The use of images to identify people has become commonplace thanks to the media. It is less resistant to retinal scanning or fingerprint detection, though. The face is described in this report and find in the database using a machine learning project carried out for the module on visual perception and autonomy. The basic emotions that all people experience are universal and are consistently expressed on their faces. Here, an algorithm is described that carries out the detection, extraction, and evaluation of various facial expressions enabling, automatic identification of human emotion in pictures and videos. It outlines the technologies offered by the OpenCV library as well as the process for putting them into practise with Python. Haar-Cascades were utilised for face detection, and Eigenfaces, Fisher faces, and local binary pattern histograms were displayed here for face identification.

Data analysis and exploration are necessary for machine learning in order to identify significant trends and patterns. Everyone on Earth relies on allopathic therapies and medications in the modern era. Medical datasets can benefit from machine learning techniques since they offer a wide range of opportunities for both textual and visual data. Data mining is the key to extracting insight from these voluminous, enigmatic data that are present in medical services. This paper presents an API for prescribing medications to users with a certain ailment, which would also be diagnosed by the framework through the analysis of the user's symptoms using machine learning techniques. Here, we make use of some insightful data pertaining to the mining process to identify the most precise illness that may be associated with symptoms. The condition is easily identifiable by the sufferer. Patients may clearly identify their disease by merely attributing their symptoms, and the program interface indicates what disease the user may be infected with. The framework will show complacency in urgent instances where the patient cannot go to a doctor's office or in circumstances where professionals are available in the area. By considering numerous features in the database, predictive analysis on the illness would be carried out, leading to the recommendation of drugs to the user. The outcomes of the experiment can also be applied to healthcare tools and future research.

Steganography is a technique for concealing sensitive information inside of cover image. In order to prevent detection, this technique involves concealing biometric within a cover image. When someone views an image that contains secret information, they are unaware that it contains any such information. The project offers a very basic application that, by concealing communication, makes the manual labour easier. We printed out information about the project's image steganography technology, which uses the PSO methodology and the EMD method to enable secure communication. In order to guarantee that embedded information can securely defend against attacks, efforts to improve robustness and embedding capacity are required. The user will find this program to be incredibly convenient and time-efficient.

Analytical method development and validation play important roles in the discovery, development and manufacture of pharmaceuticals. Method development is the process of proving that an analytical method is acceptable for use to measure the concentration of an active pharmaceuticals ingredient in specific compounded dosage form which allows simplified procedure to be employed to verify that an analytical procedure accurately and consistently will deliver a reliable measurement of an active ingredient in an compounded dosage form.

Through the use of a descriptive evaluation research approach, the prevalence of COVID-19 in the province of Tarlac is assessed in this study. This is done in order to determine what has to be changed and how quickly the virus spreads, specifically in Covid 19. One hundred people made up the study's designated respondent population (100). In which there are four provincial health offices, 20 Covid-19 patients, 38 health facilities, and 38 DOH point people for each facility in Tarlac province. According to the study's overall findings on age, sex, health status, comorbidity, and history of exposure based on information provided by the Provincial Health Office. Anao, Mayantoc, Ramos, San Clemente, San Jose, and San Manuel had the lowest prevalence rate of verified Covid 19 cases. While the highest percentage of confirmed Covid-19 cases were found in Bamban, Camiling, Capas, Concepcion, Gerona, Lapaz, Moncada, Paniqui, Pura, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, and Victoria. Lack of discipline in adhering to minimum health standards is one of the problems, followed by a lack of inter-LGU cooperation and partnership for appropriate responses and measures to curtail and eliminate the COVID - 19 threats, a lack of clarity in reproducing and disseminating information materials from DOH and WHO, and finally, a lack of resources for taking care of covid patients. As a result, the improvement of quality of service can serve as a record of the commitments that healthcare institutions make to their patients and the community to advance certain goals and activities connected to the system and local assets.
