Since manual battery maintenance and recharging is not possible with the new technology in underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSN), many researchers are studying this area. Because they are quickly recharged by an unconventional resource like solar energy, network duration should be considered. Clustering is a useful technique for building vibrant, efficient UWSNs when it comes to the data collection process. Due to the dynamic nature of the channel and the sparse deployment of nodes, UWSNs have different clustering behaviors than terrestrial wireless sensor networks (TWSNs). In order to facilitate efficient data transmission with an ideal clustering procedure, this study suggests the improved efficient data aggregation in a Hexagonal grid with energy optimization (IEDA-HGEO) protocol. It is further contrasted with EGRC (Energy-efficient Grid Routing based on 3D Cubes) and ERP2R, an energy-efficient routing system. The suitability of the three aforementioned techniques for underwater communication is specifically investigated, and a comparison of their performance is made with respect to energy consumption, efficiency, throughput, packet delivery ratio, and delay. The following metrics were attained by the suggested method: 41% delay, 48% energy usage, 95% efficiency, 95% throughput, and 92% PDR.

According to the World Health Organization, coronary heart disease and all related diseases account for 18.6 million deaths worldwide each year. The disease's early detection and study could be important, and they might even hold the key to its ultimate cure. Because the main goal is to identify the illness at an early stage, the majority of scientists and academics concentrate on machine learning techniques that can accurately identify illnesses from large and complex data sets. These techniques then offer medicinal assistance. In order to identify cardiac illnesses early on and prevent outcomes, this research employs a variety of machine learning algorithms, including KNN Decision Tree (DT), Logistic Regression, SVM, Random Forest (RF), and Nave Bayes (NB). The article's main goal is to create a system that is entirely artificial intelligence-based and uses machine learning to identify heart diseases. We outline a technique for anticipating the progression of cardiac disease using device learning. This service, which is crucial given its estimated 88% accuracy rate over educational statistics, requires data analysis.

The kinetics of oxidation of L-leucine and L-Isoleucine by alkaline potassium permanganate catalysed by chromium was studied spectrophotometrically .The reaction was found to be of first order with respect to permanganate and catalyst and less than unity order with respect to substrate. there was a good agreement observed and calculated rate constants. Formation of a complex between the amino acid and the hydroxylated species of chromium(III) is suggested. In rate determining step complex reacts further with permanganate ,results in the formation of a free radical, which again reacts with the permanganate in a subsequent fast step to yield products. A plausible mechanism for the reaction is proposed and the activation parameters are calculated and discussedwith respect to slow step of the mechanism. It was found that of the two amino acids Leucine oxidized faster than that of isoleucine.

Gift wrapping is a way of enclosing a gift in a decorative or ornamental piece of material. It helps in creating more value than its original which can attract attention and graft itself into people's memories. It also generates a positive exhilaration and excitement in the mind of the recipient, who feels valued, since there is a thought behind the wrapping. There are several diverse ways to make wrapping more enticing but according to recent scenarios, the concept of the green gifting trend is spreading at a very fast pace in which certain papers and fabrics can be used many times. Many people are following this trend of wrapping gifts with a newspaper, old maps, magazine pages, and use of embellished fabrics. This review paper reveals the data and findings accumulated from pertinent research papers and articles that are accessible in selected directories covering copious approaches related to gift wrapping and also reviews the current trends. After analyzing all the data and findings, the study concluded that gift wrapping plays a pivotal role in the gift exchange process as it creates emblematic meaning and communication in a defined consumptive relationship. Furthermore, fabric gift wrapping is the most preferred among people and this practice is catching the trend more quickly than any other material available in the market due to adversity in climate change.

Rapid technological changes in recent times have affected corporations, governments and non-governmental organisations necessitating scholars and policymakers to reflect and rethink the "future of work". The need for a human-centric approach has been raised by the ILO, for instance, in its recent report (2019) that calls for placing the people and the jobs done by them as central to the industry for economic and social upliftment. There is a need to embark on a smoother transition from business to human centricity that requires the attention of organizations and policy makers (Buckley & Majumdar, 2018). Current discussions on the Future of Work though have paid little attention to an emerging form of organisations, namely, social enterprises. A SE is an organization that trades, not for private gain, but to generate positive social and environmental externalities (Santos 2012). To understand the hybrid and fluid framework of social enterprises this paper looks at a social enterprise in the rural tourism space - Grassroutes Journeys. Grassroutes, has developed a unique model of Community Based Rural Tourism (CBRT) that seeks to create an impact on village communities through responsible tourism. This is a case for OD perspectives to be applied to such newer organizational forms. Interventions aimed at structural design include moving from more traditional ways of dividing the organization's overall work, such as functional, divisional, and matrix structures to more integrative and flexible forms, such as process, customer-centric, and network structures (Cummings & Worley, 2014).
