One paradigm for economic growth that is growing is financial inclusion, particularly in developing nations like India. Given that India is home to the biggest population of rural people worldwide, financial inclusion is a novel idea that uses creative methods to encourage rural residents to develop banking habits. Providing banking and financial services to everyone in a fair, transparent, and equitable manner at a reasonable cost is the goal of financial inclusion. Because it offers policy solutions to remove the obstacles preventing people from accessing financial markets, financial inclusion is essential to inclusive growth. The goal of inclusion is to provide underprivileged groups, such as lower-class individuals, with timely and enough credit access as well as reasonably priced access to various financial services.

Along with changing the landscape of an area, the disaster also causes loss of life and property in Bageshwar district. Increasing loss of life and property in that area. Increasing population for some years and increasing construction work to meet their needs, the construction of roads leading to development has also increased the number of landslides in hilly areas. The geology of the particular area greatly affects the landslide, depending on what kind of changes are to be made in which area. If attention is paid to the geology and physiography of the Bageshwar district, then this area comes in the lesser Himalayas and central Himalayas. The geological setup is complex due to the repeated tectonic disturbances caused by different orogenic cycles(Valdiya 1980). This area is made up of weak rocks, due to which the possibility of landslides increases greatly during the rainy season. Depending on the type of slope and the intended use of the structure, different scientific methods exist for evaluating the stability of slopes. In this research paper, we identify the areas in the Bageshwar district where landslides are occurring and where they are likely to occur know the causes of landslides, and present suggestions to reduce the possibility of landslides.

Education is the backbone of every country. The development of the nation depends upon how much educated is the population of that nation. So, to make education available to all in a specific way a proper framework governed with rules and regulations is required. In India, National Education Policy is formed to regulate educational framework. The first NEP was formulated in 1968 after that two amendments have been made, first in 1986 and then in 2020. NEP 2020 is the latest policy of education given by K Kasturirangan on 29th July 2020. NEP 2020 is the most comprehensive policy which discusses about the insufficiencies of prior policy. It aims at imparting quality education to all. NEP 2020 focuses on both holistic and multi-disciplinary school as well as higher education. The target is to reduce dropouts and bring equality among all students by 2030. Through this paper, we will discuss the highlights and positive and negative impact of an NEP 2020 on higher education. Namita Gokhale, without a doubt, is one of the eminent novelists writing in English. She projects the hardships which women face in their personal, professional, religious and socio-political levels. Through her novels, Gokhale has presented the dreams and desires of Indian women who strive to fulfill their desires. She has depicted women in the context of the contemporary world as an individual with freedom of choices. The modern Indian women appear as the protagonists of her novels. With the help of her novels, Gokhale has very skillfully captured the Indian ethos. She exhibits a deep insight into human nature and understanding of day-to-day problems. The themes dealt by her depict clash between modernity and tradition, Indian woman's search for independence, the East-West conflict and freedom struggle movement. In her works, Namita Gokhale interweaves two distinct strands of primary topics and their collaterals before joining them all together to form a cohesive whole. The desire for harmony and balance in a world full of conflicts and tensions is related to the thematic pattern in her writings. The present paper brings to light the unfulfilled desires in Gokhale's The Himalayan Love Story.

The necessity for data privacy regulations and the civic right to privacy of every person, regardless of sexual inclination, essentially set off the privacy debate in the twenty-first century. A crucial aspect of life and liberty, privacy is a natural component of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution. It is present in every person equally, regardless of class, social standing, gender, or orientation. It is important for the growth of a person's personality, integrity, and dignity. The right to privacy is not absolute, thus every invasion must be justified by law and must be founded on necessity, legality, and proportionality in order to protect this prized right. In this article, the writers trace the history of privacy through a number of judicial rulings, establishing privacy as a fundamental right protected by Article 21 of the Indian Constitution. The majority of the essay is devoted to the legal analysis of how this right came to be recognised as a fundamental right. Additionally, given that the period in which we live is one of information, not all of the information we possess must be disclosed and some information must be protected, privacy plays a crucial part in this situation. In the 21st century's technologically advanced period, the idea of protecting such privacy in the form of information is of the utmost importance.
