Judiciary is one among the three main organs of the Government. The administration of Justice is the process by which the legal system of the government is executed. During the ancient period, the administration of Justice was carried forward by King and Council. The mode of justice had deficiency of uniformity, conformity and lack of precise justice delivery system and the system of justice also extensively varied from one part to another. The legal system under the Delhi Sultans and Mughals was administered through Islamic law. British East India Company founded in 1600 laid their foundation for trade in India. It founded first Presidency town, Madras in India followed by Bombay and Calcutta. The English East India Company constructed a Factory in Madras called Fort St. George in 1640. This Fort was known as White Town. While the nearby village inhabited by local population was called Black Town. By 1652, Fort St. George became the Headquarters of the eastern possessions of the English East India Company. With the advent of British, the administration of justice and development of Courts began from 1639 to 1726 in the Presidency towns of Madras, Bombay and Calcutta. This paper highlights the development of judiciary and different phases of judicial administration in Madras presidency.

Nowadays the number of users has increased in use of internet web access as well as the growth of data has also increased. This can be a hassle for users to find exactly relevant information from the Internet relatively quickly. The search process on the web is also inaccurate and it takes a lot of time to get results. Domain-specific web search engines contain information that is specific to the subject at hand. This domain-specific web search engine aims to improve accuracy and provide additional functionality. This makes it easy to connect young minds with start-ups that have turned out to be quite different from common web search engines. This proposed task uses a focused crawler that attempts to index only web pages that contain information about jobs, launch-related events, and news. It also uses contextual pseudo-relevance feedback using machine learning algorithms to get more relevant documents than regular search engines. This proposed task produces search results by reflecting feedback without human intervention. This task uses machine learning techniques to improve accuracy with domain-specific web search engines for better results

Dielectric relaxation measurements of amino acid (L-alanine) in water solution were carried out using time domain reflectometry at 250C to -50C in the frequency range between 10 MHz to 30 GHz. The dielectric parameters i.e. static dielectric constant and relaxation time, were obtained from the complex permittivity spectra using a nonlinear least square fit method. From the values of the relaxation time, the thermodynamic parameters are determined. The Kirkwood correlation factor was calculated from the static permittivity. The dielectric relaxation parameters increase with an increase in concentration (mM) of amino acid (L-alanine) due to the structure of hydrogen bond groups by the amino acid (L-alanine) molecules in the aqueous solution. The relaxation peak shifted to lower frequency with an increase in molar concentration of amino acid.

Carbon sequestration is the process of transferring CO2 from the atmosphere into the soil, plants or plant residues, and other organic solids, which are stored or retained in the unit as part of the soil organic matter. Retention time of sequestered carbon in the soil (terrestrial pool) can range from short-term (not immediately released back to the atmosphere) to long-term (millennia) storage. Western ghats are one of the Mega biodiversity centers in the world and second in India. In the present work, I studied the carbon sequestration potential of the Durgawadi Sacred grove from Junnar Tehasil. It is situated in North-western Ghats in the state of Maharashtra. According to the recorded data from the Durgawadi sacred grove field survey plateau tree cover plants are Memecylon umbellatum, Olea dioica, Syzygium cumini, Xantolis tomentosa, Atalantia racemosa, Diospyros montana, and Gnidia glauca, Memecylon umbellatum and Actinodaphne angustifolia are the most dominant species in terms of carbon sequestration. Durgawadi plateau covers floristic composition present but this plant vegetation is in the form of herb, shrub, tree and these vegetation plant species numbers are 360 in which I am focusing only Durgawadi sacred grove. In this sacred grove above mention plant species were found. These species contribute 106.4 tonnes of biomass per hector for this site. Thus the total biomass contribution by these dominant species in the Durgawadi Sacred grove for the total area of 10.3 ha is 5728.1714 tons.

Background: Venipuncture (VEN-uh-punk-shur) is the process of putting a needle in a vein. This is done to take a blood sample or put in an intravenous cannula to give medicine, fluids, or blood products. Venipuncture is usually done by a nurse, but a physician assistant, diagnostic imaging technologist, or doctor can also do it. During the routine care of children, painful invasive procedures such as venipuncture for the withdrawal of blood for hematological testing or securing intravenous cannula for administration of medicine usually are inevitable in healthy and sick subjects. The importance of pain assessment and pain management is widely acknowledged and alleviation of pain caused by minor invasive procedures in children is an important issue for humane reasons and in terms of their reactions to future painful events and acceptance of subsequent health care interventions. Aim and objective: A study was planned to assess the effectiveness of buzzy device on the level of pain during venipuncture in children admitted at paediatric unit and to find out the satisfaction of the caregivers in relation to the use of Buzzy device for pain management during Venipuncture. Material and method: A experimental approach is used for the study. The study was conducted on the 136 childrens between age group of 6 to 12 years of age undergoing venipuncture procedure from paediatric unit. The samples were divided in experimental and control group using computer generated randomization list. Results: The analysis and interpretation revealed that it was observed that buzzy device is effective in terms to reduce venipuncture associated pain children undergoing venipuncture procedure. Conclusion: The finding of the study shows that, it can be applied in various setting commencing first of all with small preventive procedures like Venipuncture, vaccinations, collecting blood samples, child with juvenile diabetes mellitus who is on insulin etc. to reduce needle associated pain in children.

This paper is still the first step to detect the position of Islamic education in the National Education System. Further researchers are expected to sharpen data and analysis for a better and more in-depth study. The new challenge of Islamic education is the mental and spirituality of the Islamic community which has not been able to distinguish between Islamic education as a religious institution or a scientific institution. It is recommended that the managers of Islamic educational institutions that have been involved in the National Education System to be more grounded in the community to provide spiritual education

This paper views the diasporic occurrences, namely, rootlessness, nostalgia, memory and alienation in The Glass Palace by Amitav Ghosh. It is commonly believed that detachment from the human bondage, sentiments, and love is inevitable. The thread that ties the past and the present is memory whereas nostalgia rebuilds the pleasant memories of the former days. It is possible to say that nostalgia is the imagination of the pleasant days of old, celebration of life, an enjoyable and always inspiring form. Thus, nostalgia and memory are also linked together to find the root or belong to it. Ghosh establishes the characters, literally include the Royal family and commoners and what ties them all together is, the characters are the victims of diaspora who stand basically detached, yet strongly attached to the nostalgic past. Ghosh describes the history of three generations of two families in Burma, India, and Malaya and makes the people completely unconscious of their roots and makes them feel alienated in their own country. Characters experience an absence of existence and belonging which always craves identity and space are dealt in this study.

This study is aimed to identify the effect of credit risk management on profitability of commercial banks of Ethiopia over the period of 2008-2018 G.C. The study employed quantitative research approach with explanatory research design. The secondary data source was employed. The result of regression analysis was applied to investigate the effect of explanatory variables on the profitability. The findings of this study show that, capital adequacy, loan to deposit ratio and loan provision ratio have positive and statistically significant effect on profitability of selected commercial banks in Ethiopia. In opposite direction, non-performing loan, loan to total asset ratio and cost per loan have negative and statistically significant effect on profitability. The profitability measured through ROA was best explained by explanatory variables incorporated in the model. Hence, the researcher suggested that the profitability of commercial banks can be improved through improving credit risk management function of banks by giving attention on the studied variables with statistically significant effect on profitability.
