Adultery is an offence in India, culpable with up to five years detainment under Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. When one sees the reality, the first response is like a shock at the State's obvious interruption into the apparently private sexual domains of life. The paper starts considering standards managing criminalization of direct, to decide if some principled avocations exist for criminalizing Adultery. My concentration is towards the substantive area of the paper: contending that Section 497 must be cancelled by the Legislature, for entomb alia executing harmful separation between genders. Adultery had been brought under discipline almost 150 years back under the Penal Code 1860 where women were exempted from any reformatory obligation. In spite of the fact that many arrangements of the Code had been altered amid the traverse and request of time, the arrangements of Adultery stay unaltered. The significant lawful arrangements have all the earmarks of being unlawful however the legal elucidations are still for them. This article measures the arrangements of Adultery from lawful and social point of view of 21st century. It is investigated that the law of Adultery is not only just damaged yet in addition initiates the additional conjugal sexual connections. Obviously, the law ensures the women but since of its shortcoming, the law makes the women more powerless in the public eye and furthermore denies them of legitimate insurance. In the wake of dissecting the issue from every single corner, the article reasonably sets up the need of correction of the Code.

Abstract Tourism industry in Himachal Pradesh has wide scope to flourish and provide a new direction to the economy of the state. Tourism potential is only next to hydro-electric power potential in the state. There are sufficient opportunities for wildlife lovers and sportsmen. It is a paradise for trekkers, climbers and other ardent devotees of the spirit of adventure on account of its topography and terrain. The adventure sports like trekking, mountaineering, rock-climbing, and heli-skiing, hang gliding, skiing, water sports including water skiing, river-rafting, fishing, golf etc. can be perused here. These sports remained largely undiscovered by adventurers till fairly recently. Even, presently, it has been attracting some enthusiastic sportsmen from all over the world. The focus of the present study is to identify the potential of tourism industry in Himachal Pradesh. Keeping in view the objectives of the study, this study is based on both primary and secondary probes .The primary data for the study has been collected from Indian and foreign tourists . This study has a little relevance in the present circumstances. There has been a tremendous change in the growth and potential of tourism industry these days.

Security is the most important thing concerned in the day-to-day life. Safety and security of the new born baby is the concept of the child abduction alerting system. The system focuses on the alerting and tracking the motion of the abducted child in hospitals. PIR sensors are used to detect the motion of the cause or any activity that when the child get abducted. The GSM modem is use to send the alert message to the parents or the hospital management when the child was abducted by the thieves. In this the tracking of the abducted child is tracked by using the Bluetooth device and Smart phone. The PIR sensor sense the presence of the intruder and the Controller reads the signal from the sensor, if the intruder is detected it turns on the buzzer and sends the alert message to the predefined number through the GSM. The system consists of MQ135 and temperature sensor to detect the temperature and Air Quality in the room.

This study reviews the recent advances of thermoelectric materials, modeling approaches and applications. Thermoelectric cooling systems have advantages over conventional cooling devices, including compact in size, light in weight, high reliability, no mechanical moving parts, no working fluid, being powered by direct current, and easily switching between cooling and heating modes. The study begins with the introduction and fundamentals of thermoelectric technology. A brief of thermoelectric generation is given. Some models have been presented which shows how the efficiency of the system can be increased and the materials which can be used for better cooling and various range of temperature. Further, applications of thermoelectric cooling in various areas like electronics cooling, cooling of buildings and thermoelectric refrigerators are described. The study helps to identify various applications of thermoelectric cooling which can be expanded further and also various methods to increase the efficiency of thermoelectric cooling using various methods and materials.

The attendance of children in the school is an important factor for determining school outcome on the one hand and on the other hand the status of attendance depends upon their nutritional status. Malnutrition continues to be the principal cause of ill-health and pre-mature mortality and morbidity among children. The main purpose of this paper was to assess the impact of nutritional status on school attendance among 6-14 years old school going children of district Doda of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Nutritional status of 360 school going children was assessed in terms of anthropometric measurements. Height for age (HAZ), body mass index for age (BMIAZ) and weight for age (WAZ) of the sample subjects were calculated and compared with WHO-2007 reference standard. Data was analyzed using statistical software epi info 7 and ANTHRO Plus. Results indicated that out of the total children screened (N=360) 21.11 percent were stunted, 9.44 percent wasted and 11.39 percent underweight. Results further revealed that the school attendance is influenced by the nutritional status of the children i.e there is a positive relationship between the nutritional status and the level of school attendance. There is a great need to focus the attention of the policy-makers for intervening in such areas, as nutritional status of children is the main indicator of school outcome and a pre-condition for the society to progress.

The Right to Information Act is a vital tool for good governance. The Right to information Act is an important weapon to fight against corruption. Rule of law, equal participation, transparency, accountability and responsibility of public authorities are basic elements of good governance. The concept of good governance emerged mainly because practices of bad governance, characterized by corruption, unaccountable governments and lack of human rights. In our Indian Constitution we have a democratic form of government (Here the Government is of the people, by the people and for the people). No democratic government can survive without accountability and the basic postulate of accountability is that the people should have information about the functioning of the government. A good law is only the first step in ensuring transparency; citizens need to be informed and vigilant. Government needs to reengineer its processes to convert documents and data into intelligible and meaningful information. And then civil society and media should learn to use information as a powerful tool to enforce accountability and fight misgovernance. The good governance is nothing but a characteristic of the government system. The aim and object of the RTI Act is to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information under the control of public authorities. In recent years, there has been an almost unstoppable global trend towards recognition of the right to information by countries, intergovernmental organizations, civil societies and the people. The right to information has been recognized as a fundamental human right, which upholds the inherent dignity of all humans beings.

In recent year, the demand for multiple frequency band antennas has increased vastly for a number of RF and microwave applications. For Public and Commercial use, FCC has assigned a specific bandwidth range of 3.1-10.6 GHz. Today our main concern shifted towards the development of multiple frequency band antenna system having numerous features like compact size, easy to fabricate, low power consumption, and which can operate at high data rates. For this purpose, there are various type of antennas for example CPW fed Triple Band Antenna, CPW-fed Fork-Shaped Antenna, LTCC Triple Band Antenna having Meander Line Structure and many more. In the given paper, a planar triple symmetric arm dipole antenna is specifically studied which can exclusively operate at 900/1800/2450 MHz successfully. Such antennas can be used in wide range of applications which include Wi-Fi, Wi-Max, medical devices, multimedia and PCS.

Prawns are an excellent source of high quality protein, and also rich in minerals. The present investigation was therefore carried out to study the proximate and mineral composition of the shell of Macrobrachium dayanum, a local fresh water prawn. The annual average protein content was recorded to be. Likewise the lipid and moisture content were observed to be and respectively. Totally 5 minerals were reported in the present studies. In the present investigation, Calcium content dominated the pool followed by potassium and the least recorded was iron content.
