E-commerce is connecting rural India for business, hence developing the village economy. The future does look very bright for e-commerce in India. India is showing tremendous growth in e-business. Many large corporations, small and medium companies, and individuals are investing more and more in the e-commerce business. The talk of divinity, even if is found to have been accommodated in a certain sphere, it is never at the cost of human welfare on the socio-empiric front. There is a religious prescription not only for the sacrifice of animals and a considerable amount of eatables but also for man-child to attain spiritual excellence. Not only the rigidity of j?tiv?da (casteism) is rationally unacceptable but, at the practical level, the suggestion of class rigidity is found to be most unworkable and immoral, causing serious damage to social cohesion and solidarity. Buddha is undoubted, critical of this irrational move. From this point of view, the philosophy of Buddha seems to be the logical culmination of the underdeveloped rather inarticulate philosophical position.

The Nachni is an integral part of Bengali culture and, more generally, Indian culture. The community as a whole, however, shows a striking lack of recognition for this type of art. Conversely, these women, these dancers, are often stigmatised and looked down upon to the point where the women have come to view their profession as something to be ashamed of. The purpose of this research is to learn about the lives of the Nachnis, a group of socially and economically disadvantaged women in the Purulia district. Primary anthropological tools and techniques have been used to complete the study. The research shows that Nachnis are on the cusp of ascending from the lower socioeconomic class to the upper lower socioeconomic class, a sign that they are on the road to positive economic and social development.

And hence their proper place in any social cultural matrix needs to be explored. On non-tribal women many works of sociological interests are available. But it is still rare to find more valid and exhaustive literature on tribal women. Such a background to enthused me to scientifically explore the status of tribal women. In spite of all the government plans and women welfare schemes the benefits have not reached the tribal women. They cannot be regarded as being emancipated and free from the constraints of age old customs and traditions. It seems to be essential to save them from exploitation, to enrich their social status and to achieve their glory as respected citizens of India.

 Abstract

The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),originated in China has become a global pandemic.It is having an adverse effect on psychological,social,mental and physical health of society.It is a matter of great concern how the consequences of mental health issues can be mitigated during this global pandemic. This paper stresses on various mental health issues during the pandemic,their respective causes and some points to solve the arising problem.Some common psychological reactions to COVID-19 pandemic include stress,anxiety, depression,loneliness and disturbed sleep.About one third of COVID-19 patients admitted to Intensive Care Units(ICU) for respiratory difficulties exhibit neurological symptoms.Evolution of COVID-19 outburst into a pandemic ,and the need of social distancing and quarantine has exaggerated the incidents of mental health disorders including Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).To address the issue effectively ,complete and absolute evaluation of previous epidemics is required.Integration of behavioural and physi stress cal health services can be of great help to reduce the issue to a certain level.Educating people about expected psychological impact and reactions to trauma and making sure they understand that a psychological reaction is normal can be very helpful.

 Abstract

The present work is to formulate and evaluate the ointment of neem and turmeric extract for antimicrobial activity and anti fungal activity. The ethanolic extract was prepared by maceration method. The ointment base was prepared and three formulations of ointment were done by incorporating extract in the base by levigation method. All the formulation were evaluated for their physicochemical parameters like colour, odour, pH, spreadability, extrudability, consistency, diffusion study, solubility, washability. Also the formulation was evaluated for its stability at various temperature conditions which shows no change in the irritancy, spreadability and diffusion study. From three ointments, F3 was found to be the best formulation as it shows 98% drug release within 6hrs, drug content 98.8% and it shows more zone of inhibition against bacillus as compared to other three formulations.

 Abstract

Climate and weather conditions at a destination influence the decision regarding what season and which location tourists might travel to. Assuming that the holiday experiences and satisfaction during their stay are influenced by weather and climate as well, this study investigates the question: does bad weather lead to a higher complaint rate among guests who booked vacation rentals? To answer this question, the complaint behavior and the weather parameters temperatureprecipitation, wind speed and humidity are examined. The correlations between weather and complaining behavior are proven using the four-field coefficient. The chi-square four-field test is used to subsequently test independence. As a result, a correlation between the weather parameters and complaints cannot be proven based on the applied methods and used data. The four-field coefficient cannot confirm a correlation, as it is close to zero for all four weather parameters. For further investigations, more complaint data are required to obtain more significant results.

However, social issues continue to prevail in this region pondering the educational status of people. The prevalence of demographic taboos continues to haunt this region which is primarily associated with the development this region has experienced over time. Notable steps have been taken up by the central, state and local governments alike to uplift the situation but the ingrained values prevalent in the society reflect the overall lack of awareness and cultural norms that exists in the region. Multiple news is recorded from time to time that depicts the education awareness in Malda, especially among women. Education among women is still a large factor that is required to be addressed in this society at large. Malda is one such region where education, especially for women still requires thorough attention. In this article, this issue has been discussed and conclusive results have been derived that focus emphasizes the social concern.

Father-Daughter Relationship can be oversimplified in binary opposites such as positive/negative or good/bad. Banaras movie presents a positive father-daughter relationship, as Shwetambari identifies with her father Mahendranath, but the present paper aims at explaining the grey shades in their relationship that accounts for the drastic turns in daughter's trajectory of life. She has high self-worth and self-esteem. Her father has raised her in a permissive parenting style and secure attachment pattern. He reflects her image in positive qualities and she proudly possesses sattvik Guna that her Papa exhibits. Equally significant is the role of family as socializing agent: it makes aware its young ones about social differences and cultural prejudices, or it adopts ideal ways to overlook socio-cultural biases. Mahendranath committed the mistake of posing himself as a liberal humanitarian in front of her. Ironically, this image of an inner father gets shattered when Shwetambari overhears his guilty confession. This was too much for her; she drifts away from him and returns after sixteen years only to forgive him at his last breath. Her expressive images on the plasma screen reveal her inner mind and her true self that informs her mystical vision and also her focus on realizing salvation from worldly desires. She is above grudges, jealousies, ambitions and mundane ideology of discrimination. She looks at her family relationship in a very compassionate understanding without demanding anything in return. She resolves the conflicting emotions that generated from the father-daughter relationship.
