 Abstract

Effective material management is crucial in construction and industrial projects, as it directly impacts costs, timelines, and project success. Traditional material tracking methods can be inefficient and error-prone, often leading to delays and budget overruns. This study proposes an analogy-based system for material tracking, designed to improve accuracy and efficiency on construction sites. By drawing comparisons to established logistics and inventory management practices, the system leverages technology such as RFID tagging, GPS tracking, and real-time data processing to monitor material movement and usage. The analogy-based approach helps adapt proven strategies from other industries, like retail and manufacturing, to suit the unique demands of a construction site. Implementing this system not only enhances accountability and reduces waste but also provides stakeholders with transparent, up-to-date information, improving decision-making and resource allocation. Field trials demonstrate the system's effectiveness, indicating significant potential for broader adoption in the construction industry to streamline material management and support project objectives.

 Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) raises a challenge in early diagnosis due to its diverse symptoms and unclear etiology. Present study focuses on exploring potential biomarkers associated with the pathogenesis of ASD through the analysis of urinary neurotransmitters using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LCMSMS). A total of 104 urine samples (64 ASD and 40 non-ASD controls) were collected and analyzed. Significant differences were observed in the levels of serotonin, 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), and normetanephrine between ASD and non-ASD groups (p<0.05). Principal component analysis (PCA) revealed minimal variation between groups. Correlation analysis indicated weak positive correlations between serotonin and 5-HIAA (p<0.05), while negative correlations with metanephrine and normetanephrine (p<0.05). Metanephrine and normetanephrine had a moderate negative correlation (p<0.05). Heatmap analysis illustrated difference in the concentrations of serotonin, 5-hydroxy indoleacetic acid and normetanephrine and metanephrine among ASD and control group. Tryptophan (impact factor-0.12) and tyrosine (impact factor-0.02) pathways are highlighted in the pathway enrichment analysis (p<0.05). Serotonin, 5-hydroxy indoleacetic acid and normetanephrine (p<0.05) were identified as the potential biomarkers through Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, showed high area under the curve (AUC) values and strong sensitivity and specificity while metanephrine showed low performance (p<0.79). Present work emphasizes the importance of urinary neurotransmitters as a tool for identifying ASD and provides insight into neurobiological mechanisms underlying the disorder. Further research is essential to validate these findings.

 Abstract

Social Media sites like twitter have billions of people share their opinions day by day as tweets. As tweet is characteristic short and basic way of human emotions. So, in this paper we focused on sentiment analysis of Twitter data. Most of Twitter's existing sentiment analysis solutions basically consider only the textual information of Twitter messages and strives to work well in the face of short and ambiguous Twitter messages. Recent studies show that patterns of spreading feelings on Twitter have close relationships with the polarities of Twitter messages. In this paper we focus on how to combine the textual information of Twitter messages and sentiment dissemination models to get a better performance of sentiment analysis in Twitter data. To this end, proposed system first analyzes the diffusion of feelings by studying a phenomenon called inversion of feelings and find some interesting properties of the reversal of feelings. Therefore, we consider the interrelations between the textual information of Twitter messages and the patterns of diffusion of feelings, and we propose an iterative algorithm called SentiDiff to predict the polarities of the feelings expressed in Twitter messages. As far as we know, this work is the first to use sentiment dissemination models to improve Twitter's sentiment analysis. Numerous experiments in the real-world dataset show that, compared to state-of-the-art text-based analysis algorithms.

 Abstract

India's shift towards digitalization has transformed traditional manual systems into a centralized online platform for registering complaints. However, the security of the First Information Report (FIR) process remains a significant concern. This paper proposes a solution that utilizes blockchain technology to strengthen the security, traceability, and chronological accuracy of FIR records. The study examines current police case management procedures, explores the potential of blockchain, and discusses an integrated police record management system that incorporates blockchain, Machine Learning (ML), and the Internet of Things (IoT). A key focus of the paper is to propose a mechanism to prevent tampering with e-FIR data, which is vulnerable due to local control. The primary challenges with traditional methods include the lack of trust in e-FIR data, counterfeit registrations, and the risk of non-registrations. These issues stem from corruption, inefficiency, and a lack of transparency. The paper emphasizes the need for a system free from corruption, leveraging blockchain to ensure the integrity of e-FIR data, eliminate fake registrations, and foster a more transparent and reliable reporting system.

 Abstract

A system based on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and LoRa technology has been designed that enables data transfer from sensors to a central system. Even though there is a great distance between aircraft and ground sensors, the UAV-LoRaWAN network guarantees direct visibility between them, enabling data interchange. In order to identify the best performance in the field, this research thoroughly analyzed and compared four different meta-heuristic techniques for UAV-Assisted LoRaWAN. Network throughput and energy efficiency were also included in the investigation. After this examination, we need to decide which method is more effective and appropriate for data exchange that is error-free. NS2 software was used to implement all four models.

