In our daily lives, we take our friends opinions and sometimes influenced by them in our decision making process. Any kind of organization usually makes use of suggestion box to ascertain how its stakeholders feel about their services, but few people make use of it. More people are using internet on a daily basis, the researchers developed an internet based system to enable stakeholders to input their opinions. Sentiment analysis has been used to evaluate the stakeholders comments. Vadersharp was used as the basis for opinions, which is a common lexicon that contains data that have the same semantic meaning or sense across different domains. The opinions are analyzed and classified into positive, negative or neutral sentiment. Sentiment analysis computationally analyses the public emotions and attitude towards a particular subject. It is useful in monitoring business operations as it allows decision makers to gain an insight of the public opinion behind certain topics.

True islam means it Starts with Namaz . Means worship of tachyon particle which is made up of two God particles whose photo depiction is Lord Nayraz bbb or Creator bbb or Allah ho Akbar who did teleport on 22 23 Dec 1949 in middle gummed of Babri Mosque witnessed by Abdul Barkat Ali as Idol Avatar of Balak called Mahakaal Lalla virajman the Creator bbb rather than Ram lalla virajman a Creation , a wrong nomenclature established by HC and SC because as Abdul Barkat Ali evidence was not taken as evidence that made SC judgment 9.11.19 erroneous and discarded by Mahakaal in Curative petition by Him as He is Almighty Court of Justice too . Means now in true islam idol worship is established and founder of true Islam is Abdul Barkat Ali who had seen birth of Creator BBB or Lord Natraz bbb or Allah ho Akbar on 22 23 Dec 1949 in middle Gummed of Babri Mosque .Hence now new and true kaba is established in Ayodhaya as Mahakaal ka kaba or Shivalaya and now it dissolves illusive Kaba of Saudi ..

This is usually accomplished only by persistent meditation overmany lifetimes. Siddha System of Medicine is as old as mankind and dominated the civilization of the southern peninsula of India. There are some people who claim that Ayurveda is the oldest medical system, but from the research done with the help of available historical data, it is evident that Siddha system of medicine is much older and has more history than even Ayurveda. Not only is this medical system the oldest, this is a medical system with lots of specialities; its specialities far outweigh the Ayurvedic medicine. The word Siddha means established truth or "one who is accomplished" and refers to perfected masters who according to Hindu belief have transcended the ahamkara (ego or Imaker), have subdued their minds to be subservient to their awareness, and have transformed their bodies composed mainly of dense Rajotama gunas into a different kind of bodies dominated by sattva.

Digitalis glycosides remain the principal drug utilised in the management of congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias. The properties of all cardioactive glycosides are similar in increasing the contractile strength of the myocardial fibre. The mechanism for this appears to be inhibition of membrane Na-K ATPase and its subsequent effect on calcium movement in the sarcomere. Recent data suggest other factors may be operative as well. Digitalis slows the heart through vagal and direct myocardial effects, thus the salutory effect in arrhythmias.

Clove may be looked upon as a champion of all the antioxidants known till date. The Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity (ORAC) test is a scale developed by U.S. Department of Agriculture for comparing anti-oxidant activity. The ORAC score, of clove is over 10 million. A drop of clove oil is 400 times more powerful as an anti-oxidant than wolf berries or blueberries. Health benefits from the use of clove have been known over the centuries. It is beneficial as a home remedy in curing several ailments / diseases. In addition to its culinary uses, the clove buds have an abundance of medicinal and recreational uses. The major part of the worlds consumption of the clove spice is in the home kitchens. However, commercial use of the clove is for the production of clove oil that contain active constituents, which possess antioxidant, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, anesthetic, pain reliving and insect repellent properties. Eugenol is the main constituent responsible for the medicinal properties of the clove bud. In the light of above, we thought it worthwhile to compile an up-to-date review article on clove covering its, synonyms, chemical constituents, phytopharmacology and medicinal uses.

New Public Management is the new thrust of administrative reforms sweeping through the world. The term has been in use in recent times to describe a management culture that emphasizes the centrality of the citizen or customer, as well as accountability for results. Its other important dimension relates to structural or organizational choices that promote decentralized control through a wide variety of alternative service delivery mechanisms, including quasi-markets with public and private service providers competing for resources from policy-makers and donors. The central spirit of NPM is about getting things done better. It has assumed to be a tool for Good Governance in the present times. New Public Management has its foundations in economy management on the pattern of market management and by virtue of it, is imbedded into economic theories of Public Choice, Agency Cost and Transaction Cost Analysis.

Preformulation is a group of studies that focus on the physicochemical properties of a new drug candidate that could affect the drug performance and the development of a dosage form. This could provide important information for formulation design or support the need for molecular modification. Every drug has intrinsic chemical and physical properties which has been consider before development of pharmaceutical formulation. This property provides the framework for drugs combination with pharmaceutical ingredients in the fabrication of dosage form. Objective of preformulation study is to develop the elegant, stable, effective and safe dosage form by establishing kinetic rate profile, compatibility with the other ingredients and establish Physico-chemical parameter of new drug substances. Among these properties, drug solubility, partition coefficient, dissolution rate, polymorphic forms and stability are plays important role in preformulation study. Polymorphism having crystal and amorphous forms shows different chemical physical and therapeutic description of the drug molecule. This article explains some properties and techniques for preformulation evaluation parameters & production of drug.

According to Census 2011, Haryana has the lowest sex ratio and wide gap in literacy rate between males and females that draws the concern of researcher to explore the study in this area so as to know the importance of education for females living in rural and urban area of Haryana. The detailed literature review has helped the researcher to fill the necessary gaps available in educational fulfillment up to last level to enable the educated women to avail equal opportunity of jobs. Research methodology has used detailed questionnaire from women employees as respondents working in public sector banks within Haryana state, graphical representation helps us to understand the facts and figures compiled from primary data.
