Improving the quality and usage of human resources, particularly education personnel, must be proportionate to the Internationalization of Higher Education, including English competence. The andragogy teaching and learning technique of the Informal English Community is an innovative attempt to develop the English language abilities of education personnel in facing higher education internationalization. This study specifically looked at the university's attempts to improve and optimize the role of education professionals in dealing with the internationalization of higher education by hosting activities in the form of informal English communities. In this study, the author uses applied research, which is one type of research that aims to provide practical solutions to particular problems, that this type of research is carried out with the intention of applying, testing, and evaluating the ability of a policy or program applied in solving practical problems. All stages of the research were carried out at the medical faculty, the most prominent faculty at a leading public university in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia, namely Universitas Airlangga. The first stage was to design and implement program activities, and the second stage was to collect primary data with quantitative and qualitative methods. This applied research demonstrates that an English language training program based on the notion of an informal community designed using peer tutoring methods may minimize the rigidity of the learning process, reduce fear, and boost participants' willingness to participate in learning programs to improve English language abilities.

As a result of stigma, prejudice, and discrimination towards their minority population, the LGBTQ community often experiences higher levels of stress. 'Minority stress,' which encompasses not only discrimination, harassment, and victimisation, but also more internalised feelings like shame, could play a big part in LGBTQ mental health concerns and be linked to body image issues. This study investigates the relationship between body image satisfaction, self-esteem, and sense of belongingness amongst the homosexuals. Data were collected from 40 participants (15 males and 25 females). The participants completed a self-administered Google form, containing 19-Item Body Image Questionnaire by Bruchon and Schweitzer (1987), Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale (RSE) by Rosenberg (1965), and Challenged Sense of Belongingness Scale by Fuchs et. al. (2021). Correlation analysis was performed. A significant relationship was found between body image satisfaction and self-esteem amongst homosexuals (0.79). A moderate correlation was seen between self-esteem and sense of belongingness (0.44). A positive yet weak correlation between body image satisfaction and sense of belongingness was found (0.33). Certain limitations and suggestions were also included at the end of the study.

Abstract Afghan-born American novelist Khaled Hosseini was noted for his evocative descriptions of Afghanistan. The Kite Runner (2003), A Thousand Splendid Suns (2007), And The Mountain Echoed (2013), and Sea Prayer (2018) are his major works His works are about Afghanistan's political unrest. For Adult Fiction, he received the "Indies Choice Book Award." Khaled Hosseini's second novel, The novel A Thousand Splendid Suns covers the lives of two Afghan women, their families, friendships, and ambitions for the future, set against a backdrop of three decades of political upheaval, and was inspired by a journey to Kabul, Afghanistan, the author's birthplace in 2003. A Thousand Splendid Suns seeks to draw parallels between Mariam and Laila, two female protagonists who struggle with political imbalance, social inequality, and oppression in their respective nations. Khaled Hosseini's literary style in A Thousand Splendid Suns is both sympathetic and disgusting. He sympathises with individuals who are burdened by the battle. He primarily does this through the use of two literary devices: symbolism and imagery. The central theme of the novel A Thousand Splendid Suns is women's rights, particularly during the Taliban. Mariam and Laila were born into non-oppressive regimes. Mariam's execution at the stadium exemplified the inequity of her treatment. The research article explores the feministic side of the novel.

Hamatological changes as impediments in the fish Catla catla (Hamilton) exposed in the laboratory conditions (in vivo) due to the Dichlorvos an organo phosphate, both technical grade and 76% EC (Nuvan) are studied. The fish blood parameters studied includes erythrocytes (RBC), White blood corpscules (WBC), Haemoglobin (Hb), Haematocrit value (Hct & PCV), Mean corpuscular volume (MCV), Mean corpsuclar Haemoglobin (MCH) and Mean corpsuclar haemoglobin concentration (MCHC) of which the first four are analysed to determine them quantitatively and the last three are determined as by calculation. The RBC, Hb and HCt decreased whereas WBC increased and accordingly the calculated and MCV, MCH and MCHC are too varied. Due to the toxic stress the blood regeneration of components failed to function normally and to cope the toxic action leucocytes increased. The effects of the pesticide of technical grade and 76% EC (Nuvan) both in lethal and sublethal concentration had a significant impact and in total the metabolism is impaired hence the growth will be limited as the fish is for culture candidate species.

