A quantitative research approach and descriptive design were used to collect data on stress and stressors level. 100 B.Sc Nursing students were selected from Sandhu Institute of Nursing, Mahalon, S.B.S Nagar, Punjab. Non-Probability convenience sampling technique were used for data collection. A self structured perceived stress and stressors scale were used to assess the level of stress among B.Sc nursing students. The findings reveals that 94% of the students had moderate level of stressors followed by (3%) mild or severe level of stressors 69% of the students had moderate level of stress followed by 20% mild stress and 11% severe level of stress. Socio-demographic profile of students, had no association with their mean stressor score and mean stress score. The findings clearly suggest that the stress has an impact on the physiology, psychology and social well -being of the students. During the education and training of nurses furthermore revision and revision of the curriculum should be done on a regular basis.

INFLIBNET centre has developed a union database of various library resources ie, Book, Theses & Serials. IndCat: Online Union Catalogue of Indian Universities is a catalogue of Books, Theses and journals available in major University libraries in India. IndCat is the Union catalogue of Books, theses and journals in all subject areas available in 203 University libraries across the country. IndCat provides bibliographical description, location and holdings information about books, theses and serials of all disciplines of Indian Universities available in open access and through in house developed web interface at http://ind cat.inflibnet.ac.in. Purpose of this paper is to describe the online Union catalogue of Indian Universities which is maintained by INFLIBNET for University libraries in India. Growth of Books database Thesis database and Serials database of participating universities/institutes in India are discussed in this paper.

India is a country of more than a billion people with full of diversity. Here a successful practice of democracy demands proper decentralization. Keeping this in view, the 73rd and 74th amendment act was passed to realize the Gandhian dreams of village republics. The local institutions created by this act are of two types. One at the village level: panchayats and two, at the city level: municipalities. However, it is upon the states to make enabling acts. And, we see that states are generally not very willing in devolving power to the local bodies. The financial crunch with political interference has led to the less effective functioning of the local bodies. But with the emerging popular pressure for better governance, it is expected that in near future, the local bodies will become much stronger and play a more vibrant role in Indian political setup.

The thoughts of nationalism have always been the pivot around which the history of world has revolved. In 18th century Marx came up with the philosophy of Scientific Socialism which created a buzz throughout the world. With its success in 1917 Russian revolution, the philosophy attracted men throughout the world. Marx saw himself as an internationalist beyond the chains of nationalism. It is important to anlayse his thoughts in respect of the Communist regimes established during 20th century. It is equally important to understand the Indian concept of Nationalism which has been very clearly propagated by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya which is acting as guide for the Indian government.

The art and science of gathering information about real-world objects or areas at a distance without having to come into direct physical contact with them is known as remote sensing. Remote sensing is a technique for monitoring the earth's resources that combines space technology with ground observations to provide greater precision and accuracy. In the whole process of remote sensing around seven elements are involved. There are different kinds of satellites used for different purposes having their uniqueness. Remote sensing in Agriculture is also an emerging field. This technology is very expensive for a farmer to adopt. But several portals provide free of cost data to farmers as well as researchers indulged in this field. These portals provide unique information of ones area with a very little period.in developing countries like India, there are some roadblocks in the fields of remote sensing in Agriculture. Farmers are least aware about such technologies. There is need of interventions of Institutes like Village knowledge centres, e-centres etc. which bridging farmers and advanced technologies. This study starts with little basic information and then leads to several portals working with application in agriculture and concluded by several prospective in future.

The indole analogues were investigated for the electrochemical behavior using the glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode. In the present study electrochemical reduction or oxidation of indole analogues in sulphuric acid media was reported. We can see that the C=N functional groups in the molecule is easily reduced at the glassy carbon electrode. These compounds were also subjected to DNA cleavage study. In this study Compounds 1a-c have shown highest activity and remaining compounds shown moderate activity. Compounds with halogen, methyl substitution at five positions and phenyl ring at third position of indole nucleus have exhibited very good activity when compared to standard.

The traditional sign & symptoms of Kampavata resembles with modern day's Parkinson's disease.kampavata is the one of Namatamja vata vikara explained in texts of Ayurvedic samhitas.Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disorder of central nervous system and is having pathology in substantia nigra & is extra-pyramidal crippling disease.Parkinson's disease affects 1% of population above the age of 50 years. The symptoms of kampavata are hasta-padyo kampa( tremors in hands and legs),stambha(rigidity),chests sanghat(Bradikinesia and akinesia) vakvikruti(disturbance in speech) and gatra sanghat( postural abnormality). In spite of advancement in the field of modern medical science the treatment of this disease remains symptomatic only and no complete cure is available till date. The motor features of Parkinson's disease can be managed with treatment that replaced the chemical dopamine in the brain.while there is many medically approved dopamine replacement drugs available for patients affected by Parkinson's disease there also many natural sources. The previous research on mucuna pruriens are supported as one of the most potent natural source of dopamine replacement treatment.

ABSTRACT Angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) is a transmembrane protein which is considered as a receptor for spike protein binding of novel corona virus (SARS-CoV2). Since no specific medication is available to treat COVID-19, designing of new drug is important and essential. In this regard, this study was to seek potential natural compounds that can resist COVID-19 using in silico molecular docking on ACE2 proteins. Molecular docking was achieved by using the Argus lab software. Natural products are safe and easily available to treat corona virus affected patients, in the present alarming situation. The natural phytocompounds acting on spike protein of SARS-CoV2 with its human receptor ACE2 molecule were then selected from siddha medicine one of the traditional systems of India Sundaikai vattral Choornam (Solanum torvum) have valuable properties of cold, cough, tuberculosis, hepatotoxicity, cancer, etc. Results: eight potential natural anti-COVID-19 phytocompounds were selected and were evaluated for absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) and Lipinski rules. The content of the eleven phytocompounds from Solanum torvum were determined via a literature search. Conclusion: Solanum torvum show promise for resisting COVID-19 and are thus recommended as supplements to prevent the infection of COVID-19 during its outbreak period.

Climate change has been a universal truth of life. The present paper throws a light on the need of containment of climate change which has become imperative on immediate basis. We need to act urgently if we are to avoid an irreversible buildup of greenhouse gases and global warming at a potentially huge cost to the economy and society worldwide the constant consequences of inaction on global warming will continue to grow more and more costly overtime. This paper discusses various strategies and institutions that have contributed to minimizing the anthropogenic climate change and its effects.

In this present study we have documented the list of exotic plant species found from Saraswati Degree Science College Campus and adjoining areas in Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi district, Odisha with additional information on habit, origin and uses. During the study, a total of 25 exotic species belonging to 25 genera in 20 families were identified and listed. Among them 12 number of exotic species are native to Trop. America followed by Mexico with three species, Brazil with two species. Analysis of the habit shows that herbs having 17 (68%), followed by (05) 20% shrubs and (03) 12% trees. Among 20 families, Amaranthaceae is dominant family with three species followed by three families i.e. Asteraceae, Euphorbiaceae and Malvaceae with two species each, while rest 16 families contribute one species each. There is an urgent need to catalog the regional data on exotic species in order to study the impact on local vegetation.
