One of the main problems that most firms encounter is defining the lines between personal and commercial communications. The use of risky and insecure applications at work presents significant security threats. Businesses don't know enough about the apps that are installed on the devices of their employees. The protection of messages and shared files becomes problematic when it comes to crucial business communications involving the sharing of trade secrets, company referrals, and important business decisions. There are cross-industry system hazards because the majority of publicly accessible communication platforms do not give enterprises the ability to control, monitor, and scale their communication as well as comply with data protection laws. Because of this, when utilizing instant messaging apps, both individuals and corporations voice serious concerns regarding data security and privacy protection.

Artificial intellect (AI) is the culmination of numerous technologies that come together to allow robots to think, feel, act and learn at levels of intellect comparable to that of humans. Artificial intelligence has grown in strength in recent years, accelerating scientific study in a variety of sectors and allowing scientists to tackle issues that were previously unsolvable. The amount of data generated by robots and people combined now a day greatly exceeds the capacity of humans to process, comprehend and make sophisticated judgments using this data. All computer learning is based on Artificial Intelligence, which is also where complicated decision making is headed. The application of Artificial Intelligence to research is growing. AI based algorithms are being utilized to increase research productivity and offer fresh viewpoints on subjects that have already been studied. They are useful for generating and testing new hypotheses in addition to making connections between disparate pieces of information. Artificial Intelligence is also utilized to streamline research lab resources, automate data collection and make complex dataset synthesis and analysis easier. There have been claims that AI has an impact on human nature, intelligence and decision making. Concerns have been raised regarding AI's potential effects on people, including the possibility that they will encourage prejudice in human mental processes. A frequent worry is that machines will eventually outsmart humanity and take over. Nevertheless, AI is demonstrating itself to be a potent instrument for bridging knowledge and generating fresh hypotheses in every study. This paper provides an overview of the technology and the use of Artificial Intelligence in many fields, with a focus on the subject of research.

Xenotransplantation is the process of transplanting, grafting, or transferring organs, tissues, or cells from one species to another. In the context of medical procedures, it most commonly refers to the transplantation of animal organs or tissues into humans. It holds promise for addressing the scarcity of human organs. Rooted in mythology and history, this practice has evolved with significant advancements in genetic engineering and immunosuppression. Despite potential benefits, rejection and physiological barriers pose challenges. Often pig's are preferred animal donors and are genetically modified to enhance compatibility. Xenotransplantation also utilizes immunomodulation strategies aim to minimize rejection risks. While xenotransplantation offers a solution to organ shortages, ethical concerns and uncertainties remain. This review explores the rich history, current advancements, and the delicate balance between the advantages and disadvantages of xenotransplantation, shedding light on its potential impact on the future of organ transplantation.

The past few decades have seen significant advances in drug delivery technologies. Oral drug delivery is not only the largest and the oldest segment of the entire drug delivery market; it is also the fastest growing and the most preferred route for drug administration. "Nano" word comes from the Greek word nano which means dwarf. Nano means it is the factor of 10-9 or one billionth. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) are emerging as alternative carriers to colloidal systems, for controlled and targeted delivery. These are in submicron size range (50-1000 nm) and are made up of biocompatible and biodegradable materials capable of incorporating lipophilic and hydrophilic drugs. This review mainly deals with the preformulation factors, novel methods of preparation, characterization, evaluation and their applications for improving bioavailability, site-specific delivery, local action, etc. The main objective of the present investigation was to incorporate CC into triglycerides, to get solid lipid matrices to improve the oral bioavailability by exploiting the intestinal lymphatic transport. Further, to understand the pharmacodynamic effect of CC-SLNs in animal models. Oral administration is a delivery system that is suitable for widespread clinical application. However, apomorphine administered orally was not successful because of the rapid degradation in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and first-pass effect, resulting in bioavailability of 1.7%.

Ayurveda is the science of life that not only deals with the disease and treatment but also explains how to maintain the health. It explains that Doshas, Dhatus and Malas are the root of the Shareera (body). All these entities in the body have their specific function and they circulate throughout the body through the channels called as Srotas. Sweda is one among the Trimala and is carried by the Swedavaha Srotas throughout the body. In modern physiology, Sweat and Sweat glands has similar function to that of Sweda in the body. An attempt is made to understand the Sweda as Mala and Upadhatu in relation to the physiology of the sweat and sweat glands.

