"Study to assess the effectiveness of aerobic exercise regarding obesity among adolescent girls in selected schools of Jabalpur city" The research approach adopted for this study was a pre- experimental evaluative research approach in nature. A Pre- experimental one group pre-test and post-test design was used to evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on obesity among adolescents in selected school of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The sample consisted of 60 adolescents (11-16 years) students, who are available at the time of study. Non-probability purposive sampling method was used for the selection of samples. The instrument for the data collection was BMI classification to perceived level of BMI and teaching aerobic exercise. The data obtained was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and chi-square test. Socio-demographic variables: majority (61.6%) belonged to 13 - 14 years, (68.33%) was from 10th standard, (85%)lived in home,(66.66%) lived in nuclear family, (65%) family monthly income was from 10,001/-to above, (56.66%) no information about obesity, (68.33%) of "NO" obese in the family, (61.66%) of three times meal schedule, (41.66%) of mixed food consumed,(36.66%) of once a week frequency of spicy food consumption, (76.66%) 8 hours sleep pattern and (73.33%) no exercise by their own. The mean post-test perceived level of BMI is significantly less than the mean pre-test perceived level of BMI that is23.65 inpre-testand21.59 in post-test with paired t-value=2.59 at P =0.05 level of significance. The results of major findings indicated that adolescent (11-16 years) students had decreased the perceived level of BMI. Aerobic exercise was found to be a very effective method of providing information regarding reducing obesity among adolescents. There was significant association between the pre-test perceived level of BMI and demographic variables such as age, education, residence, type of family, total family monthly income, type of food consumed, sources of prior information about obesity, anybody obese in the family, meal schedule, frequency of spicy food consumption, sleep pattern within 24 hours, exercise schedule estimated by chi-square test. The study concluded that the aerobic exercise on perceived BMI level was an effective method for reducing obesity to adolescent age group(11-16 years) to enhance their knowledge regarding reducing obesity through aerobic exercise.

Stress disorders are a rather common occurrence among business sector workers. As people's job and lifestyles change, we can observe an increase in stress among working employees. Even while many business sectors offer a range of mental health programs and attempt to lessen stress-related problems in the workplace, the disorder is still very much alive and well. In this paper, we will apply two machine learning techniques to ascertain the level of stress experienced by corporate sector employees and attempt to identify the problems that contribute to the stress levels. Following the completion of data preprocessing and cleaning, we will use two machine learning approaches (SVM and Random Forest). Our trained model's accuracy was examined and evaluated in detail. Using these two machine learning techniques, it is discovered that the primary factors that lead to stress problems are an employee's sex, family background, and ease of access to health benefits at work. Because of these outcomes, corporate sectors can now reduce stress and create a very welcoming workplace for their personnel. In order to determine if an employee is in a relaxed or stressed state, the author uses social media datasets, such as tweets, where employees can express their opinions. However, manually assessing these opinions may require a significant amount of human labor. Therefore, we are utilizing machine learning techniques, and the results of our experiment indicate that these algorithms have an accuracy of over 80% in detecting stress.

In the contemporary world, children are increasingly influenced by technology which leads to a phenomenon often termed as 'digital addiction'. This paper presents an in-depth review of the impact of children's digital addiction on their lifestyle as well as their academic performance. It scrutinizes various studies from different parts of the world. It concludes on how excessive screen time such as encompassing social media, gaming, and other digital activities affects the various facets of children's lifestyle and academic performance. It examines the lifestyle changes associated with digital addiction. It depicts how prolonged and excessive digital engagement disrupts sleep patterns, reduces physical activity, promotes unhealthy lifestyle practices, results in poor academic performance, and impairs social interactions, contributing to a sedentary lifestyle and potential mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. This shows that excessive digital engagement affects the holistic well-being of children, as most of their personal growth is limited to the screen. In addition, this paper also explores the mechanisms through which digital addiction impairs cognitive functions necessary for learning, memory retention, critical thinking capacities, and classroom distractions as well as their ability to concentrate. By integrating findings from diverse sources from different areas and perspectives, this paper provides a comprehensive understanding of how digital addiction reshapes children's daily lives and educational accomplishments. It concludes with recommendations for parents, educators, and policymakers to limit engagement and mitigate the negative impacts of digital addiction by emphasizing the need for balanced digital engagement and promoting healthy lifestyle patterns.

the analysis of fly-ash aerated concrete particles added to BAF is the main topic of this work. The superiority of organic removing bacteria in biological film on the packing materials surface during the early stage of start-up is demonstrated by the comparative examination of the removal rates of COD and NH3-N during the start-up period. The comparative analysis of the removal rate of COD and NH3-N under the conditions of BAF operation in different gas-water ratios, hydraulic loading rates, and organic loads concludes that nitrobacterium becomes the primary ingredient of biological film after gradually maturing and surpassing organic removing bacteria during the BAF operation period. It also concludes that the nitrobacterium biological film is easily attached to the surface of fly-ash aerated concrete particles.

The relationship between society and business has been evolving with time, the concept of social responsibility formally promotes giving back to the stakeholders and responding to the needs of society. Indian Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dates back to ancient times but currently in India, CSR is mandatory for companies with 5cr net profit or 500cr net worth or 1000cr turnover, the companies should spend at least 2 percent of net profit on "Schedule VII" of the Company Act, 2013. The schedule is aligned with the sustainable development goals which vary across different sectors like education, health, gender equality, rural development, etc., which enables the company to contribute to society constructively along with the brand imaging which in turn helps gain profits from the publicity. The present paper tries to analyze the spending pattern of selected five PSUs and five non- PSU award winning companies. Study is pertaining to the period before Covid-19 and during covid-19 to analyze the changes in sectoral CSR expenditure. Study found that both type of companies has increased CSR expenditure in health sector, rural development and other central government funds which includes Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM-CARES). Government owned companies have shifted CSR expenditure significantly from the sectors like vocational skills, education and environment sustainability. However, non-PSU companies has shifted CSR expenditure from the livelihood enhancement sector.

