Soft soils possess high compressibility, low permeability, low shear strength, high water content, a large void ratio, and particular structural properties that necessitate appropriate consideration before developing foundations or any structures. A variety of stabilizing procedures have been widely used to enhance the geotechnical properties of soft soil. In the current investigation, fly ash and calcium chloride were combined to improve the soft soil's strength characteristic. The fly ash was mixed at 10% and 15% by dry weight of soft soil, while the calcium chloride was combined at 4% and 6% by dry weight of soft soil. Modified proctor compaction test, Direct Shear Test (DST), and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests were used to measure strength properties.

: Clinical Research plays major role in the health care. Now a days Clinical Research is a health care profession that gives you all information about new tests and treatments and effectiveness of that medication on human health. Clinical research is origin Form the year of 1747.The aim of this paper presentation is to give an overview about all the key concepts of research and all this information is very important for the viewers to study or to identify how the science is working and how to perform the new experiments and various research are to be done and how the drug is going to market. In clinical research, our aim to design a study which would be able to drive a valid and meaningful scientific conclusion using appropriate statistical methods. A conclusion derived from the research study is improve the health care and safety of individual results inadvertent harm to patient. Hence, this requires well designed clinical research study that rest on a string foundation of methodology and all are governed by ethical principles. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview to reader to the basic study design and all the aspects and applicability in clinical research. It was the Belmont Report that finally explicated the principle of informed consent proposed 30 years prior in the Nuremberg Code. Informed consent, now a mandatory component of clinical trials that must be signed by all study participants (with few exceptions), must clearly state. This is a research study (including an explanation of the purpose and duration; and the risks, benefits, and alternatives of the intervention), Participation is voluntary, the extent to which confidentiality will be maintain exact information for questions or concerns.

Almost every part of this plant can be used, including the fruit, leaves, flower bud, trunk, and pseudo-stem. The trunk is referred to as a 'false stem.' Pseudo stem is primarily regarded as a trash and dumped in various locations, contributing to the greenhouse impact, soil erosion, and air pollution. It has, however, been utilized for a variety of purposes, including fibre, fertilizer, and paper, as well as handicrafts. However, the dietary applications of pseudo stem receive the most attention. Mortality is a key process in ecology and evolution, and much effort is spent on development and application of statistical and theoretical models involving mortality. Mortality takes place in continuous time, and a fundamental representation of mortality risks is the mortality hazard rate, which is the intensity of deadly events that an individual is exposed to at any point in time. In this article, we provide some properties for the mortality rate function from modified Weibull distribution.

Geomagnetic storms are the most dramatic manifestation of solar-terrestrial coupling they involve the injection of large amounts of energy from the solar wind into the earth's magnetosphere, Ionosphere and thermosphere. There are number of solar sources, two types of solar wind streams and different interplanetary parameters that are responsible for geomagnetic storms have been investigated by many researcher.Recurrent storms occur most frequently in the declining phase of the solar cycle. geomagnetic storms occur most frequently near solar maximum. The low-energy ions that replace them contribute little current, and so the strength of the ring current decreases with time.and general study and different characteristics of above selected 158 large geomagnetic storms are performed in this section. Out of the selected large geomagnetic storm events, 82 are sudden commencement type and rest 76 is gradual commencement type. Geomagnetic storms are the most dramatic manifestation of solar-terrestrial coupling. Introduction: The upper gastrointestinal tract starts from buccal cavity and continues uptill the duodenum where the suspensory muscle demarcates between upper and lower gastrointestinal tract.Diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract includes neoplastic and non neoplastic lesions. Upper gastrointestinal tract is a common site for neoplastic lesions, especially malignant tumors. Gastric cancer, is the fourth-most-common type of cancer and the second highest cause of death due to cancer globally. Aims & Objectives: 1. To determine the spectrum of histopathological lesions both non-neoplastic and neoplastic lesions in patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal biopsy and correlate them with clinical presentation, age and sex. 2. To establish endospic biopsies as an effective tool in proper diagnosis and management of various lesions. Methodology: This was one year observational study carried out between January 2019 to January 2020 in Dhiraj Hospital. Results: In our study, 166 cases of endoscopic biopsies were studied. Peak incidence was seen in the age group of 45-65 years, with higher male predominance. Dysphagia was the most common presenting symptom. Stomach was the most common site with 46 % of incidence. Gastritis was most common type of lesion followed by adenocarcinoma. Second most common site was duodenum (29%), with duodenitis being the common presentation. Conclusions: Endoscopic biopsy permits exact diagnosis along with providing opportunity to see the lesion status and helps in deciding specific therapy. Histopathological study helps to detect mucosal lesions at an early stage like atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia to prevent its progression into invasive cancers.

Present research work was carried out to assess the fish diversity and status of Lanjud dam situated on Lendi River near Khamgaon. This fresh water body especially used for drinking, domestic purpose, agriculture and fisheries purposes. Fish samples were collected from Nov 2020 to Dec 2021. The Ichthyofaunal diversity spans through 13 families and 08 orders. Present study is important and helpful for present and future management, conservation and restoration of water bodies, revival of ichthyofaunal diversity and also improves livelihood of fisherman in the rural region.
