It plays an important role in improving economic and social conditions of people. Indian constitution gives basic freedom to its citizens to move to any part of the country, right to reside and earn livelihood of their choice. The paper is covered only some of the selected factors which are affected on the migration of labours on the basis of pilot study questionnaire in the study area. Fully questionnaires factors are not covered in this paper. The majority of the respondents are the male respondents are the migration. The married people are the heavy responsibility in their family so the all married respondents are the highest in the migration. The reasons factor is the affected majority of the respondents. It reveals that some of them is not knowing about the programme is working. The place of migration respondents are getting good job opportunities compare to the native place because of those factors respondents are interested in the migration from the place of Yadagiri district to other places in the country. The illiterates are the highly migration in the study area and general caragory respondents are not going/very meagre to a migration labour in the Yadagiri district of Hyderabad Karnataka.

: In this paper design of low power asynchronous Viterbi decoder for wireless applications is exposed. Algorithm based designed which uses bundle data (BD) protocol is implemented here for code rate 1/2 and constraint length 3. Four phase bundled data handshake protocol is used as a communication protocol to synchronize the data between different blocks of Viterbi decoder. From the obtained results it is observed that hybrid register exchange method is being outperforms than register exchange method as this helps to reduce the switching activity and hence the dynamic power. Proposed asynchronous Viterbi decoder using HRE method helps to reduce average dynamic power by 61.65% than its synchronous counterpart. Complete design is implemented in Xilinx 13.1 and its XPower analyzer tool is used to calculate the dynamic power.

- Any civil structure require Health Monitoring with certain aging or after any repeated loading like earthquake. The EMI technique is a relatively new technique for SHM. The mechanical impedance Z of the host structure is function of the structural parameters viz. stiffness, the damping and the mass. Any damage to the structure will cause these parameters to change, resulting in change in mechanical impedance Z. Consequently, the electro-mechanical admittance will undergo changes, and serves as an indicator of the health of the structure. Due to high frequency of excitation, the EMI has very high sensitivity to damage, typically of the order of the ultrasonic techniques. The technique can detect flexural and shear crack before they can be conspicuously identified through naked eyes . In the EMI technique, a PZT patch is bonded to the surface of structure using high strength epoxy adhesive or embedded in structure whose health is to be monitored. The signature of the PZT patch is acquired over a high frequency range (30-400kHz) with the help of LCR meter or impedance analyzer. The signature is complex in nature, consisting of the real and the imaginary components called conductance and suspetance respectively. The signature in the healthy condition forms the reference signature. In future, when it is required to assess the health of structure, the signature is acquired again and compared with reference signature. Changes in signature from reference signature signify the crack/damage in the structure.

The polarographic method has been associated with many successful achievements in many branches of physical and analytical chemistry, particularly in electrochemistry. Polarography and voltammetry are the names of analytical methods based on current potential measurements in electrochemical cells. With continuous development in technique limit of determination gradually decreases from 10-5M (Classical Polarography) to 10-7M (Differential Pulse Polarography) to 10-11M (Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry). A large number of pharmaceuticals can be reduced or oxidized in the available potential range and their waves can be used in their determination. It seems that often the therapeutical activity is paralleled by electrochemical reactivity.

The promising feature of cloud computing model that has abundant resources and elasticity, liberate organizations from the costly infrastructure investment. The main issues arise when the applications generate high volume of data that acquire significant cost on storage and transfer. Hence, the need arises for the service providers to evaluate resource rental options that must be displayed for the consumers. The main objective is to serve both the clients and the service providers. The profitable valuation model is used in order to reduce the pricing of cloud resources. In this model, clients pay for the storage space in which they could post images for the advertisements. Cloud Service Providers reduce the price for storage based on several characteristics such as on advertisement clicks by the users. Clients make profit by the number of advertisement clicks by the users. This proposed model ensures that the profit increases due to the increase in number of clients.

The paper, using the analytical grids of postcolonial theory and the Foucauldian notion of biopolitics, explores the portrayal of capitalism, neo-imperialism and the Third World condition in Majula Padmanabhan's play Harvest. It also problematizes the seldom noticed sides of the much celebrated technological explosion that happened from the later decades of the twentieth century onwards. The paper further probes into the role of the European enlightenment and the NGOs in the post-colonial soil in destructing the singularity and constructing dependency of the Third World.

Abstract: Transactions between parents and children begin from the time a child comes into existence. In the present study, the investigator seeks to analyze the relation between OK and Not OK transactional styles of parents and the self-esteem of their children. It was hypothesized that there will be a significant relationship of OK transactional styles of parents and the self- esteem of their children. 96 children (48 boys and 48 girls) belonging to the age group of 12 to 14 years and their parents were part of this study. The self-esteem of children and the OK or Not OK Styles being used by the parents were determined using standardized inventories. Data was analyzed by comparing the self-esteem of children and the OK or Not OK transactional styles of parents and results interpreted.

The objective of the Power System Stabilizer (PSS) is added to excitation system to improve the damping during low frequency oscillations. The performance of PID-PSS depends upon the generator operating point and the system parameters, but a reasonable level of robustness can be achieved depending on the tuning method. In this paper a optimization method based on Grey Wolf Optimizer is used for tuning the PID parameters. In GWO-PID-PSS, the nonlinear model of single-machine infinite bus system is linearized at various operating point and a linear model is obtained. For this model, a common PID parameters are tuned using GWO algorithm. This robust GWO-PID-PSS is applied to non-linear model of a single machine system at various equilibrium points. The simulation results clearly indicate the effectiveness and validity of the fast output sampling technique method. This paper also extended to a comparative analysis of Optimum PID using Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) based PSS and fast output sampling based PSS for small signal stability enhancement. The simulation results are analyzed using MATLAB/Simulink tool and shows the effectiveness of proposed controller.

Arunachal Pradesh is the North Eastern most corner state of India sharing International boundaries with Bhutan, China, and Myanmar. Rapid development was made post-1972 when the territory attained the status of Union Territory and since its statehood in 1987. Since 1996, the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh has been committed to inculcate good practices and promote congenial Academic ambiance in the Higher Educational institutions of the State. To develop higher/technical education offers a great grip on the knowledge economy, this key is to develop higher/technical education and accelerate the pace of building a knowledge-based society. So, to improve teacher's work performance is a major issue facing contemporary education theorists and practitioners. To better clarify the factors that affect work performance of teaching faculty is the necessary road to further promote the reform of higher technical education and improve human resource development of the faculty. The main factors affecting faculty work performances need to be found out and a suitable administrative system and operational mechanism should be established. A relaxed work environment to fully motivate their enthusiasm should be created, by doing this, the limited educational resources will maximize the efficiency. This can also help explore the effective methods to improve faculty performance and their level of work engagement. Therefore, this study has important application value.
