Every person who earns money spends it to take care of either their own fundamental requirements or those of their family. People utilise money for a variety of things, such as covering their regular household bills and costs associated with purchasing luxury for a better living. Earned money is typically stored for future requirements or utilized to pay for certain present obligations. A person who lives within their means accumulates savings. These funds can be accumulated and grown to fulfil a variety of objectives, including paying for college, marriage, buying a car, house, or any other asset, paying for unexpected medical expenses, and covering post-retirement expenses. The full money saved is typically not stored in cash but rather invested in a variety of asset classes or investment vehicles in order to generate a return, which may come in the form of consistent income, capital growth, or occasionally both. Humans must invest if they want to prevent inflation in the future. Investments and savings are two coins. Both are necessary for humans to exist in a changing world and are helpful in meeting present and future requirements.

The most recent statistical data reveal that 47.8% of global blindness is due to cataract and in South Asia region which includes India, 51% of blindness is due to cataract. Insufficient or inadequate knowledge regarding surgery can result numerous complications. Thus, must take action by educating patients continuously to update knowledge on regular follow-up after cataract surgery for preventing further complications and blindness. Aim of the study to identify the knowledge and to assess the effect of educational intervention on knowledge regarding post-operative care of eye surgery among cataract patients. Settings and Design: An evaluative study with pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design was used to assess the effect of educational intervention on knowledge of cataract patients from selected hospitals. Methods and materials:60 samples were taken using Non-Probability Convenient The data was collected using self-structured demographic data and self-structured knowledge interview questioner. Statistical Analysis used: Descriptive and inferential statistics are used for analysis of the data. Researcher applied paired t-test for the effect of educational intervention on knowledge regarding post-operative care of eye surgery among cataract patients. Results: Average knowledge score in pre-test was 2.7 which increased to 13.4 in post-test. T-value for this test was 39.5 with 59 degrees of freedom. Corresponding p-value was less than 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected. It is evident that educational intervention is effective in improving the knowledge of cataract patients. Conclusion: The well-timed management and proper awareness about post -operative eye care management helps in improving the quality of life.

The policy and practise around plastic garbage generated in homes, institutions, and industry in its cities are rapidly changing. The degradation of soil and land by plastic accessories is growing daily. Plastic moulding of a pliable material is possible with or without fracture. It is therefore inexpensive, non-sharp, and water-resistant. Plastics are widely employed on various scales. Because it is the largest industry across all economic sectors and the biggest user of raw materials, the construction industry is used in a variety of ways. Different methods of recycling waste are less frequently used in the building business as plastic waste has been proven to be efficient. In the process of building roads, plastic waste-coated aggregate is combined.

Abstract: Non-Performing Assets are a burning topic of concern for the public sector banks, as managing and controlling NPA is very important. The current paper with the help of secondary data, from RBI website, tried to analyse the 6 years, net non-performing asset data of 26 public sector banks, by using Annova statistics, and with the help of SPSS software. The main objective of the study is to find out if there are any significant differences in the mean variation of the concerned banks. This paper also focuses on the reason behind the NPA and its impact on banking operations.

Universal Learning Design (UDL) is an accessible, cost effective, educational approach which caters to diverse learning needs of all learners irrespective of their age, gender, cultural and linguistic background, race and abilities. UDL provides a framework which guides educators to adapt the curriculum, select strategies, identify assessment strategies and develop tools and Teaching Learning Materials to reach them. UDL allows trainers to present material, engage students and execute learning tasks using multiple, flexible and adaptive means. Children with Non Verbal Learning Disability (CWNVLD) face difficulty in recognizing non-verbal cues such as social cues such as facial tone, and need verbalization of ideas. They struggle with reading comprehension and mathematical problem solving. Physical clumsiness, bumping into objects and struggling with abstract concepts are some significant characteristics shown by such individuals. This study reviews the usage of UDL based strategies and techniques to support the unique learning and social needs of CWNVLD. The findings reveal that usage of classroom accommodations in form of active verbalization, raised line paper, graph sheets, physical prompting among other such simple yet effective ways can support children having NVLD within classrooms. The study recommends the provision of cognitive supports in form of organizing clues, pictorial and visual clues, variety of resource materials like PowerPoint presentations, videos, podcasts, manipulatives, e-books, role play, cooperative learning, use of case studies and field trips to support their social and learning needs.

Breast cancer is one of the leading types of cancer and according to future prediction it is likely to strike 1.57 million in 2025 from 1.46 million this year. In this research work an attempt was made to use the drug Discovery and design technique Scaffold hopping in order to find the best ,safe and effective molecule available in the existing market on the basis of in-silico screening techniques .Total eleven molecules scrutinized were Desmethyl Tamoxifen Alpelisib ,Norendoxifen, Abemaciclib , Anastrozole , ,Epigallocatechingallate, 4 Hydroxytamoxifen Z)-2-[4-(1,2)-Diphenyl -1-Butenyl)-Phenoxy]-N, Ndimethylethanamine, Afimoxifene, Endoxifen and Tamoxifen. These molecules were subjected for ADME Study ,Druglikeness study , Pharmacophore mapping and Docking study using Human Estrogen Receptor. The best molecules which revealed all the best, safe and promising attributes was Anastrozole.

The Special Child Development Institute is also engaged in an endeavor to stop the spread of COVID-19 (LPKA). The assimilation program provided to juvenile detainees is an attempt to stop the COVID-19 virus from spreading among inmates. In many circles, the advantages and negatives of the policy are about equal. On the one hand, the treatment is welcomed since it will stop COVID-19 from spreading. However, the policy is seen to compromise public safety. Further research is thus required to determine how to protect foster children's constitutional rights to get remission during the COVID-19 pandemic and how to grant Lampung Province's request for remission for foster children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through an examination of normative provisions based on legal doctrines, ideas, and conceptions, this study employs prescriptive legal research, namely the kind of normative-doctrinal research. The central government responded to this situation by releasing a number of laws to safeguard the constitutional rights of foster children to achieve integration during the epidemic. These regulations include the Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number M.HH-19.PK/01.04.04 and Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2020. The assimilation strategy for foster children has been implemented for 83 foster children in Lampung Province in order to safeguard the constitutional rights of children.
