The present paper is an attempt to reveal the subtle psychology of Girish Karnad in context with the Indian imagination of human beings. In the play, Karnad unfolds various layers of unfulfilled desires of human beings. It is a daring experiment of Karnad to use folk motifs, masks, dolls, female chorus, curtains, music, and mime as symbols to signify the traditional requirements of contemporary society. The idea of using traditional symbols in a modern way is quite new and original on the Indian stage to give a new and remarkable impression on the minds of theatre lovers. The names used in the play do not have the same meaning in the ordinary sense of meaning. Like Padmini (Lotus woman), Devadutta (a formal mode of addressing a stranger) Kapila (the dark one). The technical use of masks raises the play to the supreme heights of glory. The presentation of Hayavadana, the protagonist of the sub-plot is also quite remarkable to study the different viewpoints of a character. From the dramatic point of view, the play is exceptionally unique and meaningful which created an everlasting impression on the minds of the audience. Karnad was conferred the Kamala Devi Chattopadhaya award for its immediate success on the stage.

Growing awareness of environmental issues has resulted in a change in consumer behaviour. Consumer perceptions towards living a green lifestyle have shifted. People are actively attempting to lessen their environmental impact. Firms have noticed this shift in customer sentiments and are attempting to acquire a competitive advantage in the market by utilizing the green market's potential. Consumers and producers have focused their attention on environmentally friendly items such as low-power or energy-efficient electrical appliances, organic foods, lead-free paints, recyclable paper, and phosphate-free detergents [21]. The current study introduces the concept of green marketing, focuses on consumers' level of awareness about environmental issues, their perceptions and preferences toward green marketing practices, and investigates the numerous ways in which distinct consumer traits are linked to the concept of green marketing.

The human brain is a fascinating and enigmatic machine. It has the ability to monitor and control our basic life activities, to maintain our posture and direct our movements, to receive, store and interpret information about the world around us and likewise bears the capacity to produce this information accessible, whenever it is needed. In the domain of learning many students struggle to cope with the demands and requirements of the classroom learning, as a result being left behind by an educational system eventually. The field of cognitive neuropsychology has been flourishing in the late years, which studies how the brain and the nervous system affects cognition and the resultant behavior. The aim of contemporary cognitive neuropsychology is to articulate the functional architecture underlying normal human cognitive abilities, on the basis of patterns of performance over a variety of cognitive tasks involving subjects with varying degrees of brain-damage (Bub,1994). This article talks about the inevitable role of the brain in the learning procedure and also explicates the benefits of incorporating the findings from cognitive psychology into the educational sphere.

Time is witness for the evolution and all sort of transformation. The creation of life, the aging process we undergo, the ripening of a fruit, the changes of season, the evolution of past, present &future everything is under the control of time. Time is eternal, self manifested and responsible for transformation of life and death. All the activities taking place in the world are under the control of time. The rhythm of life on earth is shaped by seasonal &diurnal changes in the environment. Plants and animals show profound annual cycles in physiology, morphology, behavior and demography in response to environmental cues. Seasonal biology impacts ecosystems and agriculture with consequences for human health &disease and biodiversity. Seasonal as well as diurnal rhythm play significant role for the coordination of physiological, immunological and behavioral process. Hence understanding seasonal biology for biomedical perspective is the need of hour to prevent many contemporary global health issues. Epidemiologic triad consists of agent, host and environmental factors interrelate in a variety of complex ways to produce disease. Ayurveda broadly depicts the concept of Kala and its unavoidable &irreversible effect towards various physiological, pathological and immune functions. Need of understanding the biodiversity as one of the vital health determinants and adaptation of preventive and therapeutic measure accordingly and consideration of time factor has been emphasized in Ayurvedic classics. A study has been made by the author to explore the role of Kala (time factor) to understand the rhythm of life in response to patho physiological phenomena.

The portal method is one of the common approximate methods in the analysis of statically indeterminate structures. This method is used to analyze the frames which subjected to lateral loadings such as wind, earthquake, and blast loadings. The portal method is still used in the planning phase of projects, preliminary designs, and quick checking for analysis. In this report an improvement is presented to make the portal method analysis more closer to the accurate analysis for one bay frames. In this work, the analysis by using the finite element method is carried out for a twenty seven building frames with various numbers of bays and stories. The outputs indicate that some improvements in the portal method will be useful to make this method more accurate. The improvements have been written in a new "modified portal method". In order to compare the results of the analysis after improvement, a typical five frames have been analyzed by using three methods: namely, portal method, modified portal method (presented in this report), and the finite element method via ETABS 2017.