 Abstract

Despite decades of research, remaining safety concerns regarding disease transmission, heterotopic tissue formation, and tumorigenicity have kept stem cell-based therapies largely outside the standard-of-care for musculoskeletal medicine. Recent insights into trophic and immune regulatory activities of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), although incomplete, have stimulated a plethora of new clinical trials for indications far beyond simply supplying progenitors to replenish or re-build lost/damaged tissues. Cell banks are being established and cell-based products are in active clinical trials. Moreover, significant advances have also been made in the field of pluripotent stem cells, in particular the recent development of induced pluripotent stem cells. Their indefinite proliferation potential promises to overcome the limited supply of tissue-specific cells and adult stem cells. However, substantial hurdles related to their safety must be overcome for these cells to be clinically applicable

 Abstract

The optimal twist of a windmill blade is analyzed using fundamental blade element theory. It is demonstrated that, for a specific wind speed and blade angular velocity, the highest power efficiency is attained when the blade is twisted according to a scheme that reflects the changes in the sectional lift and drag coefficients relative to the angle of attack. Findings for a standard air foil cross-section indicate that the optimal angle of attack diminishes from the angle corresponding to the maximum lift coefficient at the blade root to more than eighty percent of this value at the blade tip.  Abstract

Abstract Priority sector lending is an important aspect of the banking sector in India, mandated by Reserve Bank of India to ensure that credit reaches sectors of the economy that are considered vital. The PSL framework was introduced to encourage banks to provide credit to key sectors that directly impact employment generation, poverty alleviation, and overall economic development, particularly in rural and backward areas, but often neglected by Public Sector Banks due to risks of profitability concerns. While PSL is essential for promoting inclusive growth, PSBs often encounter systematic and operational hurdles that can hinder their ability to lend efficiently to Proirity sectors. This study made an attempt to examines the difficulties and challenges faced by Public Sector Banks (PSBs) in Priority sector Lending and addressed the measures to be taken by PSBs for effective implementation of PSL including better risk management practices, enhanced financial inclusion initiatives and the use of technology to streamline lending processes.

 Abstract

Pharmacogenomics is transforming personalized medicine by tailoring medication regimens to a patient's genetic composition, with a special emphasis on single nucleotide polymorphisms. This paper explores the two primary approaches utilized in SNP-based research: LD mapping, which searches the whole genome for SNP-related connections, and the candidate gene method, which looks at particular genes known to affect medication reactions. Applications of these approaches in diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis serve as examples. In this case, genetic variations like mutations in the HLA-DRB1 gene are important in determining treatment response and vulnerability. Even if a lot has been accomplished, there are still obstacles to overcome in order to address genetic diversity and turn these findings into useful therapeutic applications.

 Abstract

The rapid growth of online ticket reselling platforms has changed the face of the event ticketing industry, bringing about both opportunities for consumers and new challenges for equitable market access. Designed to provide a secondary marketplace for event tickets, platforms like StubHub, Ticketmaster Resale, and Vivid Seats have grown dramatically, bringing along with them complex dynamics around pricing, accessibility, and fraud. This review paper examines the present landscape of event ticket reselling, analyzing economic, technological, and regulatory factors that define this market. Important findings point out that even though reselling platforms improve the efficiency and flexibility of the market through dynamic pricing and real-time sales, such mechanisms often inflate prices and decrease accessibility for ordinary fans. Moreover, technologies like bots and automated purchasing systems increase artificial scarcity, raising ethical issues related to ticket availability and fair access. The paper also addresses the weaknesses of current anti- scalping laws and the fragmented approaches of the regions, which often fail to address cross-border resale practices.

 Abstract

The design and development of Curcumin nanoparticles has attracted and established torrential research in nano formulation matrix. By appearance Curcumin is an orange crystalline powder which is derived or obtained from the herbs Curcumin Longa Linn (Zingiberaceae). The Curcumin is natural hydrophobic polyphenol compound which has proven to be a quintessential medicine in ancient China and many parts of Southeast and central Asia. Curcumin as a substance is vitally used in medicine and some food industry as it supplies many biological and pharmacological activities such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-illness and diseases but clinal application of this compound is limited due to its bioavailability, poor water solubility, fast metabolism and susceptibility to degradation in the alkaline medium. The most important methods to enhance the poor biopharmaceutical properties of Curcumin is to enhance aqueous solubility and bioavailability by using nanotechnology and nanoparticles having a small size in nanometer range. This review provides an overview of application and preparation of Curcumin nanoparticles including the advantages and limitations.

 Abstract

Modern transportation systems rely on maintaining safe distances and detecting vehicles to help prevent accidents like rear-end collisions. This research showcases a specialized system that detects objects in real time and measures their distance, designed to work in challenging environments like foggy conditions. The system integrates an ultrasonic sensor for close-range obstacle alerts and a LiDAR module for accurate distance readings, supported by a real-time imaging component for enhanced visibility and awareness. Featuring an ultrasonic sensor that identifies objects within 25 cm, triggering an immediate alert, and a LiDAR sensor that measures distances up to 2 meters and displays the results on a 16x2 LCD, this system provides comprehensive obstacle detection. The imaging module, powered by an ESP32-CAM and processed by a Raspberry Pi, provides real-time video displayed on a 7- inch screen Experimental results validate the system's capability to detect obstacles and estimate distances, contributing to safer driving conditions. Future work will aim to enhance detection algorithms and adapt the system to broader environmental challenges.
