Language teaching in elementary schools throughout Indonesia has become a matter of obligation. The Covid-19 pandemics has been transforming characteristics in language learning, since it needs online learning to prevent Covid-19 clusters. The purposes of this study are mapping (1) digital native characteristics in indonesian elementary schools during covid-19 pandemics, and (2) second language teaching for young learners in indonesian elementary schools during covid-19 pandemics. Method that uses in this study is educational ethnographic research. The results show that (1) there is a socio-cultural gap in language teaching during Covid-19 pandemics, and (2) language teaching is should be based on learning community. In conclusion, the learning community have to be developed based on online activities in virtual classroom on language teaching.

Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC) is the human modern science navigation equipment technology that converts nature geographical physical information features to electronic date sets information features is the display picture system that supports all marine navigation. In addition, enabling the mariner to operate and execute all navigation planning, control and monitoring for safety navigation from one place to another. ECDIS equipment complying with SOLAS requirements can use as an alternative to paper charts. The key point is to reduce the navigational workload compared to using the paper chart. The paper assessed the safety setting such as safety contour Setting, Shallow contour settings, deep contour setting and analyses The main common navigation equipment failures such as ECDIS which tend to loose position (position of cursor) because of power interruption and an untimely chart update also cause the vessel to deviate from control vessel sailing along desired track. In addition, paper recommended the navigator should transfer navigation to the back-up system. The actions to taken in the case of an ECDIS Failure and solutions in order to keep the system running. The future ECDIS functions should be providing information support for the full realization of navigation automation.

The last few years have seen increasing usage of cold formed steel sections as load bearing members as opposed to secondary systems. In this context a study is being made to analyse Coupled Channel sections to arrive at design strength criterion in compression. The direct strength method of design for cold formed steel sections has been validated over the years through research and the same has been incorporated in the standard codes of practice in the countries like USA and Australia. ABAQUS and CUFSM has been extensively used to perform Finite Element analysis and Finite Strip method of thin walled cold formed steel sections and the results are compared to each other. Hence the analysis is being done on CUFSM and ABAQUS. The design strength curves will be arrived at using direct strength method. In this study, the behavior of Coupled Channel sections under the action of axial loads has been carried out. In ABAQUS, the loads are applied on both ends. The simply supported and clamped end conditions are considered.

Women education can create a peaceful society, where every individuals (men and women) would be loved and peacefully co-operate with each-other in the world. In a small word we say that to we educate a girl child means to educate a family. In general concept every person believes that educated women are able to play a vital role in developing India. The research used document analysis method for data collection, and show that how women education can set up a non-violence, truthful sustainable, women empower and valuable in society. Unfortunately we find different barriers of women education in India educational area.

In the present study fractals are grown using the bacteria colony. For this purpose cell is designed and the growth processes are studied using this cell. Different colonies are studied at different temperatures. There are large number of parameters which control the growth process. In the on going process images are photographed with the help of video camera. Fractal dimensions of these shapes are calculated using computerized box counting method. The results obtained are compared and discussed. It was seen that the growth satisfy the Laplace equation.

The formation of clusters and cluster heads in wireless sensor network(WSN) leads to overhead. Such overhead is reduced by using proper medium access control design . Reliability and sleep scheduling of nodes is achieved by such protocols. There are two types of Medium Access control protocol, they are contention and contention free based protocol. The contention based protocols are CSMA/ CA. There is heavy contention of nodes for channel access [1]. When node density and network traffic are moderate or high, they suffer high collision rates because of concurrent channel access, which in turn increases the packet drop rate. As a result, for large networks contention based protocols are not suitable. This drawback is overcome by using contention free protocol such as TDMA [2] [3]. In such schemes, a specific time slot to is assigned by the cluster head to each node in the cluster, and the node uses that time slot to transmit. The sleep time of nodes increases by using TDMA. The reliability and the energy efficiency of the network are also improved. In many of the clustering techniques that utilized TDMA hop selection and probability of packet failure was not considered. Packet loss introduces an overhead for both intra and inter cluster communication. This makes network unreliable as energy consumption increases. This aspect is studied by determining packet failure probability. Here an energy optimization technique and a packet failure likelihood estimation technique are presented. The proposed energy efficient model performs better than the existing LEACH in term of lifetime of network. When the number of nodes are increased, results show that proposed model performs better than LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy)

