In India's agrarian landscape, the emergence of Women Farmers' Producer Organizations (WFPOs) represents a significant step forward, providing rural women with a platform to enhance their economic status and participate in decision-making processes, thereby augmenting their incomes. Despite their crucial role in agriculture, women farmers face substantial barriers such as limited access to resources and services, which hamper their productivity. To address these challenges, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) have been actively promoted to improve the productivity and profitability of small-scale farmers, including women, through policy interventions and institutional support. The present study conducted in the southern Telangana region explored the opportunities and challenges faced by WFPOs. The findings revealed that respondents generally exhibited moderate levels of leadership, interpersonal communication, group motivation, and participation. However, they also highlighted significant challenges including limited access to information, lack of strategic vision and planning, delays in subsidy payments, and inadequate storage facilities, which hinder the effectiveness of WFPOs in the region.

Shirishavaleha, an Ayurvedic formulation primarily composed of Shirisha (Albizia lebbeck), is traditionally known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and detoxifying properties. This review examines the potential therapeutic application of Shirishavaleha in the management of allergic conjunctivitis, a common eye condition characterized by inflammation of the conjunctiva due to allergic reactions. Shirisha's anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and detoxifying properties are beneficial in alleviating the congestion, irritation, and excessive discharge associated with Abhishyanda. The formulation works by balancing Kapha, reducing ocular inflammation, and promoting the clearance of toxins, which may help in managing allergic reactions and relieving symptoms of conjunctival inflammation. Additionally, the antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of Shirishavaleha may aid in preventing secondary infections and protecting the eyes from oxidative damage. Standardization of the compound formulation is the need of the present era to set standards for maintaining the quality of the products. Here an attempt has been made to study Shirishavaleha pharmacognostically, analytically and to develop fingerprints by High-Performance Thin Layer chromatography study (HPTLC).

The study will aid in laying a solid foundation for design and implementation of forensic accounting practices in India. Further the study will also help various policy makers to adopt the good practices in order to protect an organization from financial frauds, the project would be helpful for the students and independent researchers who may further do the research. Forensic accounting is unique in that it combines accounting with investigation. These bloodhounds-- as opposed to the watchdogs that are auditors-- attempt to sniff out fraudulent transactions from the financial records of banks and Companies. Forensic Accounting encompasses both Litigation Support and Investigative Accounting. As Forensic Accountants, they utilize accounting, auditing and investigative skills when conducting an investigation. Forensic Accountants are trained to look beyond the numbers and deal with the business reality of the situation. s. He needs to question seemingly benign document and look for inconsistencies. He searches for evidence of criminal conduct or assists in the determination of, or rebuttal of, claimed damages External Auditors find out the deliberate misstatements only but the Forensic Accountants find out the misstatements deliberately. External auditors look at the numbers but the forensic auditors look beyond the numbers.

Dental discoloration is one of the most common problems in clinical dentistry. It can be broadly divided into two broad categories of stains: extrinsic and intrinsic stains, with different mechanisms, causes, and treatments. Extrinsic staining appears on the surface of the tooth and often relates to environmental factors, such as diet, lifestyle, and oral hygiene. Intrinsic staining, however, occurs within the tooth structure itself, usually due to systemic factors, medications, or developmental issues. The present review discusses the pathophysiology, clinical implications, and management strategies for extrinsic and intrinsic staining, with a focus on prevention and treatment. The article also provides insights into advanced techniques for managing these stains supported by a range of studies and clinical findings.

Supply chain management faces challenges such as redundancy, poor coordination, and lack of transparency, leading to issues like product counterfeiting. Counterfeits harm legitimate businesses and are difficult to detect visually. Existing solutions like RFID tags, AI, and QR codes have limitations, such as susceptibility to duplication or high computational demands. This study proposes a blockchain-powered system to enhance counterfeit detection by securely tracking products' supply chain history. Blockchain's decentralized and immutable nature ensures transparency, traceability, and protection against data tampering, offering a robust solution to mitigate counterfeiting effectively. Its immutable nature prevents data alteration without consensus, thereby safeguarding information and minimizing vulnerabilities. This paper proposes a blockchainpowered system designed to detect and mitigate product counterfeiting effectively.

