The increasing call for of production material has in a round about way caused exploitation of herbal cloth and environmental pollution. The use of agricultural by products after burning, grinding and sieving in cement has been employed as an opportunity of cement and great aggregates. In this research experimental study turned into made at the outcomes of the use of rice husk ash (RHA) as an alternative filler in bitumenious concrete . In the take a look at, it became investigated to use the rice husk ash (RHA) within the hot mix asphalt as mineral ?ller. RHA in specific proportions (3%, 5%, 7%, and 9%) as mineral ?ller. The quantity of most fulfilling bitumen and the value of Marshall Stability (MS) were decided with MS test from the samples. After that MS test was conducted on the produced samples and the results were evaluated. As a result, it has come in view that RHA can be used as mineral ?ller in the asphalt concrete.

The caste system in India is possibly the world's oldest social structure. Caste is a defining element of Hinduism, and it refers to a complex system of social groupings based on ceremonial purity. Reservation is an Indian system that offers scholarships, fee concessions, 49.5 percent seats in educational institutions, jobs, and qualification exam and age relaxation to specific castes. Reservation system in India seems unjust to the general castes, resulting into less importance to the talented and hardworking candidates.

Global warming and deforestation are the reason for climate change across the world. The whole world is moving towards sustainability and renewable energy. Construction Industry alone creating huge amount of pollution which is adding to the global warming. Due to Global warming across the world we are experiencing weather change in terms of Temperature, sea level rise, earthquake etc. There is no tools has been developed to predict the earthquake. Due to earthquake vibration the whole world goes through huge financial and human life loss. India consists of five seismic zone. And if we have to by the facts, many Indian megacities are on threat of earthquake. The psychological trauma of the earthquake survivor is beyond our thinking as the loose everything from home to family. In this situation they need a home and support to gain back their moral to fight with the situation and overcome. The bamboo House is cost effective and quick completion, which can provide an immediate shelter to the needy. The Bamboo is a renewable resource and requires very less energy for construction. It does not require specialized tools for building construction and available at very less price compare to Conventional masonry structure, which makes it as cost effective material. Many research has been carried out to establish the mechanical strength of bamboo. Which proves that the bamboo is safe for building construction. The threats of durability also has been removed by using proper treatment. The Assam-type houses are best suitable example of bamboo houses. These houses demonstrate The simple geometry, low rise, grass infill, flat land are the ways to create cost effective earthquake resistant building.

Most of the usual electric power-driven assisted wheel chairs are using joystick as a input method of control to tactic the powered wheelchairs. The disadvantage of joystick control is that it is not proper for physically disabled person who cannot able to control their activities especially the hands. The planned voice-based powered wheelchair control allows physically disabled person to maneuver the wheelchair easily without the requirement to use hands. The propel of the powered wheelchair depends on the drive system and motor control which consists of Arduino microcontroller and 6V-24V compatible 20A capable DC motor driver. Once the voice recognition system recognizes the voice commands in comparison to the pre stored memory, the respective coded digital signals would be sent to the microcontroller which then controls the wheelchair accordingly.

Imperialism was and is an oft used term and concept in the present and present academic circle. It has as we all know, a long history. It can generally be defined as a way of capture and domination of nations and people for economic and political and other purposes. But mere political or military prowess would not be adequate to sustain an empire; specially an empire of the proportion and longevity as that of Britain. What was also needed for the purpose was the consent of the both at home and abroad. In other words along with political and military domination hegemony was needed. it is with this hegemonization that this paper deals with. My aim will be to show in what way British ruling class secured or failed to secure consent for the Empire from the different social classes in Britain.

Solubility is the most important Parameter to achieve the desired concentration of drug in systemic circulation for a pharmacological response. Poorly water-soluble drugs substances are required for high doses to reach therapeutic plasma concentrations after the oral administration. Water is the most important solvent for pharmaceutical liquid formulations. Low aqueous solubility is one of the major problems that occur with the formulation development of new chemical entities. The weakly acidic and weakly basic drug has poor aqueous solubility therefore various techniques are used to improve the solubility of poorly water-soluble drugs which include chemical modification, micronization, pH adjustment, co-solvency, complexation, micellar solubilization solid dispersion, hydrotropic etc. The purpose of this review article is to describe the solubilization technique for effective absorption and improved bioavailability. Any drug is to be absorbed when it is present in the form of an aqueous solution at the site of absorption.

Ficol is the commonly used gradient centrifugation medium for the separation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from the blood cells. After centrifugation based on the density of the blood cells will sediment from top to bottom in the tube. In this study, we have demonstrated alternative gradient medium for the separation of PBMCs which is easy to prepare and consumes less cost. In this study for the separation of PBMCs we performed one step density gradient centrifugation of diluted blood using glycerol as a gradient medium. Serial dilutions of glycerol are made using 1X PBS (10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%.). 4 ml of diluted blood was layered on 4mL of Glycerol medium and centrifuged at 40C for 45 min at 1000 rpm. We observed that 40% glycerol showed a clear separation of PBMCs. Quality check of separated PBMCs was performed in two methods we analyzed separated PBMCs in hematology analyzer which showed 74% lymphocytes, 24% monocytes and 2% of other cells. Separated cultured using RPMI-1640 medium and incubated overnight and 20 uL of cell suspension is dropped on slides to check for cells and these slides captured under microscope showed numerous numbers of cells. Hence, we conclude that 40% glycerol gives a pure and clear separation of PBMCs.
