Indian economy is the testimony for increasing the growth in very short period of time. Tax in form of direct and indirect is the largest source of revenue to the government. Chairman of 13th Finance Commission Dr. Vijay Kelkar, has advised to have a reasonable, scientific and contemporary taxation structure in sync with industrialized countries form the premise of the establishment of Goods and Service Tax (GST) in India. Tax structure is created and executed in such a manner that it contributes to the growth of nation. A Taxation Structure which allows ease of conducting business and having little potential for tax evasion gives prosperity to a country's economy. The GST is the major and widespread indirect tax reform since 1947. Replacement of outgoing taxes like value-added tax, excise duty, service tax and sales tax is the fundamental notion of GST. It will be levied on manufacturing sale and use of goods & services. GST is projected to affect of the present tax system and result in unifying the nation economically. This article has concentrated on the background, aims of the proposed GST and the effect of GST in several sections of Indian economy. The study subsequently focused on numerous advantages and prospects of GST. Finally, the article analyses and brings forth a definite conclusion.

Various Experiments viz. Types of Seedling Explants (epicotyledonary nodal segments, cotyledonary nodal segments, hypocotyl, cotyledon etc.) types of growth regulators (KN, BAP,IAA,NAA) and its various concentration were conducted to standardized the methods of in vitro micropropagation of A. acuminata. Out of Various types of explants used, the cotyledonary nodal shoot segments found the best for shoot induction. Highest number of shoot bud proliferation i.e. 15-20 shoots was found on MS medium supplemented with IAA 0.1mg/l + BAP 1.5 mg/l, while only 4-6 shoots were produced from epicotyledonary nodal shoot segments .Poor response i.e. only callusing was observed on hypocotyl and cotyledon explants. On higher concentration of BAP i.e. more than 2.5 mg/l, although number of shoot were increased but they remain dwarf. On Higher concentration of IAA and NAA, callusing was observed.

Globally, about half the number of women is still behind men in many places. Indian culture has always treated women as goddesses with its concept of ideological but the truth is far from the concept of myth. In fact, Indian society is suffered by gender inequality and skewed sex. Gender equality will only be achieved when women and men enjoy equal opportunities, rights and responsibilities in all spheres of life. When women were empowered, the whole family benefited, thus benefiting society as a whole and these benefits often had a ripple effect on future generations. The skewed child sex ratio is a major indicator of female infertility, lack of value attached with her and disrespect. Over the past few years, a large proportion of women have been subjected to discrimination and exploitation. The skewed sex ratio is due to both biased sexual preferences, as well as discrimination against girls after birth. In such a situation, the government would have to promote gender equality and adopt specific strategies for the healthy development of the girl child. Therefore the remedial measures in the form of the BBBP program were an hour-long necessity to prevent gender inequality in the nation. The Indian government launched the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao program in 2015, as a leading program to reduce gender inequality in the sex ratio at birth (SRB) and to ensure social protection for girls.

Dielectric constant ( ) and dielectric loss ( ) of artificially salinized and moistened soil samples are determined at a single microwave frequency 9.78 GHz and at a single temperature 35.0 0C using a wave guide cell method. Further, the values of and of saline and moist soil samples are obtained theoretically with Wang-Schmugge model at 35.0 0C with the incorporation of salinity effect. The present study reveals that soil salinity has a little influence on unless the soil is sufficiently moist while of soil increases significantly as the salinity increases.

As of late, a mixture various access (MA) conspires, non-symmetrical MA (NOMA) joined with symmetrical recurrence division MA (OFDMA), has drawn in critical consideration in the fifth-age (5G) remote correspondence because of its predominant range proficiency. Nonetheless, the upside of the half breed MA plot can't be completely acknowledged in apparent light correspondence (VLC) organizations, since current optical symmetrical recurrence division multiplexing (OFDM) advancements can't give high range proficiency and force productivity simultaneously. In this paper, a various levelled pre-misshaped layered unevenly cut optical OFDM (HPD-LACO-OFDM) plot is proposed for NOMA, which offers prevalent range effectiveness just as high optical force proficiency. In HPD-LACO-OFDM, different layers of unevenly cut optical OFDM (ACO-OFDM) signals are produced to _ll the odd subcarriers progressively, and the between layer obstruction is wiped out with progressive sign pre-twisting. A correlation of the bit-mistake rate (BER) execution between the customary dc-one-sided optical OFDM (DCO-OFDM), the layered ACO-OFDM (LACO-OFDM), and the proposed HPD-LACO-OFDM plot is tentatively performed. The outcomes show that with a similar sign force, the HPD-LACO-OFDM-based NOMA-VLC network shows the best BER execution, though the interest for direct current voltage is diminished by half of the sign voltage contrasted with the customary DCO-OFDM-based NOMA-VLC organization.