The term Nephrotic Syndrome is coined from two words: kidney and Syndrome denoting a group of symptoms. Nephrotic Syndrome is a set of symptoms related to kidney dysfunction, and not a disease, in and of itself. Nephrotic Syndrome is a disorder characterized by loss of proteins in the urine. In realism, Nephrotic Syndrome can be the first sign of various diseases that damage the kidneys, especially tiny blood-filtering units (glomeruli)in the kidneys, where urine is formed. This causes fall in the protein levels in the blood, and water to move into body tissues, causing swelling and bloating of body (edema/Oedema). Material and methods: - A pre experimental study with one group pre- test -post test group design was carried out to assess the effectiveness of Booklet teaching programme in selected area of Jabalpur city. Total 60 subjects were selected. booklet teaching programme was given to the staff nurse about knowledge of nephrotic syndrome. Data collection tool included structured knowledge questionnaire and booklet teaching programme. ABSTRACT Particle delivery systems have garnered significant research interest in recent decades as carriers for both small and large molecules in drug delivery. The utilization of particulate systems, such as nanoparticles, has been employed to modify and enhance the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of numerous medicinal compounds. (1) Nanoparticles exhibit immense potential as effective drug delivery systems. This review discusses recent advancements in nanotechnology for drug delivery. To overcome the challenges associated with gene and drug delivery, nanotechnology has gained considerable interest in recent years. Nanosystems with diverse compositions and biological properties have been extensively investigated for drug and gene delivery applications. (45) This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the fabrication, characteristics, and applications of nanoparticles (NPs), which exist in various forms. NPs are minuscule particles ranging in size from 1 to 100 nanometers. They can be classified into several categories based on their properties, sizes, or shapes. Some common types include fullerenes, metal nanoparticles, ceramic nanoparticles, and polymeric nanoparticles. Due to their large surface area and nanoscale dimensions, NPs possess unique physical and chemical properties. According to reports, their size significantly influences their optical properties, resulting in distinct colors due to absorption in the visible spectrum. Their unique size, shape, and structure also impact their strength, reactivity, and other characteristics. These properties make them suitable candidates for a wide range of applications, including imaging, energy-based research, medical applications, environmental applications, and catalysis. Heavy metal nanoparticles, such as those of lead, mercury, and tin, are known for their exceptional strength and rigidity, making them difficult to degrade. This characteristic can lead to various environmental toxicities.

The increasing reliance on traditional centralized storage systems has highlighted significant limitations, such as single points of failure, data breaches, and restricted scalability. To address these challenges, decentralized file storage systems leveraging blockchain technology have emerged as a robust alternative. This paper explores the design and implementation of a decentralized storage solution that ensures data integrity, privacy, and accessibility while eliminating the need for a central authority.Blockchain technology provides a distributed ledger to secure and authenticate data transactions, ensuring transparency and immutability. By employing mechanisms such as cryptographic hashing, data encryption, and consensus algorithms, the proposed system offers enhanced security and prevents unauthorized access. Data files are fragmented into smaller pieces using a sharding technique and distributed across a network of nodes, with blockchain storing metadata and pointers for efficient retrieval. This decentralized architecture not only enhances fault tolerance but also enables cost-efficient scalability by utilizing unused storage capacities across the network. Incentive mechanisms, such as token-based rewards, encourage node participation, further strengthening the system's reliability. Use cases include secure data sharing, archival storage, and sensitive information management for industries like healthcare, finance, and IoT.The proposed system demonstrates the potential of blockchain-based storage to overcome the vulnerabilities of traditional approaches while providing a secure, scalable, and transparent platform for data storage and management.
