We have simulated HADEEPS and HALBPS for different deployments. We have focused on the energy heterogeneity and present a set of distributed algorithm for scheduling sensors, adjust the transmission or sensing ranges of sensor node and implementing a heterogeneous energy model to enhance the complete lifetime of WSNs. We have two dimensional sensor node networks with known initial energy and sensor and target positions and they are randomly distributed in different forms such as triangular, square and hexagonal. These arrays of sensors are compared using two approaches HADEEPS and HALBPS in terms of lifetime for heterogeneous networks. The simulations results indicate the overall network lifetime significantly improve with both HADEEPS and HALBPS protocols in case of triangular deployment for linear and quadratic energy models. Finally, we have simulated the Energy Efficient Data gathering Protocol for Adjustable Range Sensing with Heterogeneity (AEEDPSH) and Data gathering Load Balancing Protocol for Adjustable Range Sensing with Heterogeneity (ADLBPSH) for the different adjustable sensing ranges.

Ethereum is one of the most successful digital currencies and is continuously growing. With the increase in mining difficulty and huge energy requirements of it, it is becoming necessary to find efficient ways to increase the mining throughput without increasing energy requirements to mine cryptocurrency. Ethereum mining is much more heavily reliant upon graphic memory speeds than the actual core speed of the GPU itself which means that we can tune the graphics card for an efficient workload and don't have to run the GPU at high heat output core clocks that consume a lot of wattage in order to get a good mining session. To actually get the best hash rate we're going to test the GPUs with different memory configurations.

Machine vision system (MVI) cope with many uncertainty from different sources as a result the actual response may be deviate. This proposed research identifies several such sources and introduces a unique methods for reducing uncertainty during the process of investigation. The suggested model present a complete machine vision inspection system which includes an agent based algorithm for minimizing the uncertain effect at the processed signal. Here, an uncertainty in the effect of improper sensor reading due to change in illumination, object distance variation from camera point and other environmental effects. The MVI system presented here is capable for inspection of any types of an object with minimal error. In experimental point of view, implementation of sensors for uncertain dynamic effects at inspection stage is optimized. The proposed sensor based configuration has been validated through simulations and implemented for effective inspection.

Pluralism has been the main feature of Indian society; India is a democratic and pluralistic country in which almost every religion exists. Pluralism refers to the existence together in our society of people of different beliefs, ways of life, cultures, races, religions, ancestries and so on. But in the contemporary Indian society Muslims are being discriminated in terms of education, religion, employment, etc. This is evident from the various studies carried out in the area of sociology of religion. The study has been carried out in Indian context and aimed to trace the various problems of pluralism in India. This paper attempts to examine being Muslims in the pluralistic society, problems faced by the Muslims in the pluralistic society, factors for discrimination in the pluralistic society and so on. The paper is based on secondary sources of data and other relevant literature wherever necessary. The statement will also be supplanted by participant observation of the authors.

In this paper we propose an image resolution enhancement technique which generates sharper high resolution images. The proposed technique uses Discrete Wave Transform(DWT) to decompose a low resolution image into three high frequency sub-bands. Then these sub-band images have been interpolated with the help of bi-cubic interpolation. The high frequency sub-bands obtained by SWT of the input image are converted into the interpolated high frequency sub-bands. This helps in correcting the estimated coefficients. In addition the input image is also interpolated separately. Finally, corrected interpolated high frequency sub-bands and interpolated input image are combined by using a method called inverse DWT (IDWT) to achieve a high resolution output image. To achieve sharper images, we propose to use an intermediate stage to estimate the high frequency sub bands by utilizing the difference image obtained by subtracting the input image and its interpolated LL sub band.

In day to day life electricity is the main need of human being. In this world all conventional energy sources are vanishing. So we have to use non conventional energy sources instead of conventional energy sources. All conventional energy sources are polluting the environment. The most percentage of energy of non conventional energy sources are producing from solar and wind power plant. This power plant produces energy without damaging the nature. With the help of hybrid power plant we can produce long time power. This system consisting of the integration of two energy system that will give continuous power. Solar panels are used for converting solar energy while wind turbines are used for converting wind energy into electricity. This electrical power can be utilize for various purpose. So the generation of electricity is produced with affordable cost. This paper consist the generation of electricity by using combination of two generating sources which leads to generate electricity with affordable cost without damaging the nature balance.

