 Abstract

This paper is based on empirical observations in which the list species were found for the first time in the area between June 2021 and December 2023 or were previously unrecorded in the area to be included in the first published list. Ten bird species were recorded during the study period. Taxonomically these species are belonging into three orders namely Passeriformes, Accipitriformes, Falconiformes, and eight families like Rhipiduridae, Phylloscopidae, Muscicapidae, Motacillidae, Certhiidae, Dicaeidae, Accipitridae and Falconidae. Status wise seven species are Widespread resident (R) and three are Wide spread winter visitors (W) . As per IUCN category eight species under least concern, one Endangered and one Vulnerable. In the previous paper bird diversity in the selected habitat was 325 now the addition of 10 unrecorded bird species in the same habitat the diversity has 335. Now it is confirmed that the Bird Diversity in the Seven Taluka of Yavatmal District is 335 including Migratory and Residential species which are categories into species level i.e. passerines, waders and rafters. Search is continuing on decided habitats now in future more areas in the remaining Taluka will be monitored and hope more migratory species and uncommon residential species of birds will be added to the list.

 Abstract

In the context of a well-structured international arbitration, an emergency remedy is vital part of the scheme of the arbitration. Emergency Arbitration (EA) is a revolutionary idea in the world of arbitration that is suited for individuals who wish to preserve their assets and evidence from being destroyed or lost in the normal course of litigation. Typically, such arbitration is agreed upon and created by the parties without the necessity for a Tribunal to initially be convened. An arbitrator conducts domestic or international arbitration in line with the parties' agreement or mutual comnsent. In contractual obligations involving Business to Business trade transactions, disputes may arise over the transaction's subject matter, which may include any kind of dispute. Disputes involving the subject of the disagreement might result in the subject mattter being damaged or destroyed. In rare cases, one of the disputing parties may also destroy evidence of the dispute which cause irreparable loss to the other party. The problem of destruction of subject matter becomes more critical in arbitration disputes since the process of destruction might occur even prior to the creation of the panel. To avert the destruction of the subject matter in any situation, an emergency arbitration to protect them becomes necessary.

Applications of natural products in drug development and research is expanding. They have a variety of chemical compositions, which allows them to affect a number of targets simultaneously in a complicated system. The last 10 years have seen natural products in drug discovery and research are expanding. They have a variety of chemical compositions, which allows them to affect a number of targets simultaneously in a complicated system. The last 10 years have seen tremendous advancements in natural drug technology. The safety of herbal medications may be clarified by looking at old traditional medical practises. The time is right to make judgements on the effectiveness and security of herbal medicine products. Additionally, there are regional variations in the legal standing and certification procedures for herbal medications. The World Health Organisation [WHO] has set exact standards for the assessment of the security, efficacy, and quality of herbal medicine as a prerequisite for worldwide harmonisation. The expansion of science and technology has a significant impact on natural medicinal items. People are growing increasingly interested in utilising herbal medications today due to a number of advantages. Herbal formulations are now widely used as therapy alternatives for a variety of illnesses. Over eighty per cent of the globe's population depend on herbal items and drugs for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, even if the bulk of these usage are traditional. In addition to a rise in product misuse and adulteration due to the rising usage of herbal products, it may have disastrous effects on both consumers and producers. Antibacterial, anticonvulsant, and anti-diabetic activities are all present in Hibiscus Rosa sinesis. Hibiscus Rosa-sinesis is a species of tropical hibiscus and a member of the Malvaceae group of flowering plants. It is also known as Chinese Hibiscus, China Rose, or Rose Mallow. Although it is native to Vanuatu, tropical and subtropical regions are as it is most frequently produced as a garden plant.

 Abstract

This research delves into the fundamental workings of digital circuits, unlocking the power of Boolean algebra and simplification techniques to breathe efficiency and elegance into their design. We navigate the landscape of AND, OR, and NOT, wielding De Morgan's theorems like magic spells to rewrite expressions and reveal hidden connections. Armed with logical laws and Karnaugh maps, we conquer the tangled jungle of complex equations, transforming them into streamlined circuits that minimize gates and maximize performance. Through real-world examples, we showcase the practical applications of these techniques. We demonstrate how to design circuits that react only under specific conditions, build complex logic functions with minimal components, and even troubleshoot malfunctioning systems by dissecting their Boolean expressions. This journey empowers us to not only understand the language of logic, but also to speak it fluently, crafting optimal digital circuits that power the intricate machinery of our modern world.

 Abstract

The paper introduces a control strategy for Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor in an electric vehicle (EV). The approach uses a bidirectional DC-DC converter and a three-phase voltage source inverter (VSI) to drive the motor. During normal operation, the bi-directional converter of the battery conducts buck operation. However, during regenerative braking, the mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy and stored in the same chargeable battery through boost operation. This design optimizes energy recovery from EV's frequent start/stop operations. When the EV is moving downhill, the controlled speed provides energy return to the battery. MATLAB/Simulink software is employed to validate the operations and verify their efficiency. Overall, the paper presents a comprehensive approach to controlling BLDC motors in electric vehicles.

 Abstract

This study investigates the interconnected challenges of housing affordability, public transportation efficiency, and infrastructure adequacy in Dakshina Kannada, a rapidly urbanizing district in India. Utilizing data from 120 respondents and statistical tools including one-way ANOVAs, correlations, and linear regressions, the research unveils concerning trends: increasing housing unaffordability, inadequate public transportation systems, and infrastructure struggling to meet growing population demands. These findings confirm the research hypotheses and underscore the need for immediate action. The study proposes a multi-pronged approach for navigating this urban crossroads. Recommendations include implementing targeted housing programs, diversifying housing options, upgrading public transportation infrastructure, improving its efficiency and affordability, and developing a comprehensive infrastructure plan focusing on sustainability and environmental concerns. A holistic approach emphasizing social equity, collaborative governance, and active community engagement is crucial for successful implementation. Recognizing the complex interplay between housing, transportation, and infrastructure is key. By addressing these challenges concurrently, Dakshina Kannada can lay the foundation for sustainable economic growth, improved quality of life for its residents, and a vibrant future for the entire region. This research serves as a call to action, urging proactive planning and evidence-based interventions to ensure Dakshina Kannada navigates its urban crossroads towards a resilient and equitable future.