Summary Writing is a skill that shows the perfection of a person. Writing is listening, speaking, reading and the final category is writing. In writing, transcription means seeing and writing, dictation means hearing and writing are the basic steps. The next step is creative writing. The conditions should be provided for the formation of that mind, thoughts and ideas. With a little pre-preparation, the students' self-writing can be effective and readable and the self-writing can be promoted. The present research is about the implementation of certain activities for the development of writing skills of upper primary level students by eliminating the shortcomings in their handwriting and developing effective writing skills. It asks questions about writing poems and stories in the field of self-writing. There is research on these questions and these questions are based on self-writing. Those who have done this pre-preparation have improved their writing skills and lessen the fear they feel about it. This research is very important in language teaching. Writing means creating something on your own. In fact, it is very difficult and frightening for all the students. It becomes very easy. Children just need to be provided with such writing opportunities and situations. In fact, writing also includes listening, speaking, reading skills. Also, writing shows the tendency of the mind, interest, thoughts, personality. This is an all-inclusive skill. That is why there is so much scope for research in these skills. Therefore, this research has been undertaken. It is important to create an environment for children to express themselves in the most natural way possible. It is also useful for providing a platform for their invention and for producing quality writing. Students write poems, stories, essays in handwriting and share its image through WhatsApp group. It reviews their writing, highlights its major shortcomings, corrects it and promotes good writing.

The Advaita Vedanta system arises out of the Upanisads which mark the culmination of the Vedic speculation and are fittingly called the Ved?nta or the end of the Vedas. As we have seen previously, it develops through the Upani?ads in which its basic truths are first grasped, the Brahma-S?tra of B?dar?ya?a which systematizes the Upani?adic teachings, and the commentaries written on the Upani?adic teachings, and the commentaries written on these s?tras by many subsequent writers among whom ?a?kar?c?rya and R?m?nuja are well known. of all the systems, the Ved?nta, especially as interpreted by ?a?kar?c?rya, has exerted the greatest influence on Indian life and it persists in some form or other in different parts of India.

This study has been undertaken to investigate the ecotourism regions of uttar Pradesh. Ecotourism is a significant industry in agricultural countries. Ecotourism is: "Responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment and improves the well-being of local people." (TIES, 1990). Uttar Pradesh with its 16620 sq km woods zone is home to some wonderfully delightful scenes, backwoods vistas, wandering streams and stunningly lovely cascades and countless imperiled flying creatures and creatures. There are woods staying clans and networks who have kept up their conventions and culture while grasping current innovations and ways of life. There is one national park, 11 wildlife sanctuary and 24 bird sanctuary to give security to jeopardized biodiversity of the state. Some winged animal safe-havens have been announced significant feathered creature zones by the Bombay Natural History Society.

Usually, the bank job is considered safe and secure, but not very demanding in terms of work output. It is difficult to fire an employee for non-performance. Banking is like any other business and the staffs have to carry out multifarious activities. Some of these activities are specialist in nature. At the same time, some of the activities are in no way related to banking competencies and could be outsourced. Banks need to make some institutional changes to adapt to the markets. In this study, various programs and strategies framed by the banks for attracting, hiring, and retaining employees have been discussed. Further, the role of the private banking sector in this area has also been explored.

Intellectual Property Rights contributes enormously to individual state and national development. Intellectual property rights are like any other property rights. They allow creators, or owners, of patents, trademarks or copyrighted works to benefit from their own work or investment in a creation. Intellectual property was first recognized in the Paris Convention for the protection of Industrial Property (1883) and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1886). Both treaties are administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization. The concept of intellectual property rights is related to the fact that certain products of human intellect should be afforded the same protective rights that apply to physical property, which are called tangible assets. The main purpose of intellectual property law is to encourage the creation of a wide variety of intellectual goods. To achieve this, the law gives people and businesses property rights to the information and intellectual goods they create, usually for a limited period of time. This gives economic incentive for their creation, because it allows people to profit from the information and intellectual goods they create. These economic incentives are expected to stimulate innovation and contribute to the technological and other progress of countries, which depends on the extend protection granted to innovators. This focuses on importance of Intellectual Property Rights in various sectors like education, business, innovation, social, humanities and other.

Canadian writer Margaret Laurence's novel The Fire-Dwellersdeal with the plethora of emotions through the inner and outer life, between ear and eye. The forward movement of the story pulling against the balance of the Tableau. The author explores the terrors of the 1960's counterculture, considered to be the most turbulent times in recent history. Stacey Mac Aindra has been portrayed as a struggle of the individual to cope with the fires of an step-up violent and insane dystopia world which fragments the self. Chapter One opens with the ladybird rhyme that runs through Stacey's head imitates the stream of Stacey's consciousness between inside and outside the world of thought, dialogue and action. Her fantasies are also often consciously initiated, but at times they bridge conscious and unconscious levels.
