This paper highlights the enrolment and dropout percentage of children up to secondary level of education in India during the period 2004-05 to 2013-14 in relation to gender. All the children are enrolled in school, but they gradually dropout in the different stage of school education. The present study shows that overall performance in enrolment and dropout decline percentage, girls are better than boys which is a positive indicator for our country and growing awareness of the girls children education among the Indian masses. The present study is purely secondary data based which reveals enrolment percentage of girls has improved over two fold to that of boys. On average nearly 25.43 % students dropout by the time they reach primary level and 42.78 % by upper primary level and 54.43 % by secondary level each year. A finding of positive in improvement of girls child education with compared to 26.88% boys, 23.68% girls' dropout by the time they reach in primary level and 43.46% boys, 41.77% girls' dropout by the time they reach upper primary level. So many positive in the improvement of the girls child education, the discouraging aspect is that compared to 54.03% boys, 54.94% girls' dropout by the time they reach at secondary level. There has been considerable improvement in the enrolment and dropout percentage but in the mean time special attention to be carry forward for girls with additional support like different incentive, extension of RTE Act and cooked mid-day meal program up to class X and not only this it is also important to provide the same for the education of boys.

Understanding and analyzing the system is a prime concern for its performance improvement and development. If the system is a power plant the emphasis has to be made on the various components of plant and their effects on one another. From the bath tub curve it is a clear indication for the status and settlement of component. As of now so much of work has been done from the various facets of the world. It is also an equal important task to get a complete gist of major functional issues under one roof. This paper is an illustrated and investigated outcome of power plant from the perspective of Reliability optimization.

The paper throws light on the Koraput district of Orissa when India was under British rule. The British Raj was not only a dominant force all over India, it also became the cause of physical as well as psychological harassment and suffering for the native tribal communities of Koraput, especially Sukru Jani and his family. In their mission colonizers were helped by some privileged persons who were from the adjoining villages of those tribals and continued the inhumane torture even in the absence of the colonizers. This paper attempts to examine traumatic experience of colonialism in the English version of Gopinath Mohanty's Oriya novel Paraja portraying the tragic plight and struggle for the survival of parajas as a tribe in Orissa at the hands of moneylenders who are the representative of colonizers.

A new scheme has been introduced by the Union Government in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs in 2007 for strengthening of education among scheduled tribe (ST) girls in low literacy districts. The programme aims at establishment of Educational Complexes in villages inhabited by particularly vulnerable tribal groups. The scheme aims at to bridge the gap in literacy level between the general female population and tribal women, through facilitating 100% enrolment of tribal girls in the identified District or Blocks, more particularly in naxal affected areas and in areas inhabited by particularly vulnerable tribal groups (PVTGs), and reducing drop-outs at the elementary level by creating the required ambience for education. Improvement of the literacy rate of tribal girls is essential to enable them to participate effectively in and benefit from, socio- economic development. The investigator tried to explore quality of school climate in relation to academic environment, physical environment and safety facilities in three educational complexes of Keonjhar and Malkangiri districts. The findings of the study are: Overall teaching-learning process is satisfactory in EC, Upperkusumita, EC, Gonasika and EC, Nandiniguda except in the areas of preparation of academic calendar, splitting up syllabus and preparation of lesson plan/note. physical environment of the study areas is satisfactory as per the guideline of Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India (2007). Safety facilities in the educational complexes are adequate. Qualified teachers with adequate pay scale need to appointed as per the guideline of Ministry of Tribal affairs, Government of India and ST & SC Development Department, Government of Odisha.

Culture, religion and politics are always moving hand in hand. Since the history of the development of human race, the stigma of political existence always remains alive as an essential part of existence. Many generations are passed on and the formats of the culture are changing, but the intolerance and political-religious ideology remain the same which shape culture time to time. Chetan Bhagats The Three Mistakes of My life and Kiran Nagarkars Seven Sixes and Forty Three are the novels of two different decades but they can be termed as novels of reflection of the common thread which is based on Intolerance and Politics of Religion.

A pot culture study was conducted during 2014(Oct) to2015(Jan) in Theri soil. Theri lands are located along the coastal areas of Tuticorin district of Tamilnadu, South India. Proper management of the land is difficult because of its poor quality structure, low nutrition, meagre moisture holding capacity, low value of organic content, and high value of hydraulic conductivity. The permeability of water in theri soil is high and is not suitable for agriculture which is presently considered as a wasteland. The objective is to nurse the soil back to health and reclaim the soil, Farm Yard and Poultry Manures amended with theri soil to reduce the fertility constraints of the soil. The effect of soil physical properties were investigated by ameliorating the soil with Farm Yard and Poultry Manures laid out in a pot culture with ten treatments replicated thrice. In order to reduce soil Physical constraints and to make the soils fit for sustained water availability and large agricultural applications. different proportions of Farmyard and Poultry Manures were tried on soil and the Physical and Physico -chemical parameters which brings the soil cultivable were studied and their inter relationships were determined.

In the medieval period, religion provided the frame work of society at the community and state levels. The state allowed intellectual activity to grow, to begin with, but later curtailed it for reasons of state policy, even though confined to discrete groups and made subject of philosophical reasoning and logical disputation. As a result, religions failed to play the role of bringing about a harmonious process of living people therefore, had to develop their own beliefs and practices. Sufi and Bhakti represented people's revolt against the ossified practices, in search of, and as an endeavor to bring harmony in life. Sufism played the most important role in working out the great synthesis.

The earlier settlement system in Indian stock exchanges was not so efficient, till we see the Technology introduction in the post-liberalization era. The Stock exchanges competition, increase in the players number and traditional system changes led to tremendous enhancement in the volume of the activity. Has it was unable to take care of the securities transfer in a quick way, the movement was also problematic has the securities were in the form of physical certificates. This led to the face the problems like delay in the settlement process, theft, forgery, mutilation and bad deliveries and also to added costs. So to avoid such problems, The Depositories Act 1996 was enacted.

Textile dyes are not efficiently removed from the textile waste water in treatment plants and are released in surface water streams, thus toxicating the pure water streams. The study was carried out through the Photocatalysis technique using TiO2photo-catalyst. Thus, the Photocatalysis of Orange-G dye (azo dye) was studied under various parameters like the initial dye concentration, catalyst loading and effect of pH. To study the decolourization effect due to Photocatalysis simulated waste water using various concentrations of dye in water were prepared. The process was followed by the studying the decolourization rate of the simulated waste water. Kinetics of the process was also studied by optimizing the various parameters studied earlier. The rate constant was calculated to be 0.0312 min-1. The reduction in chemical oxygen demand of the sample was about 35% after 120 minutes of treatment.

Abstract: The literature abounds with articles and books on marketing and especially promoting consumer products. As consumers for these goods we are exposed each day to promotional messages of major product brands in order to attract or retain us when we are already buyers. Fewer things have been written about how to do promotion of industrial goods, which are a special category of goods, but have a very high quota in trade of goods, both nationally and internationally. This article will analyse the main methods used to promote the industrial brands and products on the market.
