This paper explores white women's perceptions in selected novels written by British women in India during the 19th century. It is an introspection into the lived experience of the British writers of the times and a representation of their own experience in their writings. It will look at how women British writers have projected the status of women, and gender conflicts so intricately interwoven in the socio-cultural and political conventions during the British Raj. It is an attempt to deal with the portrayal and analysis of colonial society and its representation of India by women novelists of the time. Being in the marginalized position, these women writers asserted their self-hood and differed from their male counterparts in providing paradoxical accounts of colonial rule. It is interesting to look at the history of colonial life compiled from British women's experience in which women have written differently from men. The paper attempts to explore through some selected novels of British woman writers like M M Kaye, Flora Annie Steel and Maud Diver to unravel how differently the writers of the times depict British women's experience in colonial India. From this perspective, the chosen novel "The Far Pavilion" by M M Kaye addresses the issues of gender ,cultural identity, and racism in the colonial context.

Transportation has been one of the keys for evolution of mankind. The pathways which help in formation, transportation of essential ingredients and flush out the wastes out of the body are explained under the concept of Srotas in Ayureda. Artava vaha srotas is a unique concept in Ayurveda , which gives in detailed explanation about the whole female reproductive system .The group of organs which are concerned with 'uthpatti' and 'visarjana' of Artava are considered to be the Moola of Artavavaha srotas. Garbhashaya ie Uterus which is the main organ concerned with menstruation and other reproductive physiology along with ovaries, fallopian tube cervical canal, cervix, and vagina should be considered under Artavavaha srotas. Although the word 'Artavavahi dhamani' refers to 'menstrual blood carrying arteries 'as per translated meaning, there are no such arteries which carry menstrual flow in the body. Hence these points must be understood contextually. If the viddha lakshanas of Artava vaha srotas mentioned by Acharya Sushruta is interpreted with their pathophysiology, the concept gets more clear. Hence to understand the concept of Artava vaha srotas , it is important to put a light on female reproductory hormones, HPO axis , functional anatomy of female reproductive system. This article is aimed at conceptual interpretation of Artava vaha srotas with the classical references available for Artava vaha srotas.

This research aims to explore the pivotal role of human resource management in fostering organizational growth and development within the context of India's service sectors. Employing a combination of quantitative and qualitative survey research design, the study positions human resource management (HRM) as the predictor variable, with organizational growth and development as the criterion variables. The findings revealed a positive correlation between HRM and organizational growth and development, highlighting the significant influence of HRM in shaping these dimensions. The study establishes that HRM, as an independent variable, makes substantial contributions to both organizational growth and development. Based on these research insights, it is recommended that organizations prioritize the formulation and implementation of effective human resources policies. These policies should encompass comprehensive strategies for recruitment, selection, and the nurturing of skilled manpower, thereby fostering overall organizational growth, development, and employee welfare. While the global trend emphasizes human resource development integrated with modern technologies and employee-centric initiatives, this research focuses specifically on the Indian context, providing a theoretical foundation for future studies on human resources.

Purpose: The study aims at the themes of dislocation, space, agency, and identity through the lens of Patriarchy, political, economic, and social cultures. In the novels of Anita Rau Badami, men are represented as minor characters whereas women are seen as the protagonists of the novels. These minor characters play a vital role in encompassing the lives of women and showcasing them as doubly marginalized victims. This study focuses on the representation of men who suffer equally under patriarchy, in the prevailing political, social, and economic conditions. Design/Methodology/Approach: Numerous scholarly books, journals, and theses have been reviewed for the study. To have a thorough understanding of the work that has been done thus far, other studies along similar lines have been carefully examined and reviewed. This research largely depends on the findings from research journals from Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Canadian Literature Journal, and Shodhganga for identifying the research gap. Both offline and online studies have been made using internet resources. The interviews and social posts of the author also give much insight into the different aspects of the research question. The literary compositions of the author are the major source of research. The study is conducted using an exploratory textual analytical approach and archival method as a research technique. Finding/Result: After reading and analyzing the available materials on the study's chosen topic, it was discovered that Anita Rau Badami's novels frequently address the themes of dispersion, space, agency, and loss of identity for all the characters. This author has addressed these topics overtly or as an underlying theme in her writings. Since the planned study focuses mostly on the dispersion of men who are minor characters in the novel, it will be unique. In the process of forming identity, it also emphasizes space and agency. Communities and individuals are both included and excluded by space. Aspects of identity development in the postcolonial context are clarified by analyzing displacement concerning space and identity in the writings of diasporic writers and writings on diaspora.
