Imperialism was and is an oft used term and concept in the present and present academic circle. It has as we all know, a long history. It can generally be defined as a way of capture and domination of nations and people for economic and political and other purposes. But mere political or military prowess would not be adequate to sustain an empire; specially an empire of the proportion and longevity as that of Britain. What was also needed for the purpose was the consent of the both at home and abroad. In other words along with political and military domination hegemony was needed. it is with this hegemonization that this paper deals with. My aim will be to show in what way British ruling class secured or failed to secure consent for the Empire from the different social classes in Britain.

Solubility is the most important Parameter to achieve the desired concentration of drug in systemic circulation for a pharmacological response. Poorly water-soluble drugs substances are required for high doses to reach therapeutic plasma concentrations after the oral administration. Water is the most important solvent for pharmaceutical liquid formulations. Low aqueous solubility is one of the major problems that occur with the formulation development of new chemical entities. The weakly acidic and weakly basic drug has poor aqueous solubility therefore various techniques are used to improve the solubility of poorly water-soluble drugs which include chemical modification, micronization, pH adjustment, co-solvency, complexation, micellar solubilization solid dispersion, hydrotropic etc. The purpose of this review article is to describe the solubilization technique for effective absorption and improved bioavailability. Any drug is to be absorbed when it is present in the form of an aqueous solution at the site of absorption.

Ficol is the commonly used gradient centrifugation medium for the separation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from the blood cells. After centrifugation based on the density of the blood cells will sediment from top to bottom in the tube. In this study, we have demonstrated alternative gradient medium for the separation of PBMCs which is easy to prepare and consumes less cost. In this study for the separation of PBMCs we performed one step density gradient centrifugation of diluted blood using glycerol as a gradient medium. Serial dilutions of glycerol are made using 1X PBS (10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%.). 4 ml of diluted blood was layered on 4mL of Glycerol medium and centrifuged at 40C for 45 min at 1000 rpm. We observed that 40% glycerol showed a clear separation of PBMCs. Quality check of separated PBMCs was performed in two methods we analyzed separated PBMCs in hematology analyzer which showed 74% lymphocytes, 24% monocytes and 2% of other cells. Separated cultured using RPMI-1640 medium and incubated overnight and 20 uL of cell suspension is dropped on slides to check for cells and these slides captured under microscope showed numerous numbers of cells. Hence, we conclude that 40% glycerol gives a pure and clear separation of PBMCs.

Ambivalence is the simultaneous existence of contradictory feeling towards an object or person . For Freud the term Ambivalence most frequently involved the opposition between love and hate, which often expressed in obsessional neuroses and melancholy. This sort of co-existing felling towards an object or a person is called ambivalence. In the novel The White Tiger, the protagonist has the feeling ambivalence towards his master Ashok Sharma not only his master and towards society also. Adiga shows his ambivalence through the character Balram Halwai skilfully. This paper vividly deals with the psychological analysis of the character Balram Halwa. Moreover, Psychological ambivalence of Balram Halwai towards his master and Indian society.

Asthma is common respiratory disorder that is characterized by airway obstruction and bronchial hyperresponsiveness. There are various drugs used to treat asthma that include beta agonist, Bronchodilators, corticosteroids, anti-cholinergic, and Leukotriene antagonist. Initially the drug is tested in vitro on tracheobronchial smooth muscles by using student organ bath. The study was made on tracheal muscles of goat, to monitor the bronchodilator activity of Salbutamol and antagonist Histamine. The fresh goat trachea was taken from the slaughter house. A study was made by obtaining a series of dose responses with different doses of Salbutamol. Histamine with varying doses was prepared by dissolving it in warm distilled water and added to student organ bath. It was observed that Histamine solution antagonized salbutamol induced dilation. The goat tracheal preparation is used to test various drugs and plant extract, to evaluate the bronchodilator activity (1). This preparation is easily available, easy to handle and prepare. It was observed that goat tracheal preparation is more sensitive than pig ileum preparation (1).

