Usually, the bank job is considered safe and secure, but not very demanding in terms of work output. It is difficult to fire an employee for non-performance. Banking is like any other business and the staffs have to carry out multifarious activities. Some of these activities are specialist in nature. At the same time, some of the activities are in no way related to banking competencies and could be outsourced. Banks need to make some institutional changes to adapt to the markets. In this study, various programs and strategies framed by the banks for attracting, hiring, and retaining employees have been discussed. Further, the role of the private banking sector in this area has also been explored.

Intellectual Property Rights contributes enormously to individual state and national development. Intellectual property rights are like any other property rights. They allow creators, or owners, of patents, trademarks or copyrighted works to benefit from their own work or investment in a creation. Intellectual property was first recognized in the Paris Convention for the protection of Industrial Property (1883) and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1886). Both treaties are administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization. The concept of intellectual property rights is related to the fact that certain products of human intellect should be afforded the same protective rights that apply to physical property, which are called tangible assets. The main purpose of intellectual property law is to encourage the creation of a wide variety of intellectual goods. To achieve this, the law gives people and businesses property rights to the information and intellectual goods they create, usually for a limited period of time. This gives economic incentive for their creation, because it allows people to profit from the information and intellectual goods they create. These economic incentives are expected to stimulate innovation and contribute to the technological and other progress of countries, which depends on the extend protection granted to innovators. This focuses on importance of Intellectual Property Rights in various sectors like education, business, innovation, social, humanities and other.

Canadian writer Margaret Laurence's novel The Fire-Dwellersdeal with the plethora of emotions through the inner and outer life, between ear and eye. The forward movement of the story pulling against the balance of the Tableau. The author explores the terrors of the 1960's counterculture, considered to be the most turbulent times in recent history. Stacey Mac Aindra has been portrayed as a struggle of the individual to cope with the fires of an step-up violent and insane dystopia world which fragments the self. Chapter One opens with the ladybird rhyme that runs through Stacey's head imitates the stream of Stacey's consciousness between inside and outside the world of thought, dialogue and action. Her fantasies are also often consciously initiated, but at times they bridge conscious and unconscious levels.

The health condition of women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period is referred to as maternal health. It is a clear indicator of basic health care services available at a place. According to Millennium Development Goal - 2015 report, Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in India is 140 per 1,00,000 live births and the state of Assam shows worst performance in reducing Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is 304 per 1,00,000 live births in Assam. [1]. This calls for rigorous analysis of maternal mortality figures in Assam and to identify the maternal health care in the different districts of Assam. The present work looks into a district-wise variation in maternal health care which is measured through an index on the basis of the Fourth National Family Health Survey of India (NFHS-4).

This brief review presents the international approaches to assessment of the content of geotaxis impurities (residual solvents and various inorganic and organic impurities) in pharmaceuticals. Nowadays, it has become necessary to provide not only purity profile but also impurity profile of a particular pharmaceutical product because of national and international regulations. These aspects along with significance of the quality, efficacy and safety of pharmaceuticals, including the source of impurities, kinds of impurities, control of impurities and regulatory aspects are discussed. The supply of essential medicines of good quality has been identified as one of the prerequisites for the delivery of health care system of any country as poor quality medicines can harm or even kill consumers. The presence of unwanted chemicals in a particular medicine, even in extremely small quantities, may influence its efficacy and safety. Unlike in other industries, a medicine is a dynamic product whose color, consistency, weight, and even chemical identity can change between manufacture and ultimate consumption. Hence, quality of pharmaceuticals has been a concern of the people of the whole world, and is now receiving critical attention from regulatory authorities .Impurities in pharmaceutical products are of great concern not only due to the inherent toxicity of certain contaminants, but also due to the adverse effect that contaminants may have on drug stability and shelf-life. In pharmaceutical and drug products, impurities are the unwanted chemicals (organic, inorganic and residual solvents) that remain with the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), or develop/added during formulation, or upon aging. Organic impurities are the most common impurities found in every API which get incorporated normally during the multi-step synthesis process despite proper care .

Purpose of the present study was to find out the relation of mathematical- intellectual ability to motivation towards mathematics among 6th -8th grade students. All the 6th-8th grade school students of the 2018 & 2019 academic session of Durgapur KC High School in south 24 parganas were the population of this study. Of these, two hundred ninety two (292) early Adolescent students aged 11-13 years were selected as samples through simple random sampling method. Two tests were administered on participants throughout two successive 2018 and 2019 academic session. Student's motivation towards mathematics was measured by Motivation Orientation Scales (MOS). Student's intellectual ability was measured by Raven's standard progressive matrices (SPM). All gathered data was analyzed by using correlation method in SPSS software. The results showed that there is moderate positive relationship between mathematical- intellectual ability and motivation towards mathematics. Students with high or average intellectual ability have task or ego oriented motivation and students with low intellectual ability have no motivation i.e. work avoidance.

