The development of human rights law in response to globalization is not new, and there is nothing inherent in the international system that would prevent further protective measures. The resulting movement led to the creation of the ILO in 1919. Unlike all subsequent international organizations, the ILO engaged all the relevant actors in its operations from the beginning. Using a tripartite structure of representation, the ILO ensured the participation of business, labor, and governments in developing worker rights and minimum labor standards for member states. The international protection of civil and political rights emerged later, becoming an aim of the international community at the end of World War II in response to the atrocities committed during that conflict.

In today's era, it has been observed that how stereotype has made its place not only in books but also in thoughts, behaviours, actions of human being and in each and every little spheres of their lives. Stereotype threat affects the performance of an individuals because their thoughts, beliefs and action become stigmatized towards a particular group or an idea. The aim of presenting this review paper is to fall a light on the work of retrieval processes of memory stores and that stereotype threat affects the memory leading to deterioration of performance of an individual by reducing the attention during learning and monitoring at retrieval by disrupting the controlled processes. It not only increases anxiety but also reduces expectation by taking away necessary cognitive resources from already cognitively demanding task. The executive control interference account predicts that stereotype threat decreases the availability of executive control resources and hence impairs the working memory performance. The regulatory fit account predicts that threat induces a prevention focus, impairing the performance. However, stereotype threat affects diverse social groups in different ways with no one mediator providing unequivocal supports. The review paper also highlights that how just by the mere activation of stereotype memory performance is affected and its efficiency is reduced.

United Kingdom, judicial review deals with public law wherein a judge reviews the decision or an action of a public body and its lawfulness. Here the challenge is based on an allegation that an unlawful decision has been made by the public body and there is no adequate alternative remedy available with an individual. Thus, one needs to understand the basis wherein the decision can be termed as unlawful and the grounds of the same will be enumerated in the later sections.

In the context of India, Ashmari (urolithiasis) is prevalent, with an expectancy of 12% in a total population reported to be prone to urinary stones. Of this 12%, 50% of the population are severely affected by renal damage, which even leads to a loss of kidneys. However, due to variations in socio-economic status and geographic locations, the prevalence and incidence have changed in different regions over the years. Dietary habits (westernized dietary habits and less fluid intake), as well as climatic factors (hot temperature and many hours of exposure to sunshine) play a crucial role in the development of stones. Other diseases, especially metabolic syndrome, may also contribute to urinary tract stones.Detailed description of Ashmari is the specific contribution of AcharyaSushruta and he included it in the "Eight Mahagada". It may be owing to its potentiality to disturb the anatomy and physiology of urinary system. Total 30 patients with classical signs and symptoms with confirmed diagnosis by USG of KUB were treated in two divided groups for 60 days. 15 patients were treated with TiladiKshara, 250mg 1 capsule twice daily orally, 15 patients were treated with SwadanstradiKwath, 24 ml twice daily orally After completion of trial for 60 days, it was observed that TiladiKsharahas provided highly significant relief in pain in abdomen, burning micturition, hematuria, dysuria, frequency micturition whereas SwadanstradiKwathhas provided highly significant relief in pain in abdomen, burning micturition, hematuria, dysuria, frequency micturition. After careful observation it can be concluded that TiladiKsharapossesses the properties to disintegration and expulsion of stone and can produce better relief in signs and symptoms of Ashmari than SwadanstradiKwath.

ABSTRACT A cement-based foundation (CTB) is a common term that works in a close-knit mix of traditional manufactured soils with a limited amount of portland cement and water after solidification and curing to form a solid, durable, frost-resistant coating. Other definitions such as ground cement foundation, composite cement mortar, solid concrete bed cement, and solid cement foundation are sometimes used. In India, due to the large number of infrastructure projects taking place in rural and urban areas it has resulted in a shortage of building materials. The road industry is looking at ways to improve low-quality materials that are easily accessible for use in road construction. Cement / lime treatment has become an acceptable way to increase soil strength and consistency with moderate proportions, to reduce the number of compounds. The Indian roads congress (IRC) has developed a special edition for the mixed construction of the foundation / ground floor. There is no walkway design guide currently available under the cement-based foundation. To overcome this problem, the aim of the current research project is to construct a walkway design chart using cement and a small solid lime foundation on rural and urban roads with simple and medium traffic (up to 40-60 MSA). It not only saves money but also helps to increase the life cycle of roads.

This review paper collates and compiles the available published literature on usage of two by-products of steel industry- Ground Granular Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Sand (GGBFSS) in concrete production. Replacement of binder material, fine aggregate and coarse aggregates in concrete making partially or fully is well established and leads to the sustainable development and reduces the material cost. GGBFS and GGBFSS bears similar properties as that of cement and natural fine aggregate/M-sand respectively. Replacement of cement with alternative binding materials reduces the carbon foot-print. Substitution of conventional materials of concrete with GGBFS and GGBFSS at different replacement levels enhances the mechanical strength, workability and durability of concrete.

Temperature prediction is an attempt to forecast the temperature of a particular region at a particular time. Temperature prediction is very important as it helps to plan various activities. A prime example of its application is in the field of agriculture. Knowing the range of temperature on a particular day can help a farmer prepare for the next day in advance and plan his activities to obtain optimal output. Temperature forecasts are required by utility companies because they help in estimating demand [1]. An example would be in helping people decide the clothes they should wear on a particular day and hence predict the upcoming demand. If a person expects a sudden drop in temperature, he/she can dress accordingly. On top of that, it helps in various aerial activities such as planning flights and optimizing air traffic. It can be applied to several other areas of interest including marine and military applications. Hence it becomes an essential part of our daily lives. This paper uses four different Machine Learning algorithms - Linear regression, KNN, RandomForest, Neural network - to predict temperatures at a particular time. Proposed algorithms are evaluated using standard evaluation metrics. The results of all the algorithms are analysed and the paper also discusses the performance of the proposed algorithm. The goal of this paper is to accurately predict the temperature in a particular region at a particular time, given the temperature history of that region over the past few days.

Background: Filipinos aspire to provide a better livelihood for their families by working abroad in various occupations such as nursing, accountancy, engineering, etc. However, one aspect of working that may not be common to Filipinos in Qatar is work-shifting. Work-shifting is not a common topic discussed in the contemporary period. Thus, this phenomenological study describes the lived experiences of work-shifters and how they coped with the problems they experienced in different working shifts. Methods. This qualitative research utilized a phenomenological research design to understand the participants' lived experiences. Also, to know how they cope with the problems they experienced at work and in life related to the central question, "How do Filipino work-shifters identify their stress and coping mechanisms to reach self-actualization?" The researchers collected data through a semi-structured one-on-one interview that consisted of 25 developmental questions and was analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings. The information gathered have identified the stress and coping mechanism of work-shifters, namely: (1) Work Experiences include administration, challenges, and profession; (2) Work Strategies encompass workload, associate, and adaptation; (3) Career Growth involves sacrifices, training, and opportunities; (4) Emotional Solace highlights family, colleagues, and workplace. Conclusions. Work-shifting can be stressful, and they tend to use their emotional solace to relieve emotional stress and develop ways to lessen their work stress Recommendation. The study suggests that future researchers expand the pool of participants to elicit a broader range of responses about work-shifting to fill the literature gap.
