This research paper explores the intertwined history of Kashmir within the broader context of the Indian subcontinent, incorporating influences from Central and East Asia. Originally denoting only the Kashmir Valley, the term now encompasses a larger region, divided among India, Pakistan, and China. The historical trajectory of Kashmir includes periods of significance as a centre for Hinduism and Buddhism, followed by the rise of Islam during the 13th century. Muslim rulers, such as the Shah Mir dynasty and later the Mughals and Afghans, governed the region for five centuries. In 1846, the Treaty of Lahore resulted in the purchase of Kashmir by Gulab Singh from the British, leading to the rule of his descendants under British paramountcy until 1947. Post-independence, Kashmir became a disputed territory administered by India, Pakistan, and China, setting the stage for the complex geopolitical landscape seen today.

Phishing is the simplest method of obtaining sensitive information from unsuspecting consumers. The goal of phishers is to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and bank account information. Cyber security professionals are now looking for reliable and consistent detection solutions for phishing websites. This project uses machine learning and databases to detect phishing URLs by extracting and analyzing different aspects of authentic and phishing URLs. The goal of the Paper is to detect phishing URLs and to narrow down the best machine learning method by analyzing each algorithm's accuracy and precision rate. The algorithms are trained using an existing dataset containing of legitimate and phishing URLs and later used to detect phishing websites. This application was developed, keeping in mind the circulation of malicious URLs in social media. Anyone can use this application to detect the validity of the URL before trying to navigate to the website. The use of blacklist approach reduces the response time for phishing detection.

Fake News and Scams started in the web time frame. The fake news design started basically to dupe perclients, increase readership and is oftentimes used as a strategy for mental battling. Advances in the development and the spread of news through different sorts of media, without truly checking the real factors, have extended the spread of fake news today. The essential purpose behind this endeavor is to devised a classifier that can isolate fake news from certifiable news. We propose in this research project, a fake news detection model that uses a Text Vectorizer and machine learning techniques to tackle the problem. Experimental evaluation yields the best performance using Term FrequencyInverted Document Frequency (TF-IDF) as feature extraction technique, and Passive-Aggressive Classifier as the classifier, with an accuracy of more than 97%.

The Contract has prevailed in society since the very beginning of time, it was earlier practiced in a simple form of a barter system in ancient times. It is defined as an agreement enforceable by law, which requires at least two parties and an intention to create a legal obligation. There is also a presence of consideration in a contract. A contract may be valid, void, or voidable. Not every contract that is made does not have to be fulfilled at times it is also subjected to breach, which can be done by one or both parties. A breach is a failure, without a legal excuse to perform part of a promise or whole made under the contract. To avoid the breach of contract both parties must fulfill the obligations given under the contract. Thus, when a party fails to fulfill the conditions given under the contract it can be called the breach of contract. The party that breaches the contract is referred to as the breaching party, and the other party that suffered some loss or had fulfilled their part of the contract has the right to claim the damages/compensation from the breaching party. The breach may be of two types that are, the actual breach (initial or subsequent) and the anticipatory breach (implied or express). A breach occurs when damage is done, and various types of damages include general damage, special damage, nominal damage, exemplary/vindictive damage, or liquidated damages/penalty. Hence, when the breach occurs there is always a remedy available, like the legal maxim "Ubi jus, ibi remedium" states, where there is a right, there is a remedy. There are various remedies available for the breach of contract which include the following, damages, injuntion, specific performance, and quantum meruit. The study will focus on the concept of the breach of contract and the remedies available to the party that faces the loss, according to the Indian Contract Act, of 1872. The thesis will also discuss the introduction and evolution of the Indian Contract Act and its significance in Indian society.

Cloud computing is a technology that allows users to access computing resources from a remote location. The relationship between the cloud provider, customer and end-user may determine the cloud computing contracts. In this research paper, we will see the working and storage of cloud computing services. Cloud contracts are usually non-negotiable, and the cloud providers fix the jurisdiction. In this research paper, we will see how the cloud providers have a limited or no liability principle in breach cases. This paper will also see if there can be negotiations in clickwrap contracts and, if so, how the negotiations work. With the new rules of data access in different countries, the data location becomes crucial for the customer to choose the type of cloud and the country where the server is located, depending upon the confidentiality and integrity of data. The cloud migration and data fragmentation rules and regulations and difficulties concerning cloud migration data Fragmentation and data storage are also discussed in this paper.