The paper deal with study of models of load bearing wall structure. This Masonry load bearing wall subjected to vertical concentric and eccentric loading may led to collapse through instability. In this paper the failure pattern of masonry load bearing wall of different sizes were investigated via testing shaking table test , compressive strength . The result shows that the bearing wall cannot carry heavy loads but by increasing thickness their is possibility of less damage in the structure.

Anti-platelet compounds are an important drug for cardiovascular diseases and for certain surgical procedures where a risk of stroke or thrombosis. Mer is a member of the TAM (Tyro3, Axl and Mer) receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) subfamily with growth-arrest-specific-6Gas6) as one of the endogenous ligands. Currently, Mer has been shown to play important roles in regulating macrophage activity and platelet aggregation. The role of Mer kinase in regulating the second phase of platelet activation generates an opportunity to use Mer inhibitors for preventing thrombosis with diminished likelihood for bleeding as compared to current therapies. The QSAR tries to explain the observed variance in the biological effect of certain classes of compounds as a function of molecular changes caused by the substituents. These physiochemical descriptors which included parameters to account for hydrophobicity, electronic properties and steric effect are determined empirically or, more recently, by computational methods. QSAR methodologies save resources and expedite the process of the development of new molecules and drugs. In our works, we calculated many descriptors from the 43 molecular structures in literature1 by the software Dragon, MLR Methods was used to select descriptor and set up linear model. Then we developed a new QSAR model to explore the IC50 of anti-thrombosis the compounds with diverse structures. The square of correlation coefficient (R2) for best model with penta molecular descriptors after deletion of three compound is 0.9326. The best model since the values R = 0.9657, R2 = 0.9326 , R2A = 0.9227 , R2cv = 0.9325 are the best as compared to all the models. The calculated F value is greater than F theoretical value , the value of standard error of estimate is the lowest , SE = 0.5655, PRESS/SSY = 0.06743 confirms that it is statistically significant and excellent model and it has been found to be having outstanding predictive power also. The present finding the based on QSAR are in excellent agreement with the result obtain by Linhao Xu et al.

Deep Vein Trombosis (DVT) is one of the extracranial complications after TBI. Prophylaxis DVT using on TBI reduce incidence and mortality. Climate variants of an area affect the risk of DVT. UV ray increasing synthesis of vitamin D and lowering risk of thrombus fomation. A systematic review and meta-analysis we performed according PRISMA guidelines. A through literature search was conducted on PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane database. Total 3 publications match study criteria with 178 samples, without 144 samples and 34 samples with prophylaxis. The overall incidence is 5% (0-6.8%), without 6.25% (5.3-6.8%) and with prophylaxis 0%. No reported complications and 100% survival rate. The incidence of DVT in TBI in tropical climate is low on average 5% (0-6.8%). There was no difference in the outcome of DVT in TBI in tropical climate which given and without DVT prophylaxis. Asian races ethnic protective factor and UV ray exposure may contributed to the low of incidence rate. Prevention of DVT is still recommended for the use of prophylaxis, mechanical compression and early mobilization in cases of TBI to prevent the occurrence of DVT.

The Model is related to human character development problem, which shows the effective change in moral nature of human beings due to sanskars and Kusanskars. The term Sanskar is a precious ornament of mankind. The effective moral standards have been investigated according to the standards of sanskars and kusanskars. The model is continuous time model and performs according to human performance, depending upon the accuracy of values D_s (standard of Sanskars) and D_k (standard of Kusanskars). The existence of Sanskars in human beings makes them great. Two applications, one in industry and other in environment, are provided to illustrate the validity of the model with theoretical estimates of the significance of D-factor Dsk.