Abstract: Clustering is a process of grouping data points into various groups which implies that; data points in the same groups are more similar to each other than those in other groups of data points. The purpose of this task is to segregate groups with similar traits and assign them into clusters. This data clustering implies to statistical data classification technique to discover whether the individuals of a population fall into different classes by making quantitative comparisons of various characteristics. The main two fields of clustering that data focuses on are Partitioning and Hierarchical clustering methods. The paper covers about data clustering methods, data clustering tools, clustering algorithms, benefits and features of clustering tools. Lastly, this Paper concludes by summary and conclusion with core concepts raised points in it.

In the past more than three decades, People's Republic of China has transformed itself from a closed-off Asian nation stuck in poverty to an emerging superpower that rivals the United States. In that three decade old, economic maneuverability, surprisingly China has been able to transform itself into the factory of the world. This successful economic planning and its execution has helped China to establish itself into a successful trading nation having surplus trade with 124 nations (including USA) thus, making it the most important significant geo-economic nation having deeper influence on Asia-Pacific region in particular and around the globe in general. In the past, no big country (other than China) has been able to bring such big transformation within such short period of time with such global ramifications. This has given China much sought economic, diplomatic and military thrust to change the status quo in Asia Pacific region. Illuminating the rise of China and its worldwide repercussions are the actual major stimulus behind publishing this study.

In many countries including India, the problem of population explosion is a major one. As a result of the efforts made by the Government for solving this problem, the concepts like family planning have gained popularity. F.P. puts stress on health, child care, protection against child diseases, caring of pregnant women, nutritious food, education etc. along with birth control. The main aim is to increase the quality of the population. The birth of a child is not the matter of fate but a matter under human control. Thus family planning laid emphasis on increasing the quality of the population which is possible only through population control. The study of F.P. is of immense importance to an economy and for society. F.P. studies help us to know how far the growth rate of the economy is keeping pace with the growth rate of population. If population is increasing at a faster rate, the pace of development of the economy will be slow. Rapid population growth reduce per capita income, lowers the standard of living, plunges the economy into mass unemployment and under employment, brings environmental damage and puts a burden on existing social infrastructure. When population increases rapidly, the society always faced with innumerable problems like shortage of basic services of water, electricity, transports and communications, public health, education, migration, urbanization, law and order problem etc. arise. F.P. studies can remove these problems of the economy and society. Family planning is not just a method for population control but in a broad sense, it is concerned with the very quality of human life.

In the current trend companies are moving their computing infrastructure to cloud computing from the traditional servers. The cloud hosting provides more features compared to the traditional hosting. Ability to grow at faster rate, handle huge load at the time of surge traffic. Enterprises do not need to buy/invest in hardware. We lease the infrastructure in cloud. Cloud will take away burden of server maintenance. Cloud give us flexibility to pay as per usage not a fixed cost per machine/server, we do not worry about idle servers. Organizations do not worry about the throughput or capacity of the servers as cloud provides the high availability and ability to grow and shrink as per the demand, this feature makes systems to handle huge traffic at short durations. Cloud provides replication across different servers which are spread across multiple geographical locations in the world. Cloud data centers are located in multiple locations makes us to host the server near to the location of users. Clouds are expensive compared to the traditional services. They are not flexible in terms of costs. In this paper, we explain the concept of Selection of Effective Clouds for Data Hosting Services, which provides cheaper data hosting using multiple cloud services which ensures high availability of data. It provides two key features which makes it better than the single cloud hosting. The first is using more than one cloud service provides high availability, even if one cloud services are down, still the file will available. The second is replication algorithm to store data in multiple clouds and retrieve the data from multiple clouds without any data loss. The distribution load is based on the pricing of clouds. This system makes sure we get optimum price. On an evaluation of the performance of our system, results show that it is able to model accurately the performance of cloud and to leverage this for efficient data dissemination, being able to reduce the monetary costs and transfer time.

Human resource planning in the business practice should represent generally used and key activity for human resource management because human resource planning helps to make optimum utilisation of the human resources in the enterprise and it helps to avoid wastage of human resources. Human resource planning allows to forecast the future manpower requirements and also to forecast the number and type of employees who will be required by the enterprise in a near future. In the long term period, success of any enterprise depends on whether the right people are in the right places at the right time, which is the nature of human resource planning. The aim of this study is to explain the importance of human resource planning and recruitment as well as to outline results of questionnaire survey which it was realized in industrial enterprises.