Cerebral malaria is a major public health concern and neurological complication of Plasmodium falciparum infection. The cerebral malaria is infected to RBC, Platelets, and leukocytes and as an effect on the central nervous system the patient was suffering from coma, unconsciousness, and death. Artemether contain artemisinin effective against Plasmodium falciparum. These artemether is isolated from the plant Artemisia annua and its derivatives artemisinin is approved for the treatment of Novel anticancer agent against some colon cancer, melanoma, and leukemia and breast cancer. Artemether is also used as a management of cerebral malaria (CM). It is in the Bcs Class IV having poor aqueous solubility and short half life 3 to 5 hrs. The ARM having an intramuscular injection for the treatment of the cerebral malaria but it is having a more pain and the patient compliance was poor so that im route is not suited for administration of ARM for treatment of CM. Hence to overcome this drawback to investigate alternative delivery for ARM nose to brain delivery. The conventional route for this drug delivery is not suited for cerebral malaria, because drug releases into systemic circulation and it not gives a drug effect on brain. So it is not useful for treating CM. Therefore this is a need of nose to brain drug delivery is effective to deliver ARM for CM. In recent study Proniosomes are prepared by using 3 different carriers for optimum size, with maximum drug entrapment efficiency (%EE), and drug release. We using a specific carrier Neusilin (NUS2, NUFL2) and Surface modified lactose. Surface modification is effective to alter adhesion/cohesion and to improved aerosol performance and affect the particle adhesion and reduced contact area of lactose. Neusilin is used for drying and improved the flow properties of powder to prepare a Proniosomes.

Loan prediction is a very common real-life problem that each retail bank faces at least once in its lifetime. If done correctly, it can save a lot of man hours at the end of a retail bank. Customers first apply for a home loan after that company validates the customer eligibility for the loan. The loan eligibility process (real time) can be automated based on customer details provided through for example filling an online application form. These details can be Gender, Marital Status, Education, Number of Dependents, Income, Loan Amount, Credit History and many more. Hence the goal is to identify the customer segments that are eligible and in fact germane for loan amounts so that they can be specifically targeted. In this first Phase, some preliminary operations were carried out to understand all the features clearly. Visualization of all the variables for instance Married, to determine whether the married tend to repay the loans back or the unmarried was done. Similarly Gender, Self Employed, Applicant Income, Credit History, and on Independent Variables like Education etc.. plotting Box and Bar Plots. All the variables were Normalized Before Plotting and cross checked if it is Normal using graphs. Some of the Bivariate Analysis Include Loan_Status and Education etc. Loan_status is our Target Variable. Data cleaning includes dealing with missing values Mean (without outliers) and Mode (with Outliers) Replacement Method. Also Correlation is visualized using Heatmap. In the Upcoming Phases, the plan is to progress further by performing feature engineering, Model Building using regression etc..

: Climate change has established its agenda against humankind thus affecting the prerequisites of population health. This is an outbreak of human intervention with the nature and we have led ourselves towards the disasters of global warming and other consequences. Gender equality serves as an avenue for the crisis at the outset. As women face more difficulties during an outbreak or disaster due to climate change, they have been playing a crucial role in the fight against climate change. The current study aims at exploring the prospects of women participation in climate change interventions through technological innovations. The study is descriptive in nature with six case studies involved. The results show that their contribution to technological innovations serves as a platform to connect with climate activists, spread awareness and empower other women in their agenda to fight against climate change.

There is no organization that can exist in Isolation, the success, growth, and sustainability of a business is impossible without interacting with its environment. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become an increasingly vital aspect of doing business in the 21st century and the satisfaction of stakeholders is germane to the success of any business. Business activities especially that of large companies and multinational companies have affected normal daily activities in some environments that host them. There is the need for these corporate entities to have concern for human rights, social justice, and economic interests of societies by trying to empower the society in general through accountability and transparency of organizational operations. This study through review of extant literatures sort to establish how corporate social responsibility can drive sustainable business growth. Exploratory resign design was adopted for the study, as several extant literatures related to corporate social responsibility and sustainable business growth were reviewed. Findings revealed that CSR is seen as a key factor in attaining economic goals and wealth generation. CSR has four dimensions: economic dimension, legal dimension, ethical dimension, philanthropic dimension, internal CSR has a non-significant impact on the firm's future value, when measured by Tobin's q and CSR can play a role in promoting ?rm performance indirectly through enhancing customer satisfaction, reputation and competitive advantage. The study concluded that CSR activities adopted by any company must aim at achieving a particular solution to problem in the host environment. Even though some literature stated that cost of engaging in CSR activities might increase cost there by causing a reduction in the short term profitability level of the company, however, there is a bigger picture of the strategic sustainability of corporate entities.

Health is recognised as the basic human need for every individual. And the health status of women directly replicates the health status of the nation. Today, the concept of women's health has become a significant concern among developing countries because of deteriorating the quality of life. The inadequate nutrition intakes and unawareness of health services' utilisation are the major factors for high maternal mortality rates. However, the government has been making numerous efforts to improve the health status of women. Some significant problems are associated with implementing policies such as poverty, illiteracy and gender inequality, etc. The present paper focuses on these substantial factors and issues that influence women's health concerns in India.
