module with particulars coordinating calculation.

The culture and life of a country can be described in a foreign language. Here, a country like India, its culture, the way people live here and their mind-set can be explained in a foreign language like English, but there is always an emotion missing which cannot be shown in any foreign language, still R.K. Narayan with his art of narration has done this with a touch of languages like, Hindi, Urdu and Sanskrit.

In our city we have seen that garbage in dustbin is overflowing which create unsanitary condition for people, create ugliness in public surrounding result in unhealthy smell. To avoid such problem we are representing idea of garbage collection bin overflow indicator with GSM and IOT technology. We have to place level detector within ash bin. Once dirt reaches to peak value message sent to municipal authority person with location of dustbin by GPS, or usually we need to perform daily scheduling to finding this garbage bins. This scheduling varies with population of that place. In some competition and event to perform dustbin get full at once create overflow situation. So with smart dustbin implementation government authority get message at once. So they get SMS before periodic visit of finding that dustbin

Abstract:- There was a network of education centres like Pathshalas, Tols, Madarasas, and Maktabs in India before coming the British. The British, who had come as traders and had become rulers and administrators, had influenced the economic, political and educational systems of the country. Although their main purpose to come India was to get more and more profit through trading with India. But they changed their aim to see deteriorated political situation of India. They became virtual ruler of India gradually. But it was not so easy to control and manage over India without changing her social, cultural and educational system. First of all they paid their attention on to create a new education system .The education system, introduced in India, by the British, based on the doctrine of Macaulay (1835) became a means of colonization. Essentially, it wiped off the faith of Indians in their own culture and changed the basic philosophy of Indian people against the Indian nature and outlook. Education could have played a major role in encouraging social mobility, eliminating superstition from socio-cultural sphere, increasing productivity and uplifting the status of women and tribal segment of India. However, the British rule used education as an instrument of colonization and converting the Indian intelligentsia into government clerks.

Cloud Computing prolongs to transmute the manner in which the company utilizes, stores and shares data and applications along with new security threats and challenges. As large volume of data is stored on the cloud these resources become natural targets for attackers. Since data integrity is the fundamental component of information security and data loss might happen in the cloud, it is natural for data owners to question about the correctness of their data in the cloud. Most of the existing protocols are based on the surmise that the client's secret key is secure. But this supposition may not always be held due to weak security settings by the client. In order to overcome the above problems, we proposed an efficient model which eliminates the threat caused due to key-exposure and integrity of data. We formulated a new architecture in which we included a trusted TPA (third party auditor) for authentication and key-update message generation. Also, the accuracy and consistency of data stored on the cloud can be verified by an analyzer. This proposed scheme proves to be more reliable and achieves greater security.

Abstract: Village tourism is a relatively recent activity that is incessantly improving its operating mechanism. It has emerged as a significant alternative for local socio-economic development, because it makes use of the local natural resources, cultural heritage, traditions and customs of the villages in strengthening the rural economy. However, rural tourism needs to be implemented/practiced with due sensitivity toward conservation of ecology, environment and indigenous culture in the countryside. The rural landscape in the province of Himachal Pradesh is replete with a comely, picturesque natural environment as well as a special cultural heritage that surely facilitates and promotes tourist activities. The present paper examines the major aspects of rural tourism development in Himachal Pradesh, besides considering viable strategies, methods and techniques to promote tourism in the hilly terrain of this province. Since rural tourism is an activity, complementary to agriculture, with ample scope for economical development, it can be a way for the development and strengthening of the rural community in the state. The present paper intends to study how rural tourism can be one of the forms of tourism that incorporates the aspects of sustainable development along with essential provisos for protection of environment and development of entrepreneurship, alongside due preservation of long-established ethnic village traditions, customs, values and practices.
