Outlier detection is examined and can be applied in many domains. These Outliers occur because of human error while data entry, fraudulent error when a malicious practice occurs, system behaviour, by natural deviations in datasets or instrument error. The detection of outliers has been used over many years, to identify outliers and analyse outliers where required. Sometimes the outliers need to be removed, Sometimes we use it to identify Outliers. The main challenge in outlier detection is to work on data that is highly Sensitive data. Sometimes the data is so sensitive that the outlier data coincides with the normal data, this usually occurs in the domain of malicious activities. The proposed system assists to clean data in less time and great accuracy. Our paper focuses on outlier detection which can be applied to various domains that have time series data. This shows critical review on various approaches to detect outliers and provides the most accurate technique for particular type of data

This review explores the important implications of the rising prevalence of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron subvariant for public health . The XBB Omicron subvariant has demonstrated increased transmissibility through an apparent propensity for immune evasion All pandemic viruses have eventually adapted to human hosts so that they become more transmissible and less virulent. Our multiscale investigation provided evidence suggesting that XBB is the first documented SARS-CoV-2 variant increasing its fitness through recombination rather than single mutations. The XBB Omicron subvariant is rapidly becoming the dominant strain of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) in October 2022 and is one of several variants circulating globally with the potential to dominate autumn/winter waves in different countries.. This is to be expected in the natural evolution of a virus in a population highly vaccinated with a vaccine targeting the spike protein of the original Wuhan strain of the virus.

: Smart home is the automation and control of electronic appliances and light energy systems.. In this paper, a smart home system was designed and implemented using Internet of Things (IoT). The system consists of two sub systems the Remote System and Cloud System. The Remote System (mobile system or remote-control device) is a messaging service used to send and receive data messages from the Application Program Interface. The cloud system consists of all the remote business logic and networking. This paper introduces new design for smart home which is based on 3D Virtual technology. The Virtual 3D engine is used to create a remote virtual home in user application. Users are able to monitor and control their remote virtual smart home using 3D virtual reality from remote application. This system utilizes a Virtual Machine Manager as a Wi-Fi-based gateway to connect different sensors and updates their data in Home Assistant cloud server. The collected data from several sensors can be accessed via remote devices such as smart phones and laptops over the Internet regardless of their location.

Background: The aging process contributes to a decrease in muscle mass, vision, and joint range of motion leading to loss to balance and fear of falls. Tripping over obstacle is very common among older adults due to loss of balance leading to falls. Introduction: Declines in all sensory systems (somatosensory, vision, vestibular) and all three stages of information processing (i.e sensory processing, sensorimotor integration, motor output) are found with aging. Older adults have more difficulty maintaining balance when sensory inputs from more than one system are greatly reduced, particularly when they rely solely on vestibular inputs for balance control. Balance problems occur most frequently among the elderly, falls are the leading cause of accidental death among older adults. Methodology & Results: 100 subjects were selected according to inclusion criteria and pre and post outcome measures were taken. They were randomly assigned to intervention & control group. Obstacle crossing was given for 2 weeks 3 times in a week. Results showed statistical significant improvement in pre and post measures of BBS(p<0.000) of the intervention group when compared to the control group. Conclusion: Hence obstacle training on balance and risk of falls by obstacle crossing in geriatric individuals is more effective in improving gait and reducing the risk of falls.

This study focused on the social health insurance (PhilHealth) utilization by rural indigents in selected barangays in the municipality of Moncada. The study sought to determine the profile rural indigents, PhilHealth utilization of rural indigents, problems encountered by rural indigents in using PhilHealth, proposed measure for the utilization of PhilHealth among rural indigents, and implication of this study to Public Health Management. Using quantitative descriptive research, the researcher examined PhilHealth utilization of 100 rural indigents in selected barangays in the Municipality of Moncada. Using survey questionnaire, interview and documentary analysis, the researcher collected relevant data for the study. The data collected were analyzed using frequency and ranking as its primary statistical tools. Based on the responses received from 100 rural indigents in Moncada Tarlac, the following findings were derived. Majority of the rural indigents PhilHealth members belong to age bracket ranging from 18-45 years old, mostly female, with less than 10,000 pesos income monthly, with 3-4 dependents, and has been PhilHealth members for less than 5 years. Respondents got their PhilHealth membership thru 4Ps and Listahanan Program; the amount PhilHealth coverage is considered insufficient by respondents; respondents use their PhilHealth for lifestyle diseases; rural indigents prefer to use in-patient benefits of PhilHealth but rarely use their PhilHealth in a year. Additional expenses, minimal knowledge of PhilHealth coverage and benefits, and access to nearby health facilities are just some of the barriers for PhilHealth utilization by rural indigents. Additional financial subsidy and health infrastructures and increase awareness of PhilHealth coverage are just some of the intervention sought for Phil health utilization. The study recommends conducts of seminars, expansion of financial assistance thru Malasakit Centers, annual review of PhilHealth beneficiaries, development of preventive health programs, and increase number of RHUs and staffs among rural communities.

An Online sports advertising and management system help administration, customers, and guests quickly know the latest news on sports like tournaments. My online sports advertising and management system is a PHP-based web application that uses the MySQL database. There are three modules in this project: the first is admin, the second is customer, and the third is guest. If we talk about admin, their job is to manage all functions related to the game, schedule, tournament, booking requests, news, and team and the customer can log in and register, view game details, and request a game schedule booking. The third type is a user who can view tournaments, scheduled tournaments, and register for tournaments. The admin is the most important part of this online sports advertising and management system because he manages all of the events and schedules the time of the sports, as well as deciding who will be on the playing team and who will be on the extra team. All employees associated with the sports management system are managed by admin.