The endocrine system is a series of glands that produce and secrete hormones that the body uses for a wide range of functions. Hypothyroidism is an endocrine disorder The synthesis and transportation of thyroid hormones plays a vital role in the normal physiology and functioning of the body. Hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis (HPT axis) with its negative feedback mechanism helps in maintaining normal hormone levels. The level of TSH is the primary indicator of hypothyroidism and a thorough evaluation is needed to know the pathology behind before starting hormone supplementation therapy. In hypothyroidism Kapha and Vata doshas are aggrevated and pitta Dosha is reduced from normal. Some physicians also consider it as a Sthanik vyadhi (local disease) under Galaganda roga. It's Lakshanas due to improper functioning are seen in whole body. Hence while analyzing the signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism, involvement of all Strotas should be noticed. The line of treatment has to be considered under dhatwagni chikitsa. The diseases which are not mentioned directly in ayurvedic texts are considered under AnuktaVyadhis (unsaid disease). Hypothyroidism is categorised under AnuktaVyadhis as per Charak Samhita where vata and kapha doshas are mainly involved.

Cardiovascular diseases like arrhythmia are a significant health concern worldwide, affecting both elderly and young population due to life style changes. Early diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia using Electrocardiogram (ECG) by trained cardiologists is vital to prevent heart ailments and save lives. With the growth of wearable and standard ECG monitoring devices and a dearth of qualified cardiologists required to analyse the vast amounts of data collected, automated arrhythmia detection by Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) techniques have become very popular in recent years. In this study, we have reviewed the literature and described standard ML and DL studies in ECG arrhythmia classification. While ML techniques do demonstrate very good metrics, ML classifiers like SVM, k- nearest-neighbors, Decision Trees, etc. need preprocessing and hand-crafted feature extraction. DL methods which use networks like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long-Short-Term- Memory (LSTM) do not need any feature extraction as they automatically learn the features by themselves. Recent studies in DL have demonstrated very high performance metrics without the need for feature extraction. While some DL techniques do need noise filtering and determination of other features like the QRS complex, many of them can work with raw ECG signals and hence are ideally suited over their ML counterparts for real time ECG classification. DL networks can also be used as feature extractors and combined with ML classifiers. We thus conclude that state-of-the-art DL methods offer inherent advantages and flexibility over ML methods for automated arrhythmia classification. This review aggregates the niche features of leading ML and DL studies in this field which interested researchers can benefit from.

Abstract: Women's efforts to seek their independence, self-respect, and self-identity started a revolution all over the world, and even in India, we find many such women who have achieved it. This novella, 'Mahashweta', throws light on the social stigma of Leucoderma. Due to a lack of education and proper awareness, even now, people discriminate against and mistreat people with such skin afflictions. Such prejudicial thinking resulted in the annihilation of Anupama's life. 'Mahashweta's novel explores the dark complexities of the human mind as well as its resilience. 'Mahashweta' is a very inspiring, compelling, and completely engrossing book that helps you grow as a true human being. The female protagonist, Anupama, finds solace from her problems by seeking self-identity and self-respect through her diligent passion for theatre as well as teaching. The text was exceptional and a prime illustration of feminist literature. Some claim that women's bodies are capable of giving birth to mortal and finite beings, namely kids, whereas men's bodies have the ability to "give birth" to immortal creations such as books and art. Mary Klages, aged 94. Nevertheless, these texts exemplify the fanciful and enduring nature of such fiction, as evidenced by the theme of "male uncertainty regarding their paternity" (Mary Klages, 94). Sudha Murthy, the author of this novel, serves as a prime illustration of this. Female authors focus on portraying authentic female characters in their literary works, expressing their emotions and perspectives. So, as in the case of writer Sudha Murthy, who beautifully portrays a world of powerful prejudices, shattered illusions, and bewildering betrayals, there is also the indomitable courage of a young girl who learns to face, all by herself, the challenge of rebuilding her life in such a way that she can stand on her own two feet and fulfil and nurture others who are in distress.

Most of the poets have acknowledged that poetry evolve when feelings are carefully shown using words that match them. It's like when important ideas go along with amazing writing, creating strong feelings or when pretty ideas are matched with lovely words, making gentle feelings. This is what makes real poetry. Sri Aurobindo, at different times in his life, gave different explanations of what poetry is. In his first definition written around 1898-1901, he talked about how poetry is like when strong emotions flow out naturally. This idea is similar to what Wordsworth said about powerful emotions overflowing with tranquility. But for Sri Aurobindo, it's not just a flood of feelings; it's a careful way of expressing those feelings, kind of like how Plato thought about it. In both cases, emotions are really important to these poets. In his second definition (created around 1898-1910), things get a bit more complex. He says that the title of "poet" should be given to people who were once powerful leaders. This makes the words "poet" and "poetry" bigger in sense of meaning. These leaders, even though they ruled the world, understood the world well and had the ability to rule. In poetry, a poet shapes their own world with their feelings and thoughts. These leaders did something similar by creating their own world and characters on the big stage of the world. The third explanation (given sometime between 1917 and 1920) is a bit hard to understand. It's like if poetry changes over time, then its meaning also changes depending on the situation. The earlier explanations show how Sri Aurobindo's ideas about "poet" and "poetry" can change based on the situation and can even mean more things. This also shows that it's not easy to give a clear definition of these words. It is noteworthy to find that Aurobindo's integral concept of existence is spiritual in nature.
