Technology has always played vital role in social transformation however Artificial intelligence (AI) emerged as game changer in information and technology. Artificial intelligence probably is the first kind of technological intervention which is intended to significantly collaborate in human action. The idea of machine helping and participation in human action is overwhelming, ultimately in a shorter period of time Artificial intelligence has become popular technology in all sectors of the society. AI is working of the principle of cooperation and collaboration to accomplish human need as an assistant. In very shorter time it is being used in cyber world, cyber network expansion, sports, music, and in heath care as the world witnessed recently in fight against the Pandemic. Apparently it seems that AI is participating in individual action, however every individual action affecting the nature of social action in broader aspect. Hence the Artificial intelligence technology is now exists as an element of social phenomena. Today AI technology is influencing individual action in all social sectors and individual space. This will be interesting to see whether in coming time AI will be decisive in social system framework, whether humans will relay on human computing for more collaboration and cooperation to complete their need.

This project is aimed to developing the design and analysis of wideband MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple Output) antenna array for 5G applications, the entire project has been developed keeping in view of wideband MIMO and 5G technology. In this report we have explained and introduced MIMO antenna first that MIMO (multiple input, multiple output) is an antenna technology for wireless communication which multiple antennas are used at both the source (transmitter) and the destination (receiver). After that we have explained about the 5G technology, 5G is designed to serve: Improved broadband mobile communication, Lower latency communication, large machine to machine type communication. Than we explained objectives of Massive MIMO, Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) is the most enthralling wireless access technology to deliver the needs of 5G and beyond networks. Massive MIMO is an extension of MIMO technology, which involves using hundreds and even thousands of antennas attached to a base station to improve spectral efficiency and throughput.

ABSTRACT A Retrospective Study Of Isolated Sphenoid Sinusitis On Computed Tomography Background: Isolated sphenoid sinusitis is a rare disease of inflammatory and neoplastic origin. Diagnosis and treatment of isolated sphenoid sinusitis is difficult due to its non-specific symptoms and its late presentation. It is often overlooked due to its remote location. Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was conducted from December 2018 to November 2022 in MVJ Medical College by a computer-assisted search of all the reports of CT scans performed with clinical symptoms of sinusitis namely headache and nasal obstruction to detect the presence of isolated sphenoid sinus opacification, mucosal thickening and its complications. A total of 55 cases of isolated sphenoid disease were identified. Results: We identi?ed 55 cases of isolated sphenoid disease of which 27 were females and 28 were males. 7 patients were in less than 20 year age group, 26 patients in 21-40 year group, 15 patients in 41-60 year age group and 7 patients in older than 60 years. Isolated acute sphenoid sinusitis with air-fluid level was seen in 25 cases. Isolated chronic sphenoid sinusitis was seen in 30 cases. Incidentally, asymptomatic isolated sphenoid opacification was seen in 8 cases. Neuro-ophthalmic complication was noted in one case. Conclusion: Opacification of paranasal sinuses is frequently seen. However isolated opacification of the sphenoid sinus is uncommon with low clinical suspicion. Therefore, imaging studies like Computed Tomography is necessary for the assessment of isolated sphenoid sinusitis for its diagnosis and early detection of complications.

The current era is known as the computer age. Persons who couldn't read or write used to be regarded observers; currently, however, people who can't handle a computer are termed observers. Humans have invented several technologies for their survival from the dawn of time. Man has always attempted to make human existence more comfortable by overcoming human behaviour by meeting needs as they arise. Human life evolved as a result of discovery. "Need is the mother of innovation," as the saying goes. Computers in education have grown increasingly popular in recent decades. Computers have dramatically altered our lives. Today, computers are employed in practically every field. A PC is an electronic device that is widely used in areas where human intervention is limited, and the education sector is a significant area where it is efficiently used. This time period is now known as the IT era or the age of data innovation. Nobody now can imagine a world without a computer. A computer has become quite useful in secondary and higher secondary education since it is incredibly accurate, quick, and can easily handle various jobs, such as PowerPoint presentations and E-content.

Since antiquity, agriculture has been the main industry in India, providing employment for two-fifths of its population. Despite India being one of the largest producers of cash crops, a revolution is needed to raise farmer incomes and enable them to live a sustainable life. Krish-e-Hal presents itself as an alternative solution to increase their income during the off-season, when no crops are grown and hunger becomes a problem. A web portal has been set up, allowing farmers to lend and buy farming machinery and equipment, and this multilingual portal can be used easily by any farmer in any part of the country. India has a unique cropping pattern, with different parts of the state experiencing sowing season or off-season at any given time, and this pattern is being utilised in our portal to help farmers to generate an alternate source of income by lending their expensive modern farming equipment in the off-season. Our solution is beneficial for poor farmers in debt trap, providing an additional source of income to help them break out of this vicious cycle.

Antibiotic resistance is on the rise, and people are becoming more and more tolerant of psychoactive drugs. Third- and fourth-generation antibiotics, anti-tuberculosis medications, and a few habit-forming pharmaceuticals such psychotropic drugs are therefore included in Schedule H1 substances. In India, a group of prescription medications known as Schedule H is included as an appendix to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, which were first adopted in 1945. These are medications that require a prescription from a licensed physician in order to be acquired over-the-counter. The Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules apply to the production and distribution of all drugs. On the recommendation of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization[1] at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, which is a division of the Drugs Technical Advisory Board, it is occasionally changed. The most recent schedule H (2006) includes 536 medicines, ranging from zuclopenthixol to abacavir. However, Schedule H rules are less strictly enforced in India than Schedule X statutes, which need a stricter documentary trail.
