 Abstract

A series of new structurally novel unsymmetrical tetra dentate Schiff base metal (II) complex of nickel (II) was prepared by refluxing together the relevant unsymmetrical Schiff bases with the corresponding nickel (II) acetate in methanolic medium. The 1H NMR spectral data of the free ligand were recorded in CDCl3 against tetra methylsilane (TMS) as internal reference. The appearance of two different peaks for each of the azomethine protons and phenolic protons confirm the unsymmetrical nature of the Schiff bases in the series. The absorption bands due to amino group disappeared in the IR spectra of all the four ligands [H2L1-4] which showed that the amino group in the diaminopyridine condensed with the aldehydes. The bands appearing at 1600-1640 cm-1 due to azomethine group of the ligands is shifted to lower frequency at 1570-1600cm-1 in the nickel (II) complexes indicating the participation of the azomethine nitrogen in coordination with the metal ion. The infrared spectra of both the ligands and complexes have no bands between 3100 and 4000 cm-1 indicating the absence of uncoordinated N-H and uncoordinated -OH groups. Due to unsymmetrical nature of the ligands and the complexes two bands were observed for each of the following modes. ?C=N, ?M-N and ?M-O .

 Abstract

Computer Developers over the past years have implemented new generation programming languages. DevOps is complemented by a range of agile practices designed to improve cooperation between development and operating teams. The main aim of this paper is to investigate how the use of DevOps has affected the quality of software. Another main aim is to explore and identify ways to continuously increase software quality. One way of finding information on this study is to conduct a literature review. The data will provide more information on the current DevOps activities that have been carried out in the software industry. The empirical analysis model has been developed and five theories have been established based on a literature survey. Testing theories using Pearson correlation has achieved research goals. On the basis of the linear regression model where the linear theory is obtained. A literature review was developed to gather quantitative data while DevOps and Quality Assurance experts' interviews were used to determine how DevOps can enhance software quality. Interview reviews, hypothesis testing, and regression tests are recommendations. The quantitative study found that by using CAMS (Culture, Automatic, Measurement, Sharing) systems, software quality is enhanced by practicing DevOps. The biggest factor in increasing software quality is automation. According to the findings of multiple regression analyses, culture has been shown to boost software quality through integration, evaluation, and sharing. In summary, it is best to use DevOps to generate applications of high quality.

A sample size of 20 doctors who were associated with various clinical departments of the hospital and 100 patients of the hospital were selected for the study. The samples were selected by using simple random sampling method. The tool selected for data collection includes two structured questionnaire with open-ended and closes ended questions. A pilot study was conducted with 3 doctors and 10 patients of various departments. The study revealed that 55% of the doctors were of the opinion that Health Communication is very important and 45% were of the opinion that it is important while no one had the opinion that it is less important or not at all important and the study showed that 45% of the doctors usually give information about the health of the patients during the consultation but 10% of them rarely spend sufficient time for patients during the consultation. 14% of the patients opinioned that doctors rarely spend sufficient time for them during the consultation. The statement is very clear from the result of the study, that is, 54% of patients have effectively been influenced by Health Communication and 37% of them opinioned that Health Communication has usually make changes in their behavior.  Abstract

This study is discussing about impacts of organic farming in the research area. According to this study, impacts are categorised in economical, environmental, organisational and finally others. Main objectives are (a) to understand various organic farming projects, programmes and schemes (b) to find out vital reasons for follow this type of farming and (c) to identify major inconvenience in this cultivation. This study is based on primary data and secondary data. It is gathering from Theni district in Tamilnadu. Samples are selected on the basis of purposive random sampling techniques. Researcher visited 15 villages in this study area and totally 50 samples collected .for this investigation. Those who are actively following organic farming method and they are eligible to collect the data. It is analysed by hierarchical clustering statistical techniques. This technique is calculated by within group linkage method and measures the interval through Pearson Correlation Analysis and it calculated results are explained by dendrogram.

 Abstract

The 2016 Human Development Report focuses on how human development can be ensured for everyone, now and in the future. It starts with an account of the achievements, challenges and hopes for human progress, envisioning where humanity wants to go. Its vision draws from and builds on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development that the 193 member states of the United Nations endorsed last year and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that the world has committed to achieve. HDI report explores who has been left out in the progress in human development and why. This paper attempts to make a comparative study of the inequality adjusted human development index with reference to South Asian countries- Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives , Nepal , Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
