Healthy competition is the key to healthy economy. Indian Competition law has seen drastic change from the point of view of regulations. The old regime controls the formation of monopolies whereas the new one does not curtails or forbid a company to enjoy monopolistic/dominant status in the market rather it only fix the responsibility of those holding position of strength by prohibiting abuse of dominant position. This change of law was initiated after New Economic Policy 1991 can into existence. The New LPG reforms along with formation of WTO allowed foreign investor to dive in the vast Indian Market. This created a need to regularize the market and protect it from any kind of abuse by the big players around the globe. Therefore the new competition law on the line of English Competition Law was framed. The paper deals with the law regarding abuse of dominance in India after enactment of Competition Act, 2002 and its various interpretations in the relevant cases decided by Supreme Court and authorities like CCI and COMPAT.

In the take a look at, it became investigated to use the rice husk ash (RHA) within the hot mix asphalt as mineral ?ller. RHA in specific proportions (3%, 5%, 7%, and 9%) as mineral ?ller. The quantity of most fulfilling bitumen and the value of Marshall Stability (MS) were decided with MS test from the samples. After that MS test was conducted on the produced samples and the results were evaluated. As a result, it has come in view that RHA can be used as mineral ?ller in the asphalt concrete.

The caste system in India is possibly the world's oldest social structure. Caste is a defining element of Hinduism, and it refers to a complex system of social groupings based on ceremonial purity. Reservation is an Indian system that offers scholarships, fee concessions, 49.5 percent seats in educational institutions, jobs, and qualification exam and age relaxation to specific castes. Reservation system in India seems unjust to the general castes, resulting into less importance to the talented and hardworking candidates.

Most of the usual electric power-driven assisted wheel chairs are using joystick as a input method of control to tactic the powered wheelchairs. The disadvantage of joystick control is that it is not proper for physically disabled person who cannot able to control their activities especially the hands. The planned voice-based powered wheelchair control allows physically disabled person to maneuver the wheelchair easily without the requirement to use hands. The propel of the powered wheelchair depends on the drive system and motor control which consists of Arduino microcontroller and 6V-24V compatible 20A capable DC motor driver. Once the voice recognition system recognizes the voice commands in comparison to the pre stored memory, the respective coded digital signals would be sent to the microcontroller which then controls the wheelchair accordingly.
