India reported the first case of COVID-19 in Kerala on 30 th January 2020. On 25 th March 2020, a complete lockdown for 21 days was imposed in India. It has been more than a year since the first lockdown in India due to COVID-19 as a result of which colleges remain shut for most of the time. Online classes are the new normal for the students since then. Objective of this study was to understand the changes in dietary behavior and food choice due to online classes among college going girls (18-25 years) studying in Delhi on account of COVID-19. Cross-sectional research design was used for the study. The participants included college going girls (18-25 years) studying in Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi (n=110). Data was collected after taking the consent of the participant through questionnaire via Google forms. The data was coding and analyzed on MS Excel. Continuous data was analyzed using measures of central tendencies. For the categorical data, chi square test was used for analysis of data. Consumption of baked goods increased 5.4% in physical classes to 11.8% in online classes. Consumption of fruits and salads and homemade food also increased during online classes accounting for 17.3% and 33% respectively. Consumption of carbonated beverages decreased from 18.1% to 3.6%. Students binge eat more frequently during physical classes (37.3%). There has been significant differences (p< 0.05) between online and physical in terms of binge eating and food choices among students.

The concentration measurements of various solutions are of great interest in many of industrial processes as a mean of quality production control. In this paper the Fiber Bragg Grating is fabricated by phase mask technique on single mode Ge-B co-doped photosensitive fiber with KrF (248 nm) source. The grating region etched with HF (40%) to act as a concentration sensor, which affects the resonance wavelength with change in surrounding media (hydrogen peroxide) concentration. We have analyzed hydrogen peroxide for various low level concentrations in the range of 1-12 ppm level. The sensor acts effectively sensitive to small changes in hydrogen peroxide concentration.

In the last several decades, the application of nanomedicine for clinical purposes has received significant attention from academia, researchers, government, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies. Key issues related to the clinical development of nanoparticulate nanomedicines include biological challenges, biocompatibility and safety, large scale manufacturing, government regulations, intellectual property (IP), and overall cost-effectiveness in comparison to current therapies. This review focuses on the introduction of nanoparticles and various challenges face by these formulations, controversy associated with the basic concept related to the nano systems. Nanoparticles based formulations have ability to overcome biological barriers to effectively deliver them from biological sites, despite of their advantages only small number of nanoparticles-based formulations get approved for clinical use with numerous challenges and hurdle at different stages of development. The biocidal activity of Metal nanoparticles in general and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) depends on several morphological and physicochemical characteristics of the particles. Many of the interactions of the AgNPs with the human body are still poorly understood; hence, the most desirable characteristics for the AgNPs are not yet well established. This shows that with the regulatory issues related to nanomedicines there are also several pharmacological and toxicological issues which have to consider during synthesis of nanomedicines. This review summarizes challenges likely to be encountered during the development and approval of nanoparticle-based therapeutics, and discusses potential strategies for drug developers and regulatory agencies to accelerate the growth of this important field.

The objective of this work is to review on ginger powder and oil of cloves herbal toothpaste. In current scenario in oral tending with use of herbal toothpaste containing natural ingredients are more acceptable publicly belief than chemical based synthetic use thanks to their safety and efficacy in reducing decay, and preventing other dental issues to which this generation is liable to. Cloves are the best medicinal value which are employed in Ayurveda. Oils, dried flower buds, leaves, and stems are wont to produce medication. Clove is that the most typically used on to the gums for toothaches , pain relief during dental work , and other dental concern . oil of cloves contains a chemical called eugenol that will help to decrease pain and fight infection. Zingiber officinale, belonging to the ginger family , may be a popular herb and it's been used as a spice and a drugs . Ginger is a vital plant with several medicinal and nutritional values in Asian and Chinese . Gingerol has long been use as an herbal medicine to treat various symptoms including pain in toothaches, and it's shown anti-inflammatory properties. a very important extension of this early work was the observation that ginger also suppresses leukotriene biosynthesis by inhibiting 5-lipoxygenase.

Current study aimed to analyze the antioxidant potential of various solvent extracts of Premna serratifolia. Premna serratifolia leaves were collected from the natural habits of Chikkaballapura district, Karnataka. About 100 g dried leaves were coarsely powdered and subjected to successive extraction by Soxhlet extractor. The extraction was done with different solvents like chloroform, methanol and ethanol. Antioxidant assay was determined for each extract. Results revealed that DPPH radical scavenging activity of the samples increased with increasing polarity of solvents. Ethanol fraction shows the highest DPPH radical-scavenging activity, followed by methanol and chloroform extract. In conclusion, biological activity such as antioxidant properties of ethanolic extract of leaf of Premna serratifolia was highest as compared to methanolic and chloroform extracts. Hence, ethanolic extract of leaf of Premna serratifolia could be exploited as potential drug agent of folk medicines.

In today's world, the number of competitors in the E-commerce market has grown, it is only inevitable that there would be fierce rivalry. Organizations must analyze their consumers in order to stay competitive and operate at their best. Customers may also leave customer reviews, which allow them to express their personal thoughts on the product. Customers have the ability to offer their opinions about the product. Thus, most companies should have sufficient market knowledge to forecast or predict which consumer segments are their most productive, the individuals of those businesses realize that scaling the job is not best left to guesswork or instinct. It is also important to understand how each segment will be targeted and what they need from the organization. Segmentation is a process of dividing customers into groups based on characteristics such as age, income level or gender. Segmentation can be done by using different methods like demographic, psychographics and behavioral factors. This paper analyses 3 prominent clustering algorithms (K-means, Agglomerative and Meanshift) to identify the target audience for segmentation. These algorithms are used in order to identify potential customers are likely to buy the product or service.

Plastics are widely utilised materials that play an important part in everyday life. The use of this non-biodegradable commodity is fast expanding, as is the accumulation of plastic garbage. Due to the paucity of landfills, disposing of waste plastic is a severe challenge in the current circumstances. Poor disposal procedures have made them a major source of environmental and natural disasters. The goal of this study is to determine the viability of employing recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and recycled Poly-Ethylene Terephthalate (PET) as bitumen modifiers to improve the properties of the resulting binder for use in Bituminous Concrete (BC) mix building. The modified mix was made by replacing part of the bitumen binder with varied quantities of HDPE (4%, 6%, respectively) and PET (6 percent , 8 percent ). The dry technique, i.e. plastic coating of aggregates, was used to combine HDPE and PET. The Marshall Stability of HDPE and PET modified bituminous concrete is significantly increased, up to 52 percent. The addition of HDPE and PET in the mix has a brilliant good influence on the qualities of BC mix, and it can increase the re-use of plastic waste, according to test results.

Dhule tehsil is situated in north-western part of Maharashtra state. It is areas of drought prone; however this area has very rich and unique floristic diversity. A detailed floristic study of all three season has been studied. In this period we have collected 200 Angiosperm taxa from Dhule tehsil and surrounding areas. All data provided in details on locality, common name and families have been recorded. Total 46 different families have been recorded out of which Fabaceae is the dominant family with 28 different taxa.
