This research studies the internal environmental conditions in a large mechanically-conditioned sports hall experimentally and numerically. The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using the Engineering Software (ANSYS/FLUENT) conducts this analysis. The (Design Modeler) program designed the inner space of the hall, and the usual numerical findings of the program were compared and ratified with the experimental data gathered in a large sports hall at the Basra University Athletic Education College during the ten-day campaign. The metrics include the properties of the airflow at various internal space sites, as well as the surface temperature of the internal materials. In the model, various systems are applied to examine the ambient conditions occurring in the hall under various ventilation and professional conditions, which contribute to the various cooling trends. The numerical findings and the experimental tests include the amplitude of the airflow, temperature, relative humidity, and concentration of CO2 in the hall's door atmosphere when this hall is empty and when a sporting event is involved. There is a comparison of the numerical and experimental findings, and they indicate strong consensus.

The introduction of probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics into human diet is favourable for the intestinal microbiota. They may be consumed in the form of raw vegetables and fruit, fermented pickles, or dairy products. Another source may be pharmaceutical formulas and functional food. This paper provides a review of available information and summarises the current knowledge on the effects of probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics on human health. The mechanism of beneficial action of those substances is discussed, and verified study results proving their efficacy in human nutrition are presented. As only few experimental studies on nanoprebiotics and nanoprobiotics are available in the scientific literature, research on this prominent field is needed, covering effectiveness, bioavailability, and safety aspects.

The R.C.C. building is consists of elements such as column, beams, Slab, Foundation etc. these elements are also referred as load bearing elements of the structure. Though there are mainly two types of load that acts on structure and are dead (DL) and live (LL) loads. The dead load consists of the weight of permanent structure elements such as column; beam whereas the live load consists of weight of moving people, furniture etc. and the wind load and seismic load also act on the structure. When the interior load-bearing structural element fails due to any number of means such as blast activity or vehicular accident which results in the failure of a structure or component to maintain its structural integrity this phenomenon is called collapse phenomena. This situation may be initiated by an earthquake, interior or exterior explosions and construction activities. A typical model of a 12 storey structure is made on ETABS Software and investigation of fortified cement encircled structure under basic section evacuation has been conveyed utilizing the direct and non-straight static examination techniques according to the rules gave in GSA (2003) and FEMA: 356 rules separately contemplating the arrangements of IS1893:2016 codes to recreate dynamic breakdown issues. The outcomes are then looked at for the parameters, for example, Demand limit proportion and Robustness marker were checked for the acknowledgment criteria gave in GSA 2003.

Integrated Child Development Scheme was introduced in India with an objective to provide preschool education, food and healthcare services to children below 6 years in India, the Government of India has propelled the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) as a welfare programme in order to achieve health equality for women and children who belong to under-privileged and deprived sections of society. Since the study elaborates the implementation and utilization pattern of the ICDS schemes in India mainly to achieve maximum beneficiaries utilizing various scheme benefits across the state provided with food, clothing, scholarships, and other basic educational facilities for children who are found to be deprived because of illiteracy, poverty, unemployment, vulnerable socio-economic conditions that are increasingly found in rural counterparts than urban. The ICDS programmes are targeted especially for children as these children who belong to low socio-economic background are in need of the effective initiation and implementation of programmes which can help them to lead a better life. Therefore, ICDS have its significant role in building better future for children by covering maximum beneficiaries utilizing ICDS schemes for development and progress of nation.

ABSTRACT: Pollution the water by harmful chemicals can leads to entry of pollutants into food chain. Water bodies play a major role in assimilating or carrying of industrial and municipal waste water, runoff from agricultural fields, roadways and street which are responsible for water pollution. In the present study influenced the amount of carbamate Pesticide Pyraclostrobin (20%) on freshwater fish Ctenopharyngodon idella. The fish were acclimatized to laboratory conditions for 7-10 days and then exposed to different lethal concentrations of pyraclostrobin (24, 48,72,96hrs of 7.2, 6.8, 6.4, 6.0mg/L) for 96hr along with the controls. Water parameters were also before down the experiment. The 96hr LC50 Ctenopharyngodon idella exposed of pyraclostrobin found in 6.0mg/Lt. The LC50 values were calculated in Finney Probit method. lower bond (5.6074) and the upper bond was in (6.3926). The Pyraclostrobin effect on fish showed uncontrolled behaviour like mucus secretion, decreased agility and inability to maintain normal position and erradic swimming were seen in exposure time of the carbamate toxicant. The fish were exposed to lethal and sublethal concentrations for 24hr, 4th and 8th days. After each exposure period, different tissues were taken to estimate the total protein levels.

Machine learning entails artificial intelligence, and it's far used in fixing many problems in facts technology. One common Machine Learning application is the prediction of an outcome based upon existing data. Rainfall prediction is important as heavy rainfall can lead to many natural disasters. The main challenge is to build a model for long term rainfall prediction from the training data set. Decision tree classification is one of the best Machine Learning Algorithms. A decision tree is looks like a tree structure. Many decision trees have been formulated. In this paper we predict the rainfall data set using both CART and IDA decision tree algorithms. Using these algorithms which one provides highest predictive accuracy using performance measure.
