Background: Breastfeeding is the best method of infant feeding because human milk continues to be the only milk which is tailor-made and uniquely suited to the human infant. All mothers should be encouraged to breast-feed their infants. When a mother, for some reason, is unable to feed her infant directly, her breast milk should be expressed and fed to the infant. If mothers own milk is unavailable or insufficient, the next best option is to use pasteurized donor human milk (PDHM). Objectives: To assess the knowledge regarding Human Milk Banking among mothers of infants. To evaluate the effectiveness of Structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding human milk banking among mothers of infants. To find the association between pre and post test knowledge and socio-demographic variables regarding human milk banking among mothers of infants. Methods: A Pre- experimental one group pre-test post-test design was adopted to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding human milk banking among mothers of infants at selected villages of Baireddipalle mandal, Chittoor district. Sixty mothers of infants were selected, convenient sampling technique was used. Results: The study shows that the overall knowledge and knowledge on practice levels of mothers of infants regarding human milk banking. In pretest majority of the mothers 52(86.70%) were having inadequate knowledge followed by 7(11.70%) were having moderate knowledge and 1(1.70%) were having adequate knowledge. In post-test, majority of the mothers of infants 52(86.70%) were having adequate knowledge and only 18(13%) were having moderate knowledge. It is evident that the structure teaching programme was effective and has great Impact on mothers of infants knowledge regarding human milk banking. Knowledge and practice were significant at p<0.01 level. Conclusion: The study findings reveals that the structure teaching programme was effective and has great Impact on mothers of infants knowledge regarding human milk banking.

In Draupadi: Indias First Daughter, Vamshi Krishna rewrites Mahabaratha from the female perspective of queen Draupadi. The candid and interesting first person narration questions the stereotypical notion of women in the Indian culture. The classic, Sanskrit epic poemMahabarathais the spiritual as well as historical source which have defined the societal values in the aspects of patriarchs. It describes the female characters to be submissive and marginalized in the male dominated society. In the work of Vamshi Krishna the character Draupadi is exemplified as one of the earliest feminists due to her views on society and as well as polyandry and her thirst for revenge to show her individuality. This article proposes to analyse the image of the submissive and passive Draupadi of the epic poem Mahabarathato a strong feminist in the light of Elaine Showalters theory of feminism.

In the Indian society women are always supposed very dependent and less important part. Women do not get respect and position as they deserve. But now time is constantly changing, besides all these humiliation and disrespect, they raise their voice to get the entire rights equivalent to men. They want their separate identity. Women do not suppose to be a puppet in the hands of man. This dominance can be seen from ancient to modern time. Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni is one of the prominent feminist writers. She shows through her novels how women shifting their worse position into good. Now they are becoming smarter. They are willingly trying to modify conservative thinking. The four walls are not enough for them to survive. Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni showed in this novel how women being treated because India is a male powered country. Male are supposed superior to female. This gender biasness can be seen since childhood. The present study has been taken out with the main objective of presenting Draupadi as a role model for all Indian women. Draupadis sufferings and her pain which she bore throughout her life. Her character was bold and appreciable. She has become an epitome for all modern women.

Few years ago it was a fantasy or a science fiction, to control the working of real world devices with thoughts. But now it has become a reality, thanks to Brain Computer Interface (BCI). BCI based on scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) signals is a non-invasive technique that is the major and economical mode of data acquisition from brain. Other forms of non-invasive brain data acquisition are Magneto encephalography (MEG), Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNRIS). BCI can be applied to plethora of varied applications from both medical and non-medical fields. In medical field, it can be applied in prevention, detection and diagnosis, rehabilitation and restoration. In non medical field it can be applied in neuroergonomics, smart environment, gaming applications etc. BCI is a direct communication pathway between a human or animal brain and an external device. With BCI, a person with all kinds of disabilities but having a functioning brain can do anything to everything. As brain is the most complex organ of the human body, the data acquired from the brain will also exhibit complex features. To analyze these features we have to use efficient and competent algorithms. Algorithms working on the concept of collective intelligence are found to perform better in the anlaysis of EEG signals. There are numerous Swarm intelligence (SI) algorithms like Ant colony optimisation(ACO), Particle swarm optimisation(PSO), Bee colony optimization (BCO) that harness the collective intelligence. Here we endeavour to present the survey on the usage of swarm intelligence algorithms on the EEG data collected from the IoT device.

Rule of Law is primarily about striking a balance between law and liberty, so that the law does not become tyranny and liberty does not become license. According to Prof. A.V. Dicey, the guarantee of equality before the law is an aspect which may be interpreted as the Rule of Law. It means that no man is above the law and that every person, whatever be his rank or conditions, is subject to the jurisdiction of ordinary Courts. Rule of Law runs like a golden thread in our constitution which in several articles emphasizes the necessity of law but special emphasis has been given to Art.14 and the so called the hub of the Constitution, i.e. Art.21

Lipstick is commonly regarded, for good or ill, as the typical, perhaps even the proto-typical decorative cosmetic. Since the days of Nefertiti, modification or accentuation of lip colour has been known to play a prominent part in the achievement of cosmetic effect. Enabling the user to adjust lip outline and modify external perception and visual impact of mouth form and texture, lipstick has become an almost universal constituent of ladies handbags. Moist lips, dry lips, shiny lips, smooth lips, all are simple matters of cosmetic application. Put on skillfully, lipstick can substantially alter the apparent facial characteristics of the user.

Being a working women and a mother even I have been facing lot of issues relating to work-life balance, stress, anxiety, tiredness and emotional imbalances. This motivated me to conduct a study among women to investigate the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of women across different sections of the society. An online survey was conducted among women with the help of various social media platforms. This survey was conducted in the month of September, 2020. The respondents submitted their responses by filling a questionnaire which was drafted to assess the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of women, increase in stress, behavioural and changes in their lifestyle. The study was conducted among working women, homemakers, students and retired women, across different age groups, economic backgrounds, educational qualifications and professional status. The study reveals that the work-life balance has got disturbed for majority of women who are working and are married. However, most of the women responded that they had family support during this time. Women who have kids responded that they are unable to pay adequate attention to their kids. Majority of the respondents also acknowledged the impact of this pandemic on their mental health.