The Ashta Ahara Vidhi Vishesh Ayatana is a fundamental concept in Ayurveda that highlights eight essential factors influencing dietary habits and their impact on overall health. These factors--Prakriti (nature of food), Karana (processing methods), Samyoga (food combinations), Rashi (quantity), Desha (place of consumption), Kala (timing and season), Upayoga Samstha (rules of eating), and Upabhokta (individual constitution)--offer a comprehensive approach to nutrition that aligns with both physiological and psychological well-being. By meticulously considering these principles, Ayurveda provides a personalized dietary framework that promotes digestion, assimilation, and longevity. This paper explores each of these eight factors in detail, drawing insights from classical Ayurvedic texts such as Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita. Additionally, it examines their relevance in modern dietary practices, emphasizing how these ancient principles can be adapted to contemporary lifestyles. With increasing concerns over lifestyle disorders, improper eating habits, and digestive health issues, the Ashta Ahara Vidhi Vishesh Ayatana serves as a timeless guide to mindful eating and holistic wellness. Understanding and implementing these guidelines can help individuals cultivate a balanced diet, enhance metabolic function, and maintain overall health in today's fast-paced world.

Abstract:Geomagnetic Storms are disturbances in Earth's magnetosphere caused by solar activities such as solar flares or coronal mass ejection (CMEs). These storms occur whe n solar wind carrying charged particles and magnetic field, interacts with Earth's magnetic field. Here we have investigated the relationship between cycles 22, 23 and the rising phase of cycle 24. Solar features are, we observed and used to qualitatively characterise intense storms. The results of this paper reviewed specifically provide an estimate of the main source of geomagnetic storms (GMS), which are arising in cycle 22 & 23 and rising phase of cycle 24. We observed that solar cycle 23 was magnetically disturbed with 41.52% of disturbed days against 27.58% for cycle 24 which was magnetically calm with 72.35% of quit days against 58.64% for cycle 23. The solar cycle 24 proceeded as a low energy cycle with historically lower energy levels of sunspots and geomagnetic activity than that of all previous solar cycles of the space era. Solar cycle 24 presents similar characteristics as solar cycles 12 & 14 which experienced spotless days at solar maxima and have experienced Gleissberg minimum.

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted consumer purchasing behaviors worldwide, fundamentally altering the way individuals shop and make purchasing decisions. With the implementation of lockdowns, social distancing measures, and widespread economic uncertainty, consumers were forced to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. This paper examines these behavioral shifts using data collected through a structured population survey. Key areas of focus include the transition to online shopping, changes in spending priorities, and the growing importance of health and safety in decision-making processes. The survey results reveal a marked increase in online shopping, with 72% of respondents indicating a preference for digital channels during the pandemic. Additionally, spending patterns shifted towards essentials such as food and healthcare, with 65% of participants allocating more than half of their budgets to these categories. Health and safety emerged as a critical factor influencing purchasing decisions, with 80% of respondents prioritizing this aspect. Furthermore, the economic impact of the pandemic, including income reductions experienced by 48% of participants, played a significant role in shaping consumer behavior. By analysing these trends, this study provides actionable insights for businesses to adapt their strategies and meet the evolving needs of consumers in a post-pandemic world.

Women empowerment is a process in which women gain power and control over their own lives and acquire the ability to make strategic choices. It can be briefly expressed as several ways of valuing women and her opinions. It includes raising their standards, educating them and creating awareness among them about their mental, physical and spiritual strength. Although there have been many courageous women who have defied preconceptions, women have historically been subjected to all kinds of abuse, manipulation, and suffering that made them feel unworthy and unsuitable. The empowerment of women and autonomy of women is very essential for the achievement of sustainable development. It is admirable that women have broken through barriers, shown their talent, and participated in practically all fields of effort. Her achievements , sacrifice and contribution in nation building is beyond the limits of the sky . Gender equality and empowering women is fundamental in having a peaceful and prosperous world .The goal of women's empowerment is to give themselves power, not to dominate men. It is past time for the globe to become a gender neutral society that provides not only opportunity but also facilities that would promote women involvement. The greatest obstacle to empowerment is the procedural aspect of empowerment notwithstanding cultural and societal constraints. This essay discusses domestic violence, which is one of the main crimes against women that has been devastating the world for a long time. In essence, domestic violence refers to when a man abuses his position to exert control over his partner through violence or other abusive behaviours. It further elucidates upon the national and international initiatives to curb it explaining the reasons attributing abusive behaviour and the effects of such abuse on women, children and society.

The treatment of women serves as a key indicator of societal progress. Despite constituting half of the global population, women face inequality in various domains, including social, economic, and political spheres. This paper examines the disparity in women's rights and social status within the tribal societies of Apatani Trinbe of Arunachal Pradesh, with a focus on their property rights. Unlike many societies where the right to ancestral or parental property is acknowledged, women in Arunachal Pradesh's tribal communities often encounter significant challenges in owning or inheriting property. This reflects broader societal attitudes towards their value and social standing.

This study examines the role of solar activity in climate change, analyzing historical and contemporary data on solar cycles, sunspots, and total solar irradiance (TSI). Using statistical models and spectral analyses, the research assesses the correlation between solar variability and climate events like the Little Ice Age and Medieval Warm Period. While solar forcing influences natural climate variability, findings highlight its minimal impact on recent global warming compared to anthropogenic factors. The study underscores the need to incorporate solar activity into climate models for accurate predictions and policy-making.
