In this paper, predicted data is clustered and the determined facts are useful in deriving optimal operational set points needed for performance enhancement. The work illustrates how self organizing map, an unsupervised learning method suitable for complex system analysis to visualize high dimensional data and discover new facts based on the trained data. The knowledge obtained from proposed analytical model generates facts where exist fewer characteristics reside in each resultant clusters that states the general behavior of attributes dominated during training process.

Study on Novels of Anita Desai endeavours to examine the man-woman relationship as depicted in the novels and analyses the ways the protagonists have adopted to overcome the problems of their lives. A study on the novelist provides a fascinating and rewarding experience. Anita Desai is the great artist in the realm of English fiction. A large number of critical article and some full-length studies with regard to the Anita Desai have appeared individually. This study is an attempt to analyse the various woman characters against the background of important aspects of woman life - marriage, migration, motherhood and midlife. In Desai's novels most marriages are proved to be unions of incompatibility. Her fiction is relevant to all times because she writes about the predicament of modern man. She digs into the inner psyche and goes beyond the skin and flesh. Literature for her is not a means of escaping reality but an exploration and an inquiry. Desai writes mostly about the miserable plight of woman suffering under their insensitive and inconsiderable fathers and brothers. Most of her protagonists are alienated from the world, societies, families, parents and even from their own selves because of their individuality. So man-woman relationship brings characters into alienation, withdrawal, loneliness, isolation and lack of communication. Hence, this paper seeks to examine the portrayal of women by these contemporary Indian women novelists in English.

It has been described how the cognition of films is not is congruence with the theory of modularity. The spectator and his comprehension have been described in this section. The endeavor here has been to comprehend the procedure of cognition of films from the perspective of coherence theory and blending theory. The process by which human beings comprehend films can be delved deep into with more clarity if we view films though the looking glass of these theories. Thus, the entire study has been aimed to understand films and how people cognize films.

This work throws light on the use of sea as a symbol in various sea novels of popular American novelists. Sea novel is a genre of fictional narrative dealing primarily with the adventures of the sea. These novels were immensely popular among the people of thethen society. The novels, though on the surface level acted as mere adventure narratives or tales, a deeper symbolic analysis or interpretation will help us in seeing these novels in a different light altogether. Symbolic interpretations greatly enrich the study or reading of these novels. In fine, the article will be an attempt to draw parallel among sea-novelists, who are separated by time but unified through their use of symbols. And the most effective of these symbols is the representation of human life through sea.

A novel approach is proposed in this article to deal with Schr?dinger-like equations. The wave equations may not be handled with any other commonly used analytical technique. A generalized form of potential V(r)=V_0+V_1/r+V_2/r^2 is used to illustrate the proposed method namely Laplace transform method (LTM) and usefulness of the technique.