We controlled the Bistability and photon blockade effect of quantum states for a coupled cavity with the magnonic system in presence of Kerr-nonlinearity. The magnonic system is strongly coupled with the photonic cavity system. We observe the bistable behaviour as well as Photon Blockade for both photonic and magnonic system in presence of a driving source. Surprisingly we achieve Sharpe bistable frequency when the coupling strength between photon and magnon is tune. The blockade system is achieved by tuning different system parameters with the help of some recent experimental results. Perfect magnon blockade is achieved under a weak coupling regime. By solving the Master's equation numerically we determined the second-order correlation function of magnon coupling with different system parameters. We controlled the magnon blockade perfectly by tune different system parameters. This study opens a new window to designing optical switches and optical flip-flops in quantum communication technology

Education is the most fundamental prerequisite for human progress. Employment prospects expand and incomelevels rise as a result of schooling. The growth of a person and the advancement of a nation are both dependenton education. The current article attempted to comprehend the disparities and causes connected with schooldropouts in India. Dropout is a widespread occurrence in India's educational system, affecting all levels of education, all regions of the country, and all socioeconomic categories. Dropout rates are substantially higher ineducationally disadvantaged states and districts. Girls drop out at a greater rate than boys in India. Similarly, children from socially disadvantaged groups such as Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes have greaterdropout rates than the general population. There are also regional and geographical variances, with childrenliving in rural areas/urban slums being more likely to drop out. Failure to graduate high school not only has a detrimental impact on people, but it also exacerbates existing social and economic inequities. To eliminate waste and increase the efficiency of the educational system, educational planners must first study and identify the socio economic groups that are more likely to dropout, as well as the reasons behind their dropout.

Pesticides are widely used in agriculture to control pests and increase crop yields. However, the use of pesticides has harmful effects on human health, including neurotoxicity, reproductive disorders, immune suppression, and developmental delays. Children are particularly vulnerable to the effects of pesticides. Policies and regulations that ensure the safe use of pesticides, as well as increased public education and awareness, can help protect human health from the harmful effects of pesticides. This paper discusses the impact of pesticides on human health, including their effects on the nervous system, reproductive system, and immune system, and highlights the need for measures to minimize exposure to pesticides and protect human health.

Zooplankton communities along the River Yamuna in Delhi stretch showed considerable spatio-temporal variations. A gradual shift from a zooplankton assemblage dominated by Cladocera and Copepoda to a community dominated by Rotifers and a drastic decrease in biotic index values were observed along the longitudinal gradient. Relatively cleaner sites supported larger zooplankton assemblages compared to those subjected to sewage outfalls and industrial effluents. Species elimination was observed mainly in the mid-stretch and downstream of Okhla subjected to high loads of pollution. The study highlighted the role of inundated floodplain habitats in structuring the zooplankton community at upstream of Okhla barrage which supported the diverse community in comparison to that of midstream sites.

In obvious, the objective is to improve the performance of visual saliency aided optimal region growing for road region extraction from high spatial resolution multispectral satellite images. Satellite and aerial images are the most important available data sources for map generation and updating of available maps and they have highly improved in terms of spatial, spectral and temporal resolutions. In the proposed model satellite images is extracted using feature extraction such as color, intensity and orientation. Image transformation through Lifting Wavelet Transformation (LWT) is make use of three feature extractions then the image interpolation using bi cubic method is used for resize the extracted images and after applying this bi-cubic method the saliency map is located. The visual saliency Facilitated aided optimal region growing (VSFORG) is used for road region segmentation. In this segmentation different optimization techniques is applied for threshold optimization. In the result various evaluation metrics is analyzed mainly the accuracy for GWO is 82%, for ABC is 74% and for PSO is 64%. The proposed model is performed high when compared with other algorithms in the threshold optimization process.
