Ethno-Regionalism is the expression of a common sense of identity and purpose by people within a specific geographical region, united by its unique language, tradition, culture, heritage, lifestyle etc. Toto tribe belongs to Ethno-regionalist group. Toto people Belong in Indo-Bhutanese tribal community. They live in isolated hilly forest village Totopara. Number of Toto is 1387(census 2011) and only 30.35% of the Totos are literate. After the independence of India, the government has been trying to spread education for all people of our country. But education for the tribal communities is not remarkable spread in our country. We see the picture of children of inequality in educational opportunity among the tribal communities in comparison with that for the other higher communities. Now, the Toto tribes community is being deprived social, cultural and educational opportunities to fit themselves to the modern civilization of the society in West Bengal as well as in India. So, Totos own Ethno-regionalism will affect their education status. So researcher will tries to study Impact of Ethno-regionalism on educational status among the Toto Tribes: issues and challenges.

Monitoring road and traffic conditions in a city is a problem widely studied. Several methods have been proposed towards addressing this problem. Several proposed techniques require dedicated hardware such as GPS devices and accelerometers in vehicles or cameras on roadside and near traffic signals. All such methods are ex- pensive in terms of monetary cost and human effort required. We propose a non- intrusive method that uses sensors present on smartphones. In propose system we use accelerometer, GPS sensor readings for road conditions detection. We are specifically interested in identifying braking events - frequent braking indicates congested traffic conditions - and bumps on the roads to characterize the type of road. In this fast-moving world that we live in, safe commute is not only everyones priority but also to provide a hassle-free shuttle between places is the governments duty. In this paper, we propose a system which detects potholes on the road. As we all know prevention is better than cure, we design and implement a system which not only recognizes potholes but also stores this data on a cloud platform which can act as a database for further reference and enable us to analyze the data. The proposed system contains two important functions, first is to detect the pothole which is done through a multi-sensor subsystem consisting of accelerometer and gyroscope and secondly warn the driver and store this information on a cloud base which can be accessed by other users which will help them apprehend the potholes on their way. Once the location of the potholes is known, Government authorities can be informed about the same.

The culture of science is profoundly affected and dependant on both time and local socio-political reality. For example, there was no tabula rasa in pre-colonial India. In at least mathematics, astronomy and medicine, it had a long history. But a slow settlement made a large tooth. It brought about a major cultural clash that deeply affected both the colonizer and the colonized person's cognitive and material life. The British admired any reform attempts, such as the introduction of a predictable law framework, infrastructure development spending, and schooling in the late 19th and mid-20th centuries. Much of the imperial initiatives and changes are counter to India's people's will and health. The UK stripped away India's capital and brought an educated and elite buffer class into the English education system. This paper discusses the developments of science in British Indian colonial culture.

Sustainable design (also called environmental design, environmentally sustainable design, environmentally conscious design, etc.) is the philosophy of designing physical objects, the built environment, and services to comply with the principles of social, economic, and ecological sustainability. Sustainable design is the intention to reduce or completely eliminate negative environmental impacts through thoughtful designs. This concept can be applied across all fields of design such as designing buildings or products. A sustainable design, regardless of the application, will seek to incorporate environmentally-preferable outcomes such as: Lower energy and water consumption through the entire lifecycle from manufacture to daily use to disposal, Minimize impact on climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions or mitigating them through carbon neutralizing activities, Limit resource consumption through waste-free manufacturing, a preference for renewable resources, and an emphasis on recycled materials, Reduce or eliminate waste by minimizing consumption, reusing when possible, and recycling when necessary, Minimize impact on the local ecosystem and look for ways to incorporate bio-mimicry principles where possible, Give preference to non-toxic materials and those that will contribute to the health and wellbeing of humanity, and Emphasize quality and durability over price. This paper concentrates on sustainable designs used in architecture which architects designed and presented to have the solutions of human comfort and save natural energies.

Quality control is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. ISO 9000 defines quality control as "A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements. The results of measurements should provide reliable information and the laboratory should be able to prove the correctness of measurements with documented evidence. Analysts carry serious responsibilities to produce correct and timely analytical results, and are fully accountable for the quality of their work. The expanding national and international trade, the responsibility of national registration authorities permitting the use of various chemicals required long ago reliable test methods, which were acceptable by all parties concerned. A Quality Control Manager supervises staff and oversees product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards. The Quality Control Manager will also work with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.

Blockchain is an emerging technology that has drawn considerable interest from many different firms, sectors, startups, developers, government, financial and educational institutions. Blockchain has a great amount of potential. Blockchain technology also holds the potential to revolutionize the energy sector. There has been a lot of innovation in the energy sector, but still, the most used technology in energy generation uses non- renewable resources and leads to its faster depletion. Even after so many innovations, renewable energies are just not able to completely replace or even reduce greatly the use of non-renewable resources. But blockchain is a technology which can make this possible. In this paper, we will study about blockchain and how it can help to revolutionize the energy sector.

Since roads are essential for social, economic, cultural, military and other communications in life, therefore the design of roads must be economical, safe and comfortable. Road networks are designed in our country but after its construction, they have many problems due to drivers traffic license process, recklessness of drivers and other reasons that harm the safety of the road and causes more collisions. Considering these points, this research article has been written to identify the causes of collisions in our country. The study will also look at how to reduce the number of traffic accidents across the country. Since many of our compatriots have been injured or even killed in the accidents, therefore we have studied many international journals and conducted a comparative study with the help of it. In addition to these journals, other authoritative books have also been used. In this research paper, we have identified that how to reduce the number of collisions. As a result of this research study, it was found that currently there are many causes of collisions in Afghanistan, such as carelessness of drivers in different climatic conditions (snow and rain), physical distresses of the roads, Weaknesses in the licensing process, poor traffic control and other factors that contributes to the increase in collisions across the road. It is therefore generally suggested that first of all, license control should be taken seriously, road surface distresses should be repaired in a timely manner, and public awareness programs about collisions should be considered for drivers and the public.
