The purpose of the study is to understand the concept of Job satisfaction and job involvement along with the relationship between these two factors. The present work is based upon a systematic literature review of some important literature for concept building of the Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement respectively and again related literature to establish a relationship between these two. Job satisfaction is a kind of positive and happy feeling of an employee towards their job. Cognitive job satisfaction is an assessment of an employee in terms of objective and logic concerning the job, that may be assessed in such a manner that may consider only one factor such as salary or allowances can also be assessed in multifaceted dimension simultaneously. It is different from affective job satisfaction which deals with feelings and happiness but this evaluates job in terms of some factors objectively. Job Involvement can be understood as a psychological identification with the job of an employee also as how an employee associates a job central to his life. The study includes many concepts layered about job satisfaction and job involvement and later found a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job involvement which directly indicates that if an employee is satisfied with his/ her job, the more involved he/she is in his/her job.

Termitarium are elaborate structures made using a combination of soil, mud, chewed wood, cellulose, saliva and faeces by the eusocial insect, termites. It is highly rich in organic matter. Some termite sp. maintaining fungal growth that is fed on plant dead matter, providing a nutritive mycelium on which the colony then feeds. Termite mounds are consist of maze of tunnel that provide air conditioning and regulating CO2 and O2 balance, further facilitating termites to travel through the nest. In the traditional medicinal periods, termite mound soil used for curing skin related diseases. Present experiment was carried out to find the antibiotic property of the termitarium (soil). The soil sample was extracted with three different solvents like water, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether and tested against following pathogens such as Pseudomonas putida, Streptococcus mutans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus sp. and Citrobacter sp as well as tested against the culture isolated from blister and mold infection. Water extract of termitarium showed significant antibacterial activity against P. putida, L. acidophilus, Bacillus sp. and isolate from blister infection. Petroleum ether extracted sample was shown significant antibiotic action against S. mutans and L. acidophilus. Similarly ethyl acetate extract performed an effective action against E. coli and isolate from mold infection.

BLE, Bluetooth low energy is low power wireless communication system which is used to build communication for a large no. of devices like cell phones, smartwatches, wireless speakers, etc at the same instance of time. Apple was the first phone to introduce BLE into their smartphone model iphone4s in 2011 and after that it became a fashion for most of the companies to include Bluetooth into their devices for a faster reliable and secure connection. This paper aims to design and implement a system that is used to control a smart street light and also gather the data from the installed sensors using the desired BLE devices and give the application by using both as software application as well as hardware device that should consume low power (take power from free energy source i.e. solar panel). The communication part aims to utilize 2.4 GHz unlicensed ISM band for LED light fitting and sensor networks, and it will make it cost and energy efficient by fulfilling all the requirement of connectivity.

Muziris is an ancient port town on the Malabar Coast that dates back to at least the 1st century BC. The Muziris Heritage encompasses monuments, archaeological sites, and the very landscape that illustrates a significant era in the history of Kerala. The evolution of the Muziris Heritage has been greatly influenced by its natural environment. Muziris has found mention in the Tamil Sangam literature and several classical European historical sources. The monuments and living cultural traditions are the remnants of its ancient past. The Muziris Heritage Site (MHS) stretches across from the municipality of North Paravur in Ernakulam district to that of Kodungallur in Thrissur district. It includes four panchayats in Ernakulam district namely Chendamangalam, Chittatukara, Vadakkekkara, Pallippuram, and three panchayats in Thrissur district namely Eriyad, Mathilakam and Sreenarayanapuram. It was one of the important centers for the spice trade in India. It is located in the coastal part of Kerala where a lot of foreigners traded in a variety of spices and other commodities. It is a good initiative taken by Kerala tourism for it to become one of the upcoming spice route circuits. This paper explores the significance of Muziris in Kerala heritage.

Today's generation has move away from traditional foods and it is high time to create awareness about the benefits and importance of lesser known pulses such as HORSE GRAM. Horse gram is a kind of bean commonly used in many south Indian states. This plant is native to the different parts of India. It is high in protein and iron which make it a whole some food that should be added to our diet on a regular basis. Horse gram is known to have many therapeutic effects but not scientifically proven though it has been recommended in Ayurveda medicine to treat renal stone, gall stone, weight loss, menstrual problems, diabetes, piles, edema etc. In recent years, isolation and utilization of potential antioxidants from legumes including horse gram are increased as it decreases the risk of intestinal diseases, diabetes, coronary heart disease, prevention of dental caries etc. Keeping in view the increasing demand of food having nutraceutical values, the present study described possibilities of exploring the horse gram, as a source of food and nutraceuticals compounds in treatment of kidney stone, diabetes, weight loss and menstrual problems.

Land based economic activities through new or extended projects often lead to displacement of the project affected people. Mining induced displacement is one such example. The growing awareness of Human Rights and the concomitant spread of Human Rights Groups across the nations have formulated resettlement and rehabilitation of the project affected and displaced persons. With the provision of welfare policies and laws by government, assessment for the status of rehabilitation of project affected people are the burning issues of environmental and human rights discourse. In this context Raniganj coal belt of West Bengal is very important, where large scale open cast mines are operational. One such project is the Sonpur Bazari Open Caste Project (OCP). Development project induced displacement and dispossession most often affects the marginalized rural sections of the population. The present study pertains to the status of utilization of the rehabilitation packages offered by Eastern Coalfield Limited (ECL) to the marginalized households of the 12 affected villages that fall within the ambit of Sonpur-Bazari OCP under ECL in Raniganj Coal belt. One of the principal objectives is to assess the viability of rehabilitation packages for alternative livelihood. For this purpose the target groups of population are the landless household and household with less than 6 bighas of land. In this purpose a cross section of the target households have been interviewed. A number of parameters have been taken into account and detail analyses have been done for the study. Different kind of scenario has been noticed in both tribal and non-tribal villages.

India is a country of more than a billion people with full of diversity. Here a successful practice of democracy demands proper decentralization. Keeping this in view, the 73rd and 74th amendment act was passed to realize the Gandhian dreams of village republics. The local institutions created by this act are of two types. One at the village level: panchayats and two, at the city level: municipalities. However, it is upon the states to make enabling acts. And, we see that states are generally not very willing in devolving power to the local bodies. The financial crunch with political interference has led to the less effective functioning of the local bodies. But with the emerging popular pressure for better governance, it is expected that in near future, the local bodies will become much stronger and play a more vibrant role in Indian political setup.

The thoughts of nationalism have always been the pivot around which the history of world has revolved. In 18th century Marx came up with the philosophy of Scientific Socialism which created a buzz throughout the world. With its success in 1917 Russian revolution, the philosophy attracted men throughout the world. Marx saw himself as an internationalist beyond the chains of nationalism. It is important to anlayse his thoughts in respect of the Communist regimes established during 20th century. It is equally important to understand the Indian concept of Nationalism which has been very clearly propagated by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya which is acting as guide for the Indian government.
