The unit which administers and manages the requisition and distribution of the blood is named as a blood bank. The main objectives of the blood banks are providing blood to the patients with minimal blood transfusion error. The blood is very important medical supplies so it should be managed well. As the blood bank management consists of a number of manual steps, therefore it will become difficult for the blood banks to provide a high level of accuracy, reliability, automation in blood storage and transfusion process. The system is installed in rack of blood bank, and the GSM Module for sending request of blood to the donors and blood banks all these are interfaced with Node MCU. Second segment consists of wi-fi module for data transfer to the server and third segment is displaying the status of available blood stock. All the real time status relates to the available blood stock of the blood bank is are displayed on web page, so that the blood seeker can get the blood from their nearest blood bank.

Since from the first civilisation, the humankind has come a long way in terms of advancement, progress, discoveries, innovations, and development. The civilisation took its complete transformation but as we are progressing forward, our thoughts, perceptions, actions and thinking are drowning in the ocean of these manmade beliefs where the terms such as contradiction, curiosity, query, and liberation is the sign of revolt for the so-called human society. Further, it is of no denial that human beings today have completely lost their touch with nature due to their consistent tampering and their super conscious hyper-individualistic mentality. This very attitude and mentality of humankind today has made them the most violent creatures of this entire ecosystem where each of them is fighting to establish their supreme power by shedding the blood of very core of the nature. Moreover, by default in any way these so-called humankind gets questioned or trafficked with the revolutionaries than this noble, non-violence and peaceful barrier called religion, tradition, rituals and customs is used as their defence. These are the most powerful weapon that has been used for manipulating million of minds overseas for committing another so-called peaceful massacre shedding the blood of another million for the sake of self-authority, power, and dominance.

The electrical industry is dominated by AC supply medium for more than a century now. In last few decades, the environmental pollution and limited resources for non-renewable energy led us to shift towards more sustainable renewable energy resources and smart efficient appliance for electricity saving. In modern electricity system Hybrid grid is much more energy efficient and reliable technology. In Hybrid system has both types of AC and DC supply and appliance are included with proper power modulator. In this paper optimized a hybrid grid with different types of DGs and AC-DC loads in linear platform using MILP algorithm with taken the example of a home as well as compared the electricity bill with previous condition. Here we done the work for automation of home as well as optimized hybrid grid and saw many benefits over the conventional grid.

Mucilage is a gelatinous substance that mimics plant gum and is made up of protein and polysaccharide. Thanks to advancements in drug delivery applications, excipients are now integrated in various dosage forms to fulfil specific functions. Natural medications and excipients are gaining popularity all over the world. We investigated mucilage as a viable candidate for use in a number of pharmacological applications in this paper. We've also collected a list of potential mucilage producing sources as well as extraction methods. The basics of employing natural polymers as a binding agent, suspending agent, gelling agent, and dissolving agent in formulations are covered in this article. This review covers the majority of these plant-derived polymeric compounds, as well as their sources. The chemical ingredients and their uses, as well as their varied qualities, have been thoroughly examined, making it a viable option for usage as a pharmaceutical excipient.

Madhya Pradesh is divided into eleven agro-climatic zones and has special cropping patterns, soil types and varying degrees of rainfall. Mangur is a local name of freshwater air breathing catfish species. Clarius batracus has been reported good source of unsaturated fatty acid as compare to other fresh water fishes. Proximate nutrition and biochemical status of Clarius batracus was carried out in this study and reported Glycogen % 4.9, 5.03, 4.95; Total lipids (mg/dL) 190, 196, 189; Crude Protein (g/100g) 15.69, 16.01, 17.2; Total Fat (g/100g) 1.19, 1.21, 1.16; Cholesterol (g/100g) 1.33, 1.39, 1.32; Total Ash (g/100g) 1.1, 1.095, 1.01; Moisture content (g/100g) 72, 77, 78 in Upper Lake (Vindhya Plateau), Halali Reservoir (Vindhya Plateau), Narmada River (Central Narmada Valley) respectively were reported.

Which job does the customary, and surprisingly advanced library have in the present data climate, when Google seems to give us everything? What of the scholarly library's customary area at the focal point of grounds life in a library setting that is dynamically moving toward the conveyance of online instead of printing assets? What impact do archives and Open Access have on library asset conveyance? Also shouldn't something be said about the need to digitize major insightful materials and make them all the more freely accessible? Changes in worldwide library and information center components ought to be perceived by associations, and methodology ought to be created to adapt to the subsequent leader structure. It will rebuild that quite possibly the main capacity is the capacity to do state of the art examination and encourage information. It will be rearranged that one of the distinctive highlights of an extraordinary scholastic library is the capacity to direct state of the art research and produce information. Expanding electronic assets and contracting library spending plans, administration shortages, an extending advanced gap, protection from change, poor relational abilities, a declining perusing and osmosis culture, an absence of soul, and the ascent of data and Google are only a couple of the difficulties that library and data science experts and bookkeepers should confront. Innovation has changed the manner in which individuals share data and information; web indexes like Google, Alta Vista, and Yahoo have turned into an every day apparatus for huge number of people.

This study determined the effects of azoxystrobin, Copper and their combine synergism along with AC, on the alkaline phosphatase activity of freshwater fish Labeo rohita. The fishes were exposed to 1 day lethal, 1 and 14 days sublethal (1/10th of lethal) doses of selected toxicants in static renewal test without and with activated charcoal (AC). Under 1 day lethal exposure the maximum and minimum percentage of augmentation was observed in the intestine (+43.37) and Liver (+1.93) of Combine synergism+ AC and Azoxystrobin+ AC exposures. After 14 days sublethal exposures among selected toxicants combine synergism showed significant decreasing trend while compared with control and 1 day sublethals. Combine synergism was more effective than individual exposures. During the experimental period, the Alkaline phosphatase significantly increased among AC treatment groups at all the exposure periods, with significant differences (p<0.05).

Crystals have gained an important role in modern technology because of their certain properties. Growing single crystals is not an easy task. It requires a complete knowledge of phase transition as well as solubility in different solvents. Before using a crystal in a device it is better to judge its thermal, optical and mechanical properties. It is also required to know the presence of defects , dislocations in the crystal. Generally mechanical properties are measured in terms of hardness measurement and defects present in the crystals are revealed by means of etching. In this paper we concentrate on how the mechanical properties are measured and how the defects are determined.