The rapid evolution of IoT devices has revolutionized the IT field, where automation has been given prime importance. RFID is one of such most prominent in-use technology used to track real-world entities. The entity could be a living object or a non-living object. The tag-attached object and the reader-server communicate wirelessly with each other. Applying RFID in healthcare has revolutionized the treatment process. The doctor and a patient, communicating over a wireless, insecure channel over the network, are subjected to threat by an unauthorized user. The clear text data sent over a wireless channel is insecure and subject to capture, due to known disclosure attacks. A protocol that is a necessity to prevent the data from leakage and to protect privacy is the requirement. This paper presents a protocol in which we use the hash function and the PUF function. The protocol is programmed and is simulated using the Scyther tool and tested for the possible attacks. The security analysis by Scyther shows that our proposed protocol is secure against known attacks. Upon analysis, we found that the communication cost and computation cost are considerably low. Hence, we design a light weight Authentication protocol such that if it is deployed over devices where the storage as well as computing capacity is low

For long, the term Economic Offences is being used with ambiguity particularly while discussing and explaining White Collar Crimes. These offences have a vast ambit with clear and well defined distinction from Traditional Offences and White Collar Crimes. A deeper study can give clear disposition with regard to these offences. The present Paper makes analysis of all the aspects and brings out a distinct definition of Economic Offences. Here, the apparent advantages of a standard definition of Economic Offences have been spelt out followed by the Analytical Evaluation of Different Definitions and Views pertaining to these offences with the help of various works including that of Sutherland, Taft & England, Malimath Committee, Law Commission of India and material from NCRB & Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018. A clear distinction of Economic Offences from White Collar Crime and other Traditional Crimes has been explained through these references. A discussion has been made for understanding New Age Economic Offences resulting from technological advancement. Characteristics of these Offences as derived from different Studies, Works and Court Judgements have been put together apart from analysing their gravity through hidden, deep, far reaching impacts. The observations of Supreme Court of India and different High Courts with regard to Economic Offences while delivering various Judgements have been summarised here. After carefully considering all the points and Characteristics, an appropriate Definition of Economic Offences has been designed and proposed with due honour. In the last, the Arguments in support of this Definition have been presented along with the Scope of this.

A flood is a natural disaster that results in the death of people and the destruction of property. Due to climate change and severe rainfalls, flash floods are an overflow of water that submerges lands and properties, harming lives and habitats all over the world. While it is impossible to minimize risk or prevent it from occurring, we may mitigate its impacts using a variety of technical strategies. Due to changing climatic conditions in the environment, floods and droughts have become increasingly common in our country in recent years. The River stage during a flood need mathematical modelling of the river. This paper describes a study undertaken in Udupi district, Karnataka, at the confluence of the River Swarna. To identify various flood risk zones of irrigation land around Swarna River basin. This will aid in the development of a flood mitigation strategy for the Udupi district as a preventative step for flood management through comparative analysis of steady and unsteady flow analysis for developed irrigation canal around Swarna River basin. This model also calculates the depth of water, velocity, and elevation of the water surface with time. Keywords: flood modelling, steady and unsteady flow analysis, irrigation canal.

Women participation in earning activities increased with the due to education and skill development trainings. They are positioned in different levels of organisation. Many of women are engaged in either in organised or unorganised sectors. Majority of women in Andhra Pradesh State joined in self-help groups and running own business units i.e., petty business viz. provisions shop, shops with pooja material near temples, beauty parlours, boutiques, tailoring shops, fruit shops, vegetable vendors, etc. The graduated women are engaged as teachers in private schools, working as sales girls in shopping malls, etc. Women, who are illiterates or having low level of education are working as sweepers, cleaners, helpers, etc. It is appreciable that women are working and earning, because it helps women to participate in decision making. Women are the first affecters of any change happen in the family or in environment or in the society. The same has been proven with the spread of Covid-19 in all States and Union Territories of India which started in last quarter of 2019. Andhra Pradesh State is one in which Covid-19 shacked the lives of people especially women in 2020. Beach volleyball is a sport team played on a sandy courtyard separated by net among two teams of two participants. To date, primarily male beach volleyball players have been the subject of the study. The goal of this analysis was therefore to evaluate the work / rest ratio and physical action of men and women in terms of their position, and this paper focuses on volleyball history in India as a whole and on the contribution of Indian Sport Authority. Volleyball's history is quite limited in India. It is playing out in the subcontinent, and this makes the sport of the colonizers another hand-down. And while in its early stages, a National system seems oddly confined in India, when one looks at modern times. SAI has been striving for the upgrade of the volleyball game in the state since it was founded in Bangalore in 1975. Volleyball players have been strongly supported by services such as pedagogy, summer development sessions, centre, sport performance centers, student-level come-and-play, and workout facilities at school and education.
