Writing this overview of intrauterine drug delivery systems was done with the intention of gathering the most recent research, paying particular attention to the many intrauterine techniques that have emerged as the most effective methods for site-specific oral controlled release drug delivery. To end the pregnancy, the medication releases in the uterus. Details about the benefits and drawbacks of IUDDS are provided. IUDs, or intrauterine devices, are used in intrauterine medication delivery systems. They come in a variety of forms and, depending on the type, can be effective for three to 10 years. An effective, reversible form of long-term contraception is the IUD. A unique device that fits into the uterus is called an intra-uterine device. A tiny device called an intrauterine device (IUD) is put within the uterus through the cervix in order to prevent conception. From the IUD, a tiny string extends into the vagina's upper region. During sexual activity, the IUD is undetectable. IUDs may endure one to ten years. In order to stop fertilization, they interfere with the motions of sperm and eggs. They also hinder implantation and alter the uterine lining. The effectiveness of IUDs as birth control is 99.2-99.9%. They offer no defense against HIV/AIDS or other sexually transmitted illnesses. An IUD can be inserted in as little as five to ten minutes. IUD insertion requires a clinician. Usually, you do it during your menstrual cycle. The medical professional will examine your pelvis and determine the exact location of your uterus. After seeing your cervix with a speculum inserted into your vagina, they will clean it with an antiseptic solution. By preventing sperm from accessing an egg that your ovaries have released, an IUD prevents conception.

More than half a billion people around the world continue to be affected by cardiovascular diseases, which accounted for 20.5 million deaths in 20211 - close to a third of all deaths globally and an overall increase on the estimated 121 million CVD deaths. An essential therapeutic method for a variety of cardiac illnesses is the efficient delivery of medications to the heart. Targeted medication delivery techniques have become more and more promising thanks to Nano carriers. Specific target locations, suitable drug delivery vehicles, and efficient drug delivery systems are key factors in the efficacy of Nano carriers for delivering medications to therapeutic areas in the heart focusing on ligands. Effective targeted medication delivery implies that a drug is specifically deposited in the heart after administration with little impact on other organs. Nano carrier may provide a solution to more effective treatment of disease, with better prognoses and a reduced side effect profile. This review provide a brief overview about Nanoparticle used for TDDS to the heart including their advantages, features, application and future prospective.

Human beings are rational being and therefore worthy of dignity and respect. This proposition indicates that all human beings are equal & enjoy basic, inherent rights. The growth of population and exploitation of earth's natural resources resulted in creating a stress on means of human survival. As a result of this stress, people forced to move from one place to another. The said displacement further got complicated with the increasing conflicts. The influx of such population is in large number in Asia. It is evident form recent Global Displacement Report of 2020, which accounted India for most of region's new displacements with total of 2.8 Million, which is highest in the world. Amongst this figure, 2.7 million were triggered by disasters and more than 160,000 displacements associated with conflict and violence. Talking specifically about women refugees, at least 1 in 5 is estimated to have experience violence including sexual violence. Refugee women go through challenges in terms of abuse, including risk of prolonged separation from family members, being kidnapped, detained for long periods, physical and sexual abuse, torture and being extorted by smugglers and criminal gangs.

In this contingency scenario, education plays a pivotal and decisive role. Therefore, the National Education Policy 2020 has been transformed into the framework for this reform, which could support the country's efforts to strengthen its economic and social indicators while also contributing to the development of a new educational system. That still has to be made better. Through autonomous colleges and multidisciplinary universities, NEP 2020 offers high-quality higher education. The policy provides a thorough framework for vocational training and education from elementary school to higher education in both rural and urban areas of India. The policy hopes to change India's educational system. The government quickly made it clear that no one would be forced to study any specific language and that English would not be replaced with any regional language as the medium of instruction. This article primarily focuses on NEP-2020 and its effects on School and Higher Education. This paper also provides a description of the essential elements of NEP and an analysis of their implications for the existing educational structure.

Organ-on-a-chip is an innovative technology that has gained prominence in recent years for its potential to revolutionize drug testing, disease modeling, and personalized medicine. It involves the microfabrication of miniature three-dimensional tissue models on a chip that can replicate the structure and function of specific human organs or tissues. This technology utilizes microfluidics, tissue engineering, and biomaterials to create in vitro systems that mimic the dynamic and complex interactions within the human body. Organ-on-a-chip platforms offer numerous advantages, including the ability to study organ-specific responses to drugs, toxins, and disease in a controlled environment, reducing the need for animal testing. Furthermore, these systems allow for the investigation of individualized patient responses, fostering the development of precision medicine. This abstract provides an overview of the organ-on-a-chip technology, its applications, and its potential to reshape pharmaceutical research, toxicology, and disease modeling in the future.

Personality is not merely a collection of individual traits or disconnected behaviors but is structured, organized, and integrated. Behavioral indicators of that structure may vary, yet, according to the situational framework because behavior is a function of the interface of personality and situational factors. There is a developmental feature to personality that occurs over time out of a matrix of biological and social influences. Goleman (1995), a proponent of EI, notes that "Emotional intelligence consists of abilities such as being able to motivate oneself and persist in the face of frustrations; to control impulse and delay gratification; to regulate one's moods and keep distress from swamping the ability to think; to empathize and to hope." Emotional intelligence (EI) is a significant indicator of future achievement in every walk of life, as well as academic achievement and career success (Saarni, 1999; Goleman, 1995; Li, Wang & Li, 2012; Bar-On, 2002). The purpose of the present study was to understand which of the personality dimensions (extroversion/neuroticism) has a significant relationship with Emotional Intelligence. The total sample consisted of 110 first-year International Medical students from academic years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 (Male-37/F-74). All participant students were asked to complete the Emotional Intelligence Scale developed by Dr. S. K. Mangal and Mrs. Shubhra Mangal and Eysenck Personality Inventory (Form-B). Statistical analysis of the data involved inferential statistics, including means, standard deviations, t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. The results show that Emotional Intelligence will possibly predict extroversion positively and neuroticism negatively, the dimensions of personality, respectively. Relationships of the two hypotheses could be explained by "affect regulation," "tendency to have positive experiences," and "tendency to have negative experiences."

This research article undertakes a comparative analysis of the Alienation Effect, a seminal concept in Bertolt Brecht's epic theatre, and its resonance in the traditional Tamil theatre form, Therukoothu. Investigating the theoretical foundations of alienation in Brechtian theatre, the study explores its key components, such as defamiliarization and gestus. Transitioning to the rich historical and performance context of Therukoothu, the research meticulously examines the alignment of Brecht's theoretical concepts with the unique representational elements of the traditional Tamil art form. A central focus is placed on performance characteristics including dialogue, verse, dance, music, costume, and make-up in Therukoothu, analyzing how they contribute to a constant state of alienation. The role of the Kattiyankaran (Sutradhara) as a disruptor of narrative continuity and the significance of music and musicians in both traditions are scrutinized for their parallel influence on maintaining alienation. By drawing connections between these two theatrical traditions, the research contributes to a nuanced understanding of alienation as a transhistorical and cross-cultural technique, providing insights into its enduring significance in diverse performance practices.
