This paper focus on development of maximum power generation from the wind energy system. Recently, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithms play an important role in optimizing the output obtained from the wind energy system. It is well known that wind speed varies; the power from the wind turbine changes accordingly. So, implementation of MPPT is necessary to keep output power at its maximum value with sudden change in either wind speed or load. The same dc energy will be fed to load with inverter and catch required load demand. PI controller-based inverter system is used to improve the power the power of wind energy system. The model considers the MPPT technique in order to extracting maximum possible power form the wind energy system based on permeant magnet synchronous generator (PMSG).

International and national crises often highlight inequalities in the labour market that disproportionately affect individual from diverse background. We need to build a disability inclusive response to covid-19. Since the beginning of the year more than 200 nations across the globe have been affected by covid-19. Many are still reeling under the devastating affects of the pandemic, with both public health and economy emerging market seem to especially vulnerable. In several of the Indian states we hear community members and associate narrate stories how migrant workers, Safai karamchari, Sanitation workers are badly affected due to covid-19 pandemic. While all of us at home maintain physical distance, they are forced to continue to serve us clean our surroundings to keep us safe. When the news of covid-19 broke, everyone wanted to stay indoors protect themselves and create a cocoon but, while the rich and the elite are doing this, the poor still come to pick up the garbage, still clean the roads, and still continue to deliver essential goods. This is happening at a risk that they have taken either due to perhaps their lack of awareness or lack of knowledge are for the mere need to survive, whatever may be the reason but only the disadvantage section of the society are suffered. Despite government having taken drastic step including offering varying degree of support to their citizens, there are some sections of the society that have been inadvantly excluded like person with disabilities ( PWDs ) more than 1 billion in number globally are one such person. This is because much of the advocacy on how to save during the pandemic.

By the year 2050 the world population will increase from 7.9 billion to 9.7 billion and close to 66% of this population will live in cities, declaring the age of the vertical city. High rise development offsets rising land costs and absorbs demand for space. However there are many problems associated with high rise living, risks associated with urbanization like disease, crime, environmental damage and vulnerability to disasters and social conflict also compound as density increases. This research aims at addressing these problems in order to create better spaces and places to live. The problems addressed include, issue of cost- affordability, inclusivity of community, multiplying ground level- creating neighborhood spaces, adaptive and flexible interior design and scope for incremental development.

Brain injury is a problem faced by many neurosurgeons and is a major cause of disability, death and requires high costs to treat in Indonesia. Neurological damage in brain injury does not only occur at the time of impact injury, but develops in the hours and days that follow due to secondary brain injury. The mechanisms of secondary brain injury include oxygen free radicals, neuroinflammation, brain edema, and brain cell death. Kencur extract has antioxidant potential with total phenolic and flavonoid content including luteolin apigenin and is expected to reduce MDA expression. This study is an experimental laboratory with simple random sampling so that the experimental animals, experimental sites and research materials are homogeneous. The treatment of all samples was carried out simultaneously using post-test only control group design which allowed researchers to measure the effect of treatment on the experimental group by comparing the experimental group with the control group. Based on the ANOVA test, the significance value of the Kencur extract treatment group was 0.000 (p<0.05) indicating that there was a difference in MDA expression in brain-injured rats without kencur extract with brain-injured rats and given kencur extract. The 24-hour and 48-hour time groups, a significance value of 0.488 (p> 0.05) showed no significant difference in MDA expression. Then the Kencur extract treatment group with a time group of 0.117 (p> 0.05) showed no significant difference in MDA expression. There was a significant difference in the expression of MDA in brain injured rats without kencur extract with brain injured rats and given kencur extract. There were no significant differences in the MDA expression in the 24-hour and 48-hour time groups and the Kencur extract treatment group and the 24-hour and 48-hour time groups.

Public Library is a social institution with advancement of civilized literate society. The history of the evolution and growth of libraries is an essential chapter in history of the intellectual development of human beings. From the ancient period, India had library, there is evidence of well managed library in 6th Century AD, the Nalanda and Taxila University had library with huge collections of books. Like the ancient period, we also find evidences of library in medieval period of Indian history; Mughal Emperors like Babur, Humayan, Akbar are some examples who had established libraries. In real sense the development libraries in India begun from the British rule, the British Government took many initiatives for the development of public library in India. In post-independence period, Government and various non-government organizations play a significant role for the establishment of the Public Library in India. This paper is an attempt to trace the history of the growth and development of Public Libraries in India in post-independence period. This paper examines the various schemes, policies and steps taken by the Government of India for the spread of Public Library system in all over India and also discusses the circumstances which led to the development of the Public Library system in post-independent India.
