The paper deal with study of models of load bearing wall structure. This Masonry load bearing wall subjected to vertical concentric and eccentric loading may led to collapse through instability. In this paper the failure pattern of masonry load bearing wall of different sizes were investigated via testing shaking table test , compressive strength . The result shows that the bearing wall cannot carry heavy loads but by increasing thickness their is possibility of less damage in the structure.

Anti-platelet compounds are an important drug for cardiovascular diseases and for certain surgical procedures where a risk of stroke or thrombosis. Mer is a member of the TAM (Tyro3, Axl and Mer) receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) subfamily with growth-arrest-specific-6Gas6) as one of the endogenous ligands. Currently, Mer has been shown to play important roles in regulating macrophage activity and platelet aggregation. The role of Mer kinase in regulating the second phase of platelet activation generates an opportunity to use Mer inhibitors for preventing thrombosis with diminished likelihood for bleeding as compared to current therapies. The QSAR tries to explain the observed variance in the biological effect of certain classes of compounds as a function of molecular changes caused by the substituents. These physiochemical descriptors which included parameters to account for hydrophobicity, electronic properties and steric effect are determined empirically or, more recently, by computational methods. QSAR methodologies save resources and expedite the process of the development of new molecules and drugs. In our works, we calculated many descriptors from the 43 molecular structures in literature1 by the software Dragon, MLR Methods was used to select descriptor and set up linear model. Then we developed a new QSAR model to explore the IC50 of anti-thrombosis the compounds with diverse structures. The square of correlation coefficient (R2) for best model with penta molecular descriptors after deletion of three compound is 0.9326. The best model since the values R = 0.9657, R2 = 0.9326 , R2A = 0.9227 , R2cv = 0.9325 are the best as compared to all the models. The calculated F value is greater than F theoretical value , the value of standard error of estimate is the lowest , SE = 0.5655, PRESS/SSY = 0.06743 confirms that it is statistically significant and excellent model and it has been found to be having outstanding predictive power also. The present finding the based on QSAR are in excellent agreement with the result obtain by Linhao Xu et al.

Deep Vein Trombosis (DVT) is one of the extracranial complications after TBI. Prophylaxis DVT using on TBI reduce incidence and mortality. Climate variants of an area affect the risk of DVT. UV ray increasing synthesis of vitamin D and lowering risk of thrombus fomation. A systematic review and meta-analysis we performed according PRISMA guidelines. A through literature search was conducted on PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane database. Total 3 publications match study criteria with 178 samples, without 144 samples and 34 samples with prophylaxis. The overall incidence is 5% (0-6.8%), without 6.25% (5.3-6.8%) and with prophylaxis 0%. No reported complications and 100% survival rate. The incidence of DVT in TBI in tropical climate is low on average 5% (0-6.8%). There was no difference in the outcome of DVT in TBI in tropical climate which given and without DVT prophylaxis. Asian races ethnic protective factor and UV ray exposure may contributed to the low of incidence rate. Prevention of DVT is still recommended for the use of prophylaxis, mechanical compression and early mobilization in cases of TBI to prevent the occurrence of DVT.

The Model is related to human character development problem, which shows the effective change in moral nature of human beings due to sanskars and Kusanskars. The term Sanskar is a precious ornament of mankind. The effective moral standards have been investigated according to the standards of sanskars and kusanskars. The model is continuous time model and performs according to human performance, depending upon the accuracy of values D_s (standard of Sanskars) and D_k (standard of Kusanskars). The existence of Sanskars in human beings makes them great. Two applications, one in industry and other in environment, are provided to illustrate the validity of the model with theoretical estimates of the significance of D-factor Dsk.

Corona viruses represent a major group of viruses and one of them which is known as novel corona virus is responsible for the pandemic COVID -19(Corona virus disease 2019). This disease has started from China and had a global spread till now across 216 countries so far. On 30 January 2020, World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the COVID-19 epidemic as a public health emergency of international concern. The COVID-19 is associated with the illness of upper respiratory tract which sometimes lead to severe pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). It is related with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in 2002 and middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS) in 2012. Each of three corona viruses emerged since the turn of the century has caused respiratory outbreaks but has unique characteristics. SARS and MERS have higher fatality rates than COVID-19 but the latter is highly infectious and spreads more easily among the people.

Self Cured concrete is a type of concrete with a special ability to reduce autogenous shrinkage responsible for early stage cracking. different type of internal curing agents are currently being used around the world. Using Self curing concrete will lead to an escalation in the Strength of concrete Self Curing is beneficial in low water cement ratio concrete because of the chemical shrinkage that accompanies Portland cement hydration and low permeability of these material. Since the water incorporated into and absorbed by the cement hydration products has a specific volume less than that of bulk water a hydrating cement paste will imbibe water from available source. while in higher water cement ratio concrete this water can be and often is supplied by external curing. The present work deal with the results of experimental investigation on Polyethylene glycol 400. Effect of these Admixture on various Strength of concrete are studied. Polyethylene glycol content varied from 1 to 3% by weight of cement. Various Strength are considered for investigation are Compressive Strength, Flexural Strength. Cube size 100mm for Compressive Strength, beam size 500x100x100mm for Flexural Strength were cast. all the specimen were Self Cured for 7 and 28 days and tested subsequently. The optimum measured quantity of PEG 400 for maximum Compressive and Flexural Strength was found 2 % for M60 grade concrete . Various microstructure crack appear in a low water content specimen while Self curing process to overcome this problem of cracking Glass fibers and Silica Fume are used. The Compressive and Flexural Strength are increased at 2% when comparison of conventional curing of concrete. Study recommended suitable PEG 400 as an internal Self curing agent as it was completely soluble in water.

Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common sexual disorders in men. Penile revascularization surgery is one of the promising procedures that has the ability to cure patients permanently, allowing for the return of spontaneously generating erections without the use of drugs or external/internal devices. This method has undergone numerous revisions since its first description in the 1970s. The surgery's specific goal is to enhance blood flow into the erection (cavernosal) artery in patients who have blood flow-related erectile dysfunction as a result of trauma. Young men with erectile dysfunction owing to pure arterial blockage and no other vascular risk factors (diabetes, high blood pressure, lipid disorders, cigarette smoking) represent the optimum patient population for penile revascularization surgery.
