As the technology is enhancing, people are coming more closer to digital life and digital communication. There are many ways to communicate with others through internet in this new advanced era. Most of them are choosing the easiest way of communication i.e., Electronic mail (E-mail). E-mail is the technology that enables user to contact with others by sending mails and also helps in business world communication. There are people who cannot use these technologies because either they are illiterate or do not have ability to see the screen. So, to make this technology closer to visually challenged people, authors proposed a Voice Based E-mail System. This system provides them the facility of communication and make them much stronger and independent. This architecture will help blind people to access e-mail and other multimedia functions. Leaving behind the old techniques, this voice-based email system will be containing new technologies that will be easily acceptable by visually challenged people. As the technology is enhancing, people are coming more closer to digital life and digital communication. The Internet of Things pertains to connecting currently unconnected things and people. It is the new era in transforming the existed systems to amend the cost effective quality of services for the society. To support Smart city vision, Urban IoT design plans exploit added value services for citizen as well as administration of the city with the most advanced communication technologies. To make emergency response real time, IoT enhances the way first responders and provides emergency managers with the necessary up-to-date information and communication to make use those assets. IoT mitigates many of the challenges to emergency response including present problems like a weak communication network and information lag. In this paper it is proposed that an emergency response system for fire hazards is designed by using IoT standardized structure. To implement this proposed scheme a low-cost Espressif wi-fi module, Flame detection sensor, Smoke detection sensor , Flammable gas detection sensor are used. The sensors detects the hazard and alerts the local emergency rescue organizations like fire departments and police by sending the hazard location to the cloud-service through which all are connected. The overall network utilizes a light weighted data oriented publish-subscribe message protocol MQTT services for fast and reliable communication. Thus, an intelligent integrated system is designed with the help of IoT.

To create a tamper-proof and privacy preserving certification for covid-19 vaccination, we develop Mobile application that facilitates instant verification of tamper proof Certificate. with the help of QR it can easily validate which is tempered or which is genuine. We are also building a mask detector to help ensure safety of the people, if a person is not wearing mask then we are going to detect face of that individual using face recognition techniques and will take necessary actions against him/her.

This study is been undertaken to assess the effect of educational intervention regarding prevention of complications of immobilization among orthopedic patients. Objective: To assess the knowledge regarding prevention of complications of immobilization among orthopedic patients admitted in selected hospitals. To evaluate the effect of educational intervention regarding prevention of complications of immobilization among orthopedic patients admitted in selected hospitals. To find out the association between association between pretest knowledge scores with the demographic variables. Method: One group pretest post was adopted as study design and involved 60 orthopedic patients. The pretest was conducted followed by educational intervention and after 7 days post test was conducted. Outcomes were stated that knowledge among the orthopedic patients in selected hospitals improved remarkably after educational interventions. Result: Educational interventions were found to be significantly effective in improving the knowledge of the orthopedic patients and there was significant association between knowledge score with the diet. Conclusion: The overall study findings concluded that educational intervention is an effective strategy in improving knowledge regarding prevention of complications of immobilization among orthopedic patients.

Traffic signal control systems are widely used to monitor and control the flow of automobiles through the junction of many roads. We aim to see the smooth motion of vehicles on roads. Our idea proposes a system which will help us to control the traffic more effectively. We want to create a system that makes it easier to control traffic. If there is more traffic at one signal of a square and less traffic at another signal for this our system wants to make changes in the timings for the green signals according to the traffic at each road. Our project also helps in reducing traffic signal violation. If anyone crosses the red signal a buzzer will be buzzed to aware the violator and our system will generate a challan for breaking the signal and it will directly send the challan to the registered number of the vehicle with a specific time limit. Our idea looks after six main points: 1 Time saving. 2 Traffic congestions can be avoided. 3 System will prove to be efficient in traffic flow. 4 Road accidents can be avoided. 5 Helps in reducing fuel consumption. 6 On-time scheduling & rescheduling of Signals will be done. 7 Quick Action can be taken against the signal violators. Architecture: Hardware for the traffic signals using sensors to check the traffic on the roads. Software will me made using C, C++, Python, AI.

Medical tourism refers to people traveling abroad to obtain medical treatment. The term referred to the travel of patients from less-developed countries to developed nations in pursuit of the treatments not available in their homeland. In recent years it refers to those from developed countries who travel to developing countries for lower-priced medical treatments. The motivation may be also for medical services unavailable or non-licensed in the home country: There are differences between the medical agencies (FDA, EMA etc.) worldwide, whether a drug is approved in their country or not. Medical tourism most often is for surgeries (cosmetic or otherwise) or similar treatments, though people also travel for dental tourism or fertility tourism. People with rare conditions may travel to countries where the treatment is better understood.

A trans woman is somebody who was tagged male at birth but has a feminine sexual orientation, consequently converted to be alive as a woman and referred to as the third gender. The present research study aimed to study the impact of gender i.e. women and trans women on the frequency, budget and brand preferences for the shopping for apparel. To conduct this study, the related literature on clothing practices, social aspects of clothing, trans women status and consumer behavior was reviewed. The survey method was adopted for Data collection. Purposive random sampling method in conjunction with snowball technique is used to select the samples for the study. A total number of 400 samples were selected among which 200 were women and 200 were trans women. The age group of the subjects selected for the study was 22 to 50 years. Factorial research design was used to see the impact of gender on the social aspects of clothing preferences i.e. frequency of shopping, budget and brand preferences. Data was analyzed using frequency method, percentage method and chi-square. The results shows that there was a significant association between gender and responses pertaining to the pre tested questions. This paper projects the relation between women and trans women on social aspects of clothing preferences to.

This research paper defends the creative teaching methods of J.Krishnamurti well known Indian philosophers who addressed his thoughts on freedom from the known, love, nature, education and called the people to untidy come together and think for inner freedom all over the word. This research paper analyses the emptiness in the minds of the teachers and students in the present education system since it emphasizes on memorizing, ranking and lacks the spiritual part which has vital role in knowing one self and knowing others which is important in shaping relationships. After the students received meditation exercises the behavioral changes were noted. Thus this paper is a mini action research paper to advocate meditation exercises for the well being of the students. It recommends inclusion of meditation classes to students from primary level.

In recent times, social media has come to emerge as being an important tool of mass media that is used for disseminating vital information about community development work Using social media, community developers are usually able to gather all the resources and the tools that they need to make their projects a success, while informing plenty of people along the way about the work that is being undertaken The wide outreach that is connected to the use of social media platforms has made it an important mass media tool that is being used by community development practitioners today, in various parts of the world. This research paper investigates the impact that mass media has on community development work, or rather, the role that is played by mass media, in community development, with the research undertaken being primary as well as qualitative in its nature. The current research topic has made use of the descriptive design in order, to embark upon a rigorous study and analysis of the role of media in community development.