The documents discuss leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to create an "AI doctor" capable of remotely diagnosing common acute diseases in India. This could help address accessibility gaps in healthcare, particularly in rural areas, by providing preliminary diagnosis and guidance to patients via smart devices. Key advantages highlighted include alleviating burden on overstretched healthcare systems, reducing wait times, improving patient reach, and ensuring standardized and consistent care. The proposed AI system would replicate a doctor's diagnostic process by analyzing patient symptoms and medical history shared through conversational interfaces. A robust development process is critical involving collaboration between medical experts and technologists. This includes thoughtful data collection and preprocessing, identifying relevant features, iterative model training, rigorous testing, user-centric interface design, strict privacy protections, and continuous performance monitoring post-deployment. It's emphasized that the AI doctor would complement human expertise rather than replace healthcare professionals. User education on appropriate use-cases is equally important. Overall, the concept represents a promising opportunity to bridge healthcare divides, if executed responsibly by prioritizing accuracy, ethics and patient welfare. The documents outline objectives, proposed methods, system design considerations, project execution timelines and expected outcomes towards developing such an AI-based diagnosis aide for common medical conditions in the Indian healthcare context.

Tourists both inbound and outbound always act as cultural ambassadors. They bring with them cultural capital and introduces it to the native society and carry some of the cultural elements of host society while returning to their native place. Their short visit leaves mark on the host society. Tourists coming from different cultural zones carry back image and perception about host country with them and share it with many more. Tourism hence cannot be considered just as commercial activity. It is some sort of cultural exchange having many cultural implications. It is because of this reason we have to consider tourism as complex activity impacting society, economy, environment and culture. The need of the hour is to promote tourism without risking our culture and environment.

Introduction:. Digital impressions in implant dentistry rely on many variables, and their accuracy, particularly in complete edentulous patients, is not well understood. Aim : The purpose of this literature review was to determine which factors may influence the accuracy of digital impressions in implant dentistry. Emphasized attention was given to the design of the intra-oral scan body (ISB) and scanning techniques. Materials and methods. A Medline, PubMed and EBSCO Host databases search, complemented by a hand search, was performed in order to select relevant reports regarding the appliance of digital impressions in implant dentistry.. The related titles and abstracts were screened, and the remaining articles that fulfilled the inclusion criteria were selected for full-text readings. Results : The literature search conducted for this review initially resulted in 108 articles, among which only 25 articles fulfilled the criteria for inclusion. Studies were evaluated according to five subjects: accuracy of digital impressions in implant dentistry; the design and material of the intra-oral scan bodies; scanning technique; the influence of implants depth/angulations on the digital impression and accuracy of different intra-oral scanner devices. Conclusions. The accuracy of digital impressions in implant dentistry depends on several aspects. The depth/angulation of the implant, the experience of the operator, the intra-oral scanner used, and environmental conditions may influence the accuracy of digital impressions in implant dentistry. However, it seems that ISBs' design and material, as well as scanning technique, have a major impact on the trueness and precision of digital impressions in implant dentistry. Future research is suggested for the better understanding of this subject. Diabetes mellitus is one of the world's major conditions. It presently affects an estimated143 million people worldwide and the number is growing fleetly. In the India, about 1- 5 population suffer from diabetes or related complication. So there's need to cure this complaint. Anti-diabetic medicines treat diabetes mellitus by lowering glucose situations in the blood. With the exceptions of insulin, exenatide, and pramlintide, all are administered orally and are therefore also called oral hypoglycemic agents or oral antihyperglycemic agents. There are different classes ofanti-diabetic medicines, and their selection depends on the nature of the diabetes, age and situation of the person, as well as other factors. Diabetes mellitus type 1 is a complaint caused by the lack of insulin. Insulin must be used in Type 1, which must be fitted or gobbled. Diabetes mellitus type 2 is a complaint of insulin resistance by cells. Treatments include agents which increase the quantum of insulin buried by the pancreas, agents which increase the perceptivity of target organs to insulin. Experimenters around the world substantially concentrated on insulin, insulin analogues, oral hypoglycemic agents and colorful other reciprocal and alternate drugs to control the blood glucose situations in diabetes. The present review summarizes the colorful antidiabetic medicines for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The threat factors that are responsible for diabetes are inheritable factor, rotundity, hypertension etc. Conventionally numerous medicines are used for the treatment of diabetes similar as biguanides, sulfonylureas, meglitinides etc. But the asked effective treatment is still not to be achieved. So inquiries are going on for the development of alternate effective remedy against diabetes.

The aim of this research paper is to examine the critical ideas of Mikhail Bakhtin's theory of Carnivalesque in the light of R.K Laxman's political cartoons. Laxman's cartoons significantly throw light on the major aspects of Carnivalesque theory. However, this paper addresses Bakhtin's main ideas such as laughter, grotesque realism, language, and eccentric behavior through Laxman's cartoons. Moreover, Laxman's political cartoons are built on the aesthetic grounds of the central aspects of Bakhtin's theory of Carnivalesque theory, and they resemble aspects of Carnivalesque theory. In fact, the theory of Carnivalesque and political cartoons are two different genres, but still the bottom roots of Laxman's political cartoons explicitly cling to the bottom roots of Carnivalesque theory. His cartoons are tied up with the central subjects of Carnivalesque theory. We must recognize the truth that Mikhail Bakhtin and R.K Laxman dig out the grimmer realities of society through their works. Moreover, they both used laughter and grotesqueness as a tool to create the comic atmosphere, and to exhibit the reality behind the scenes.