The aim of present investigation was undertaken with the objective of formulating buoyant tablet of Tolperisone HCl. Tolperisone HCl is a skeletal muscle relaxant. Drug is more stable in acidic medium (pH < 4.5), and in alkaline medium (pH 4 to 7) tolperisone breaks down into 4-MMPPO [2methyl-1-(4methylphenyl)-propanone] and piperidine. Thus, the patient is exposed to an uncontrollable quantity of genotoxic agent 4-MMPPO. 32 full factorial designs were used for optimization of formulation variable. The drug: polymer ratio (X1) and concentration of sodium bicarbonate (X2) were selected as independent variables, while time required for drug release 50% (t50), time required for drug release 90% (t90), drug release at 12hr (Q12), Floating lag time, release rate constant (k) and diffusion exponent (n) were selected as a dependent variable. Prepared tablets were evaluated for pre compression and post compression parameters. The release mechanisms were explored and explained by applying zero order, first order, and Higuchi and Korsmeyer equations. Regression analysis and analysis of variance were performed for dependent variables. Optimized formulation (B6) showed 99.27% drug release at the end of 24 hrs and maximum similarity factor (f2= 74.41) and minimum dissimilarity factor (f1= 4.24) with theoretical release profile of Tolperisone HCl. Optimized formulation followed by anomalous nonFickian release mechanism and found to be stable after 21 days at accelerated condition.

Financial inclusion is a critical indicator of development as access to bank accounts, loans and other financial services helps in eliminating poverty, promoting inclusive growth and decreasing inequality. Empowering rural women through financial inclusion helps them to move out of the often-exploitative informal sector into more productive activities that would help enable themselves and their families with financial stability. Access to financial services helps them to accumulate assets and have control over their household resources by increasing their savings. This paper provides a comprehensive view of various financial inclusion schemes launched by the Government of India to empower rural women. The relevant data for this study has been collected from several research journals, articles and government websites.

The study examined the nexus of board attributes and real earnings management among quoted Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) in Nigeria. The study specifically examined the effect of board size and board independence on the REM proxy, i.e., discretionary loan loss provision. The final sample was thirteen (13) banks listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX). The study relied on secondary data from annual financial statements for the period 2012 to 2022. The data were analyzed using the pooled ordinary least square regression. The finding showed that there is a significant negative effect of board size on real earnings management and that board independence negatively influence real earnings management in Nigerian banks. The study, therefore, recommended that bank shareholders increase the number of directors in a bank to oversee manager behaviour. Banks should also increase the percentage of non-executive directors to oversee managers' operations. The study reaffirms the importance of corporate governance in reducing unethical management tendencies to indulge in real activities manipulation.

In the eighth-ninth century, Shankaraachaarya gave the principle of monism. This doctrine is also called Vedaanta. According to this belief, Brahma is the only truth and this visible world is false and most importantly that Jeev (Aatmaa), the soul and Brahm (Paramaatmaa), the Supreme Power, are one and there is no difference between them. It is also said in the Brihadaaranyaka Upanishad, 'Aham Brahmaasmi' that means I am Brahma. That is, the soul is Brahma ( the supreme power). Advaita not only says that the soul (Jeev) is a part of the Supreme Soul (Paramaatmaa) , or a particle is a bit or piece of the universe, but it also believes that this world is false If we examine Ghalib's religious views expressed in his poetry, we find that he believed in monotheism. Ghalib says that everyone accepts that You ( Allah) are one, unique and that no one can match you or face you. Ghalib is a strong advocate of Tauhiid, the belief that God is only one and unique. He is against the belief of Shirk, (polytheism). He favored mutual communion among all sects. He has said that we are believers of one God and our tendency is to give up the bonded customs and rituals. Ghalib also believed in the idea of ??unity of Aatmaa and Paramaatmaa, Jeev and Brahma or the micro and the macro. This belief is evident in his countless Shers. He says that though you are in everything in the world, you are still different and unique. In a Sher he says that every drop is saying that I am the ocean, in the same way we also belong to Him (He and us are the same). Ghalib has also pointed out the absurdity (uselessness) of this meaningless world in many of his Shers. Ghalib considers life or existence as a hoax and this world as a web of imagination and believes that even though people say that there is existence but it is not there.

Diabetes is a chronic disease that has an impact on how your body uses food as fuel. It is broadly divided into two main categories diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus. Diabetes mellitus is divided into type 1, type 2and gestational diabetes. The main causes of diabetes include diet, physical inactivity, obesity, family history. Glycosylate HbA1c express glucose or glycemic control for 2-3 months, the recommended level of normal HbA1c is below 7%.Type 1 diabetes is an insulin dependent where as type 2 is an co-existence of insulin deficiency and insulin resistance. Gestational diabetes occurs in some pregnant women and goes away after pregnancy. Therapy for type 1 diabetes include synthetic insulin supply where as for type 2 diabetes oral anti diabetic agents are used as an first line therapy. There are seven classes oral of anti diabetic drugs 1.biguanides,2.Sulfonyluras,3.Meglitinides,4.DPP-4 inhibitors,5.thiazolidinediones,6.SGLT2 -inhibitors,7.alpha glucosidase inhibitors. The second line therapy includes combination of two oral hypoglycemics or a combination of oral antidiabetic drug and insulin. The combinational therapy was used when the monotherapy fails to provide the glycemic control.
