Indian educational institutions have to face a lot of competition from abroad as well as domestic education providers in the present scenario of higher education. The present paper is divided into parts. The first part is introductory consisting of objectives and hypothesis & state of higher education. Need for vocational of courses, networking with the educational institutes and partnership between industry and universities are included in the first part. Second part examines need for choice best credit system, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary courses. Third deals with financial problems and scarcity of funds for innovative projects. The last part consists of literature review, suggestions and conclusions. Utility of education for employment and quality have become normal currency. Instilling skills, adoption of best practices, focus on the concepts of employability by equipping students with skills and competencies, partnership with industry and government and constant training of the workforce to meet the ongoing challenges of the global economy, vocationalization of courses, freedom of CBCS, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary courses will enable higher education institutions to increase quality and competitiveness at international level.  Abstract

Several studies have reported a changeover to cashless transactions over the pandemic period and the changes continue to move. There is no stable ground as of now for the usage and future of cashless transactions in India. Here we report the changes that have taken place in the medium of payment for various age groups, people of different educational qualifications etc. The universe for our study was the entire population of India and the population was an odd eighty people that we surveyed. Individuals ranging from 18 years to 65 years were eligible for participation in this survey and divided into school going, diploma/degree holders, postgraduates and other professionals for the analysis of the primary data collected. According to the analysis and interpretation, the usage has increased over the pandemic time and majority of people are ready to shift to cashless mode of payment completely after the pandemic is over, thus indicating a shift and a possible stable ground shortly. The COVID-19 crisis has not only made the shift to cashless transactions an easier option but also a safer option in terms of health. The gradual move towards digital payments is likely to be stepped up. The amount of government support and encouragement will also give a boost to the shift towards cashless transactions in the country.

 Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a complex and multifaceted concept that is influenced by a wide range of factors. In order to better understand and predict customer satisfaction, researchers have studied the impact of various factors on this phenomenon. With the development of internet, people became rapidly familiar with the e-commerce concepts and tend to shop online rather than personally visiting the stores. There have been significant number of researches to identify and use these factors to maximize customer satisfaction. Understanding these factors can help researchers and practitioners better predict and influence customer satisfaction in different market contexts. One such factor is perceived price fairness. The main aim of this paper is to determine the effect of perceived price fairness on customer satisfaction which apparently has an effect on customer loyalty. Data has been collected from multiple sources of evidence, including various websites, articles & journals to provide evidence on significant impact of price perception on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

 Abstract

Exposure to environmental pollution is a major source of health risk throughout the world. These health risks are higher in developing countries, where poverty, less use of modern technology and weak environmental legislation combine to cause high pollution levels. Association between environmental pollution and health outcome are, however complex and often poorly characterized. Human health may be affected in many ways by an individual pollutant. Long latency times, the effects of cumulative exposures and multiple exposures to different pollutants which might act synergistically all create difficulties in unraveling associations between environmental pollution and health. About 8-9% of the illness may be due to pollution considerably more in developing countries (David Briggs 2003). Unsafe water, poor sanitation and poor hygiene are seen to be the major sources of exposure, along with indoor air pollution.

 Abstract

Academic performance, which is measured by the examination results, is one of the major goals of a school. Hoyle (1986) argued that schools are established with the aim of imparting knowledge and skills to those who go through them and behind all this is the idea of enhancing good Academic Achievement. This test was constructed on the basis of the objectives of teaching; knowledge, understanding and application, in Economics at the secondary stage. Keeping in view these objectives, the syllabus of economics portion was analyzed and thoroughly read from the economics text books of IX class prescribed by the Punjab School Education Board, used in the government school at secondary stage. Then the items were prepared from the content which students have learnt in their IX class. As Crow and Crow (1954) defined Achievement as the extent to which learner is profiting from instructions in a given area of learning.

 Abstract

Abstracts Irritable bowel syndrome is a functional multi factorial gastrointestinal disorder; stress is one of the proposed factors that play a crucial role in the exaggeration of (IBS). The study aimed to determine the factor and management of IBS among the respondents. A cross-sectional study was carried out at four villages of block soram of district prayagraj. Total 182 respondents were selected proportionately using purposive random sampling method; Data was gathered using a pre-tested, structured questionnaire. It can be concluded from the result of the present study shows that the IBS is a life style disorder. i.e 43% of respondents takes food 8 hourly while 5% takes 4 hourly ,71% of the respondents eat fast food occasionally while 29% were consume daily, 65% of the respondents have no stress /anxiety while 35% have stress/anxiety, 13% of respondents have partially relieved, 6% have fully relieved while 6% have no relieved ,8% of the respondents taken 0-15days treatment, 8% taken 15days to 2 months treatment, 5% taken 2-5 months treatment while 4% taken above 6 month treatment. Objective To determine the factor of IBS among the respondents and to review the management of IBS among the respondents Methodology A cross-sectional descriptive study utilizing the Rome III module questionnaire of IBS; a self-administrated questionnaire that contains twenty nine questions estimating the current condition of a respondents. Sample selection: Purposive Random sampling Conclusion. The factors that are associated with IBS are disturbed life style of the individual, Unhealthy food habit, their living pattern, stress and their socio demographic profile.

 Abstract

Microalgal secondary metabolites are the source of the pharmaceutical goods made from them as well as the commercial innovations of several dietary supplements. N. gaditana lipid biosynthesis will allow genetic engineering tactics to increase this naturally prolific alga even more. Phylogenomic study identifies unique features of this organism, such as stramenopile photosynthesis genes and gene expansions. Microalgae are becoming increasingly desirable as potential sources of microbial cell factories. The full potential of microalgae is being unlocked thanks to quick developments in "omic" technology. We look at the diverse range of possible algal bioproducts with an emphasis on the function of omic technologies.

 Abstract

The recent years have witnessed the rise of a number of prominent female personalities who have broken the glass ceiling and have proved themselves as no less than men. Women have achieved triumph in every field they have set their food in. In almost every society, initially the role of men and women were socially constructed, restricting women from stepping out; which led to the impeded development of women. Gender sustainability was one of the 17 sustainable development goals of the UNDP. Gender sustainability is a prerequisite for a developed society. Women and men have idiosyncratic brilliance which needs to come out for the betterment of mankind. Restricting women from working outside the household and thus, limiting their roles to household works, is equivalent to suppressing half of the world's population and depriving the world of almost half of the available ideas and thoughts. Women bring with them positivity in the working environment which leads to the increased efficiency of both men and women. Working women are likely to be financially independent which helps them stand against the physical and mental abuse they face in their daily lives. Women also build a work culture that is inspiring and motivating. They bring in with them a healthy competition and a bonding which helps their company or association to grow successfully and potentially.
