Access to finance by the rural poor and vulnerable groups is an essential pre-requisite for poverty reduction and sustainable development. The Government of India has implemented several policies such as Nationalization of Banks, Lead Bank Scheme, Regional Rural Bank, Service Area approach and financing of SHGs, for promoting the access of the rural poor to institutions finance. However, the share of the rural poor in the bank credit continues to be very low. Lending the rural poor continues to be considered as risky by the banks. One of the important reasons for this situation is the lack of an effective credit delivery mechanism for the poor, besides limited outer each and coverage. It is in this context that the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) has taken up the task of promoting. Financial inclusion of the rural poor implies delivery of financial services at an affordable cost.

EV (Electrical Vehicle) on-board, single phase, ac charger used to charge the Li battery used in electrical vehicle. The conductive charger up-to 3kw power rating is designed and simulated. The charger consists of topology like rectification and dc-dc convertor. In first part ac is converted into dc by rectifier. Then DC is converted into required DC output by boost converter, to step up the voltage, to charge the Li-ion battery by the constant voltage method. For charger the closed loop is given by using PI controller to improve the output of charge

Herbal products containing essential oils as an antimicrobial agent are undoubtedly growing in popularity. Clove oil is reported to have antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pyogenes, Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Candida albicans. One of the most widely available cinnamon extract, essential oil is antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria that are responsible for human infections. Cinnamon oil can increase blood flow to the affected area and eliminate blemishes, helping to lighten the skin. Increase in antibiotic-resistant strains has become a major threat to human health and needs to be explored in other ways to fight germs. Medicinal plants have great phytochemical properties that make them suitable as a competitive alternative. Cinnamon bark is a popular tropical spice from Cinnamomum spp. Rich in phytochemical bioactive molecules. It has great medicinal uses and is one of the most important antimicrobial plants studied. Syzigium aromaticum L. (clove) is a sweet-smelling spice, belonging to the Myrtaceae family. The main ingredients of cloves are essential oils. Cloves are used in traditional and modern medicine. Contains anti-helminthic, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, anti-pyretic, anti-allergic, anti-fungal, anti-carcinogenic, anti-allergic, anti-viral, antioxidant, anti-mutagenic, anti-arthritis, anti-parasite structures. This review demonstrates the antibacterial properties of cinnamon and cloves as a promising source of new antibacterial agents, which can be used in pharmaceutical preparations to fight multidrug-resistant germs.

Soft soils possess high compressibility, low permeability, low shear strength, high water content, a large void ratio, and particular structural properties that necessitate appropriate consideration before developing foundations or any structures. A variety of stabilizing procedures have been widely used to enhance the geotechnical properties of soft soil. In the current investigation, fly ash and calcium chloride were combined to improve the soft soil's strength characteristic. The fly ash was mixed at 10% and 15% by dry weight of soft soil, while the calcium chloride was combined at 4% and 6% by dry weight of soft soil. Modified proctor compaction test, Direct Shear Test (DST), and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests were used to measure strength properties.

Clinical research is origin Form the year of 1747.The aim of this paper presentation is to give an overview about all the key concepts of research and all this information is very important for the viewers to study or to identify how the science is working and how to perform the new experiments and various research are to be done and how the drug is going to market. In clinical research, our aim to design a study which would be able to drive a valid and meaningful scientific conclusion using appropriate statistical methods. A conclusion derived from the research study is improve the health care and safety of individual results inadvertent harm to patient. Hence, this requires well designed clinical research study that rest on a string foundation of methodology and all are governed by ethical principles. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview to reader to the basic study design and all the aspects and applicability in clinical research. It was the Belmont Report that finally explicated the principle of informed consent proposed 30 years prior in the Nuremberg Code. Informed consent, now a mandatory component of clinical trials that must be signed by all study participants (with few exceptions), must clearly state.
