The art and science of gathering information about real-world objects or areas at a distance without having to come into direct physical contact with them is known as remote sensing. Remote sensing is a technique for monitoring the earth's resources that combines space technology with ground observations to provide greater precision and accuracy. In the whole process of remote sensing around seven elements are involved. There are different kinds of satellites used for different purposes having their uniqueness. Remote sensing in Agriculture is also an emerging field. This technology is very expensive for a farmer to adopt. But several portals provide free of cost data to farmers as well as researchers indulged in this field. These portals provide unique information of ones area with a very little period.in developing countries like India, there are some roadblocks in the fields of remote sensing in Agriculture. Farmers are least aware about such technologies. There is need of interventions of Institutes like Village knowledge centres, e-centres etc. which bridging farmers and advanced technologies. This study starts with little basic information and then leads to several portals working with application in agriculture and concluded by several prospective in future.

The indole analogues were investigated for the electrochemical behavior using the glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode. In the present study electrochemical reduction or oxidation of indole analogues in sulphuric acid media was reported. We can see that the C=N functional groups in the molecule is easily reduced at the glassy carbon electrode. These compounds were also subjected to DNA cleavage study. In this study Compounds 1a-c have shown highest activity and remaining compounds shown moderate activity. Compounds with halogen, methyl substitution at five positions and phenyl ring at third position of indole nucleus have exhibited very good activity when compared to standard.

ABSTRACT Angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) is a transmembrane protein which is considered as a receptor for spike protein binding of novel corona virus (SARS-CoV2). Since no specific medication is available to treat COVID-19, designing of new drug is important and essential. In this regard, this study was to seek potential natural compounds that can resist COVID-19 using in silico molecular docking on ACE2 proteins. Molecular docking was achieved by using the Argus lab software. Natural products are safe and easily available to treat corona virus affected patients, in the present alarming situation. The natural phytocompounds acting on spike protein of SARS-CoV2 with its human receptor ACE2 molecule were then selected from siddha medicine one of the traditional systems of India Sundaikai vattral Choornam (Solanum torvum) have valuable properties of cold, cough, tuberculosis, hepatotoxicity, cancer, etc. Results: eight potential natural anti-COVID-19 phytocompounds were selected and were evaluated for absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) and Lipinski rules. The content of the eleven phytocompounds from Solanum torvum were determined via a literature search. Conclusion: Solanum torvum show promise for resisting COVID-19 and are thus recommended as supplements to prevent the infection of COVID-19 during its outbreak period.

ABSTRACT Coronavirus pandemic has been one of the greatest general wellbeing crises for humankind. The sickness is brought about by SARS-CoV-2 strain of Covid. Transmission of the infection is known to happen through close contact with a tainted individual or from debased surfaces. The infection can likewise be communicated from one individual to another in the pre-suggestive stage and from asymptomatic people. Pregnancy doesn't expand helplessness to SARS-CoV-2 disease yet seems to demolish the clinical course of COVID-19 contrasted and non-pregnant ladies of a similar age. With respect to vertical transmission, arising proof currently recommends that upward transmission is likely, albeit the extent of pregnancies impacted and the importance to the youngster presently can't seem not really settled. The recurrence of unsuccessful labor doesn't have all the earmarks of being expanded, yet information on first and second trimester contaminations are restricted. Analysis of information from PW with affirmed or suspected COVID-19 contamination from 12 nations, announced still rates of birth of 0.4 to 0.6 percent, which have all the earmarks of resembling public populace-based information. Steady treatment incorporate rest, oxygen supplementation, liquid administration and dietary consideration,Hydroxychloroquine in a portion of 600 mg (200 mg threefold every day with suppers) and Azithromycin (500 mg one time each day) for 10 days,Against viral Therapy Lopinavir-ritonavir, Remdesivir, Oseltamavir. Close consideration was paid the respiratory status of tainted pregnant ladies, like hack recurrence, sputum properties, and indications of dyspnea. Birthing assistants and medical caretakers ought to urge ladies to perform profound breathing, help them turn, and perform standard chest percussion meetings to relax lung blockage and increment the lady's capacity to clear sputum. Direction to date suggests that pregnant ladies with affirmed or suspected COVID-19 ought to be isolated for 14 days.

With the continuous rise in the load demand at consumer end, the performance of the existing operating electrical machines gets affected. The increasing temperature of earth’s surface due to solar radiation is another reason of the rise in the temperature of the electrical machines. Power transformers are one of the electrical machines whose performance is directly affected by its inner and outer temperature values as they are generally installed outdoors. The life of the power transformer reduces gradually with the time and sometimes the severe outdoors surface temperatures may lead to sudden explosions that also obstruct the operation of the other associated machines as well. Therefore, thermal modeling of outdoor power transformers should include the consideration of variation in environmental temperature. This is expected to create an opportunity for the research in this field. This includes developing computational thermal models simulation using appropriate software tools. These models can be employed to evaluate the actual operational age of power transformers by estimating equivalent life at the reference temperature on the basis of the time period of the estimated temperature cycle causing acceleration of aging. This paper presents a MATLAB/ Simulink based thermal model determining temperature in increasing the aging acceleration factor, which has been used for estimation of the loss of life of the transformer. Further, the effect of outdoors surface temperature due to the influence of solar radiation for increasing the loss of life of power transformer has also been studied and verified by using the thermal model. The proposed model has been validated using real time data gathered from the power transformer in operation at 220kV GSS, Jhalamand, Jodhpur.

Azelastine is among the most frequently used drugs; however, knowledge and solid data about its metabolites are scarcely found in literature. By oxidation of azelastine with H2O2, these N-oxides were now prepared in racemic form for the first time and were fully characterized. Their structure was additionally confirmed by a single crystal X-ray analysis. Both N-oxides were found to be non-cytotoxic in SRB assays.