Complete dentures are primarily mechanical devices but since they function in the oral cavity, they must be fashioned so that they are in harmony with the normal neuromuscular function. All oral functions, such as speech, mastication, swallowing, smiling, and laughing, involve the synergistic actions of the tongue, lips, cheeks, and floor of the mouth which are very complex and highly individual. Failure to the cardinal importance of tooth position and flange form and contour often results in dentures which are unstable and unsatisfactory, even though they were skillfully designed and expertly constructed. The loose and unstable lower complete denture is one of the most common problems faced by denture patients. One of the methods used to solve this problem is the neutral zone technique. The neutral zone is the area where the displacing forces of the lips, cheeks, and tongue are in balance. It is in this zone that the natural dentitions lie and this is where the artificial teeth should be positioned. This area of minimal conflict may be located by using the neutral zone technique. The artificial teeth can then be set up in the correct positions. The coordination of complete dentures with the neuromuscular function is the foundation of successful, stable dentures.

It is rightly said that law is the means and justice is the end. Public Interest Litigation achieves the objective of delivering justice in India which was almost impossible by conventional private litigation. The positive contributions of PIL are many. PIL, for instance, offers a ladder to justice to disadvantaged sections of society, provides an avenue to enforce diffused or collective rights, and enables civil society to not only spread awareness about human rights but also allows them to participate in government decision making. PIL could also contribute to good governance by keeping the government accountable.

Traffic Sign Detection and recognition (TSDR) is an important feature for autonomous vehicles and driver assistance system, contributing to safety of drivers, pedestrians and vehicles. The TSDR system should be capable of effectively detecting and recognizing road and traffic signs. To classify traffic signs is a crucial task for autonomous driving systems. In today's world, autonomous vehicles together with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) deal with the problem of traffic sign recognition. In this paper a comprehensive study on TSDR system along with several traffic signs and various detection and recognition methods on the basis of various features is highlighted. The major purpose of this paper is to examine, analyze and provide information related to several methods used in TSDR over past years.

Education is an imperative parameter for any inclusive growth in an economy and it is a relevant avenue for upgrading the economic and social conditions of the Scheduled Tribes. The objective of the paper is to analyze the enrolment and dropout of the tribal students and to relate the education of tribes with poverty. The method of collecting samples was multistage identified random sampling techniques. The present study analyses the educational status among Irula community in Coimbatore district. Though the level of education was low, the poverty also still high in the tribal area. Many of the developing economies including India have been doing well in promoting the literacy level of their people. There is no doubt that education plays a vital role not only in the development of the country but also in reducing the poverty to a greater extent. The present study also confirms the same and the respondent's education has a negative relationship with their poverty level.

People are storing documents in a variety of cloud storage services (CSs). Cloud storage services are used to protect and transfer people's personal data. Before data is stored in the cloud, it is encrypted. To maintain data security, clients manage encryption and decryption operations. Existing members who leave and newly join the organization pose a threat to data confidentiality and privacy. They are more lethal. The researcher concentrates primarily on external adversaries since they place their confidence in internal entities. Numerous security issues can arise as a result of the presence of multiple users in a group. As a result, it is vital to provide users with an effective attack detection approach in order for them to maintain control over their data. Consequently, in order to overcome all of these issues, we've proposed a highly centralised system of monitoring the actual use of users' data in the cloud, based on an imperialist competitive key generation algorithm (CCIAI-ICKGA). Public and private keys are generated independently by each customer. As part of the cypher text-policy attribute-based encryption process, keys are generated (CP-ABE). Key generation is accomplished through the usage of ICKGA and a trapdoor generator.

Natural disasters may be defined as catastrophic events with atmospheric, hydrological, and geological origins. It affects humanity in the form of human fatality, loss of property, and socio-economic and environmental disruptions.. The main focus of the study is to make a simple understanding of the economic damage faced by the countries across the world due to the different types of disasters between 2000 and 2019. The data used for this study were a secondary one retrieved from the total economic damage by EM-DAT (2020). Statistical tools like SUM and the percentage method were used for the data analysis for a simple understanding of the information from the data sources. These data sources are not only just numbers, visualizing the large-scale disruptions of the disasters around the world. It should promote a wide level of understanding of disaster risk reduction.
