Research tools is the most important factor for the research. From India and other country there is a several questionnaire developed by many investigator to investigate the school organizational climate of secondary school. The researcher observed that there are some questions with separate issues for students, teachers, Principal/ Head master which was not asked to everyone and also some questions which was important to ask all of them. For that purpose the researcher formed the questionnaire separately for Teachers, Students and Principal/ Head master. In the three questionnaires many questions are commonly used and apart from the common question the researcher formed the question relevant to Teachers, Students and Principal/ Head Master. For developing the questionnaire the researcher collect many information from review of related literature, the questionnaire scale, journals, books, internet etc. The researcher developed the questionnaire and standardized it for implementing these tools to investigate the school organizational climate in the field of educational research. The final draft of questionnaire contain 67 item for Teachers, 67 Items for Principal/ Head master and 62 items for student.

The effectiveness of ashwagandha in a variety of rheumatologic conditions may be due in part to its anti-inflammatory properties, which have been studied by several authors. Withania somnifera (Ashawagandha) is very revered herb of the Indian Ayurvedic system of medicine as a Rasayana (tonic). It is used for various kinds of disease processes and specially as a nervine tonic. Considering these facts many scientific studies were carried out and its adaptogenic / anti-stress activities were studied in detail. It has anxiolytic effect and improves energy levels and mitochondrial health. It is an anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic agent and was found useful in clinical cases of Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. Large scale studies are needed to prove its clinical efficacy in stress related disorders.

Anthropogenic warming of near-surface atmosphere in the last 50 years is dominant over the west Antarctic Peninsula. Ozone depletion has led to partly cooling of the stratosphere. The positive polarity of the Southern Hemisphere Annular Mode (SAM) index and its enhancement over the past 50 years have intensified the westerlies over the Southern Ocean, and induced warming of Antarctic Peninsula. This increase has strong regional and seasonal signatures. Models incorporating doubling of present day CO2 predict warming of the Ant- arctic sea ice zone, a reduction in sea ice cover, and warming of the Antarctic Plateau, accompanied by increased snowfall.

The regulation of air pollutant levels is rapidly becoming one of the most important tasks for the governments of developing countries, especially China. Among the pollutant index, Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) is a significant one because it is a big concern to people's health when its level in the air is relatively high. PM2.5 refers to tiny particles in the air that reduce visibility and cause the air to appear hazy when levels are elevated. However, the relationships between the concentration of these particles and meteorological and traffic factors are poorly understood. To shed some light on these connections, some of these advanced techniques have been introduced into air quality research. These studies utilized selected techniques, such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Neural Network, to predict ambient air pollutant levels based on mostly weather and sometimes traffic variables. This project attempted to apply some machine learning techniques to predict PM2.5 levels based on a dataset consisting of daily weather and traffic parameters in Beijing, China. Due to the uncertainty of the specific number PM2.5 level, I simplified the problem to be a binary classification one, that is to classify the PM2.5 level into "High" (> 115 ug/m3) and "low" (<= 115 ug/m3). The value is chosen based on the Air Quality Level standard in China, which set 115 ug/m3 to be mild level pollution.

The House Sparrow Passer domesticus is one of the most pervasive and lavish feathered creatures in the avian planet. House sparrow is one of the jeopardizing animal types in the avian world. It has various tasks to carry out in the urban environment and furthermore assists with keeping up the natural equalization. By the primary little many years of the twentieth century, the House Sparrow occupants had expanded so much that it was all around considered as a rural nuisance. Numerals of speculation have been put frontward as likely explanations of the decrease of House Sparrows in metropolitan natural surroundings: predation, rivalry, shy of home locales, sickness, food accessibility, and ecological contaminations. The biggest piece of house sparrows squanders their life expectancy inside an exceptionally restricted spot and is viewed as a stationary animal variety. As a deskbound animal group the house sparrow offers open doors for people contemplate not by and large attainable with transitory winged animals. House Sparrow is planned for the Red Data Book of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). Each animal on this planet has its individual assignment to partake in and contribute. World Sparrow Day is praised on March 20 around the world. For example, in October 2012, the Delhi Government has reported House Sparrow as State Bird. This audit is one of the achievements and furthermore to be a concentration for the system and non-system organizations and feathered creature darlings to save this little winged animal. In our mandatory life, we may have a parcel of work however every individual have least an ideal opportunity to represent our thought towards this human to protect them by keeping sparrow settling encloses the overhangs or trees we have in our home or in our working spots or the boulevards that we are living, at any rate how about we keep up a bowl of water and grains outside our residence to keep them endure. ABSTRACT -: Hair is an important part of the body appeal and its look is a health indicator. Accordingly, recent advances in hair science and hair care technologies have been reported in literature claiming Innovations and strategies for hair treatments and cosmetic products. The treatment of hair and scalp, primarily, involved the use of shampoo for an effective, but gentle cleansing; however, for years, the shampoo is considered not only as a cosmetic product having the purifying purpose, but it is also responsible for maintaining the health and the beauty of hair, imparting gloss and improving manageability. For meeting the needs of a multitasking formulation, following also the recent marketing-trend addressed to the "natural world", new challenges for cosmetic technology are aimedtowards the research of natural ingredients, as well as new techniques for shampoo formulation.Regarding the recent development of solid shampoos, little information is available about their use, formulation and advantages. This review is largely focused on the description of solid shampoos, mainly based on the use of clays, herbs or flours as washing bases alternative to the traditional ones, consisting of a combination of synthetic surfactants, together with other usual ingredients expected in a shampoo formulation.

Water pollution is toxic to the aquatic life which is leading to the fast declining in the species diversity in the water bodies. Diatoms are microalgae which have great potency to live in the water which is highly contaminated water bodies, hence diatoms have ability to compelling such bioindicators that monitor the change in the environmental matrices very effectively which provide us the proper condition of the area whether the water is harmful for the survival of diatoms or not then where we collect the sample. Around the world researchers are trying to evaluate the effect of wastewater or contaminated water on the diatoms. The diatoms are very precious algae used in pharmaceuticals, for energy production, aquaculture feeding feedstocks. This review represents the effect of phytoremediation and the wastewater quality index based on the heavy metals, BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), lipid bodies in diatoms, morphological analyses, conduction of the wastewater.

Peripheral Intravenous Cannula (PIVC) or Intravenous Cannula is one of the most frequently used medical devices. Intravenous Cannulation procedure involves breaching the skin and leaving a foreign body in the vein exposing the patients to a number of risks particularly infections. Since nurses are mostly involved with insertion of IV Cannula, it is their responsibility and duty to avoid these preventable problems. The purpose of the present study was to assess the level of knowledge of nurses on insertion and care of Peripheral Intravenous Cannula and determine the effectiveness of video assisted teaching program. One group pretest posttest research design was used for the study. Data was collected from 30 staff nurses working in Goa Medical College and hospital using nonprobability convenience sampling technique. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire that consisted of demographic data and multiple choice questions and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The major findings of the study were that, maximum number of staff nurses (67%) were between the age group of 21-30 years, 45.16% had average knowledge and 16.25% had poor knowledge regarding insertion and care of Peripheral Intravenous Cannula. There was significant difference between mean pre-test and post-test knowledge scores (p<0.05). The calculated values were higher than the tabulated values at 5%level of significance. Hence the video assisted teaching program on the insertion and care of Peripheral Intravenous Cannula was found to be effective. The study findings concluded that there was significant association between age and knowledge scores.
