The investigator has tried to explore educational contributions of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam with reference to modern system of education. The findings of the study are: the educational thoughts of Abdul Kalam have a great relevance in the modern system of education. Education is a journey of knowledge and enlightenment so there is no scope for pettiness, disharmony, jealousy, hatred or enmity. Research and enquiry, creativity and innovation, capacity to use high technology, entrepreneurship, moral leadership, physically fit and academically sound & spiritually awakened should be the aims of education in modern system of education. Universities should focus on education with career training and value system for meeting the needs of our nation and should provide world-class vocational skills to the youth for making them internationally competitive, so that this will bridge the employable skill gap. The students should be equipped with knowledge on subjects like leadership, management, finance, marketing, inter-personal relationship, negotiation, entrepreneurship, IT/ITES applications, knowledge process outsourcing domain expertise and also adaptation of ethical values in all professional transactions. Teachers should inspire the youth to take up subjects of their interest be it poetry, music, art or philosophy, commerce, literature, finance and all the other disciplines of engineering. He says that the universities should be empowered and the colleges should be provided with autonomy and fund to transform them into world class institutions. Spirituality must be integrated with education and self-realization should be the focus. Everyone should be aware of his higher self.

Inclusive education refers to the placement and education of children with disabilities (divyang children) in regular education classrooms with children of the same age who do not have disabilities. The underlying premise of inclusion is that all children can learn and belong to the mainstream of school and community life. The investigator tried to explore awareness level of parents of divyang children & parents of typically developing children towards inclusive education in government elementary schools. The findings of the study are:there exists significant difference in the awareness of parents of divyang and parents of typically developing children towards inclusive education in government elementary schools. Parents of divyang children are more aware of inclusive education than parents of typical children. Parents of divayng children are more aware of the inclusive education of their children in government elementary schools than parents of typically developing children. Government should take measures to improve the education of divyang children by providing them instructional materials and aids and equipments in the school. Administrator should visit schools regularly and should provide financial support for the education of special needs children. Lack of parental support is one of the main causes of failure of divyang children in government schools. Thus, both parents of divyang children and typically developing children should be oriented towards the education of divyang children in inclusive setting and benefits of inclusive education for both typically developed children and divyang children. They should encourage, help and involve in the education their children.Teachers play an important role for the upbringing of children especially divyang children. They should provide healthy environment, should take personal care of divyang children, and should teach them according to their needs in the school to boost the academic success of special needs children. Government should plan adequate strategies to promote the benefits of inclusive education in government schools.

Abstract: Azadirachta Indica (Neem) mainly cultivated in Indian subcontinent, is one of the most beneficial plant. It has been widely used in disease prevention as almost each part of this plant has some medicinal properties. Various constituents of neem like nimbin, nimbidin, nimbolide etc play significant role in treatment of various diseases. Thus neem is a valuable plant for developing medicine against various diseases and different industrial products. The present study is based on the biological activities of active constituents and their pharmacological action.

There are many Equation of states(EOSs) for the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) but almost all EOSs consider that Anderson-Gruneisen parameter is independent of temperature so the result does not match with experimental data so nicely. Since there are strong evidences that parameter varies with temperature. So we have derived a new EOS for the CTE which comprises of temperature dependent Anderson-Gruneisen parameter(?T) and through which we can investigate how the CTE varies with temeperature. We have applied this EOS to some of the nanomaterials like 20nm-Ni, Fullerene, 15nm-(80Fe+20Ni), and nm-NiO. We found a nice matching of our results with experimental data. Our work may provide a new insights to theoretical as we as experimental workers of nanomaterials.

Currently, wireless sensor network is the top research area to uplift technological progress. From traditional sensing domain to critical areas, sensor network has played a vital role in every aspect. WSN is also facing various challenges while working with key areas like forest monitoring, environment monitoring, home security, precision agriculture and in defense systems. These challenges are packet delivery ratio, energy consumption, better throughput and end to end delays. We have taken the help of reinforcement learning algorithm with the combination of wireless sensor network to overcome these issues. In this research, we are proposing an intelligent sensor network algorithm (ISRLA) to overcome the existing challenges of wireless sensor network algorithm. Finally we have compared our research outcome with already available algorithms like RL-CRC (Le.T et al., 2016) to better proof our research results based upon certain performance matrices like throughput, energy consumption, PDR and end to end delay. Results showed that our proposed algorithm (ISRLA) performs well.

: Currently wireless sensor network is the key figure for various existing and upcoming technologies like health care, IOT, monitoring, automation, home security and various critical care units. Wireless sensor network is facing challenges in the area of routing, clustering, energy efficiency and other issues. Machine learning offers supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Reinforcement learning technique is unsupervised in nature which used to provide feedback based upon certain experiences. Later on these kinds of experiences generates reward which leads to create policy. Finally these policy based values saves the efforts and resources. In this research study, we are presenting different reinforcement techniques to solve the existing challenges of wireless sensor network.

This paper examines the language policy of the Turkey, and its assimilationist policy towards Kurds and Kurdish language. Language diversity has emerged as a major source of conflict which is affecting the peace as well stability of many political entities all over the world. Language policy makers usually face the questions of accommodating the needs of linguistically diverse communities. It studies how the Turkish nationalist elites, the Kemalists throughout the 20th century systematically as well intentionally suppressed the language of the Kurds as part of their aim to construct a homogenous nation- state of Turkish speakers. It shows that this linguicidal policy was strongly informed by the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the consequent Kemalists emphasis on complete ethno-linguistic homogeneity as criteria for being Turkish, Western and civilized. The article discusses the various Turkification strategies of the authorities, such as banning the Kurdish language, the denial of the existence of the Kurds, changing the names of towns and villages, the forced re-settlement of Kurds and the assimilation of Kurdish children. It also focuses the recent developments in Turkey's Kurdish language policy and the reform efforts put by the recent governments as part of the country's European Union membership. The article reflects that whilst looking good on paper but these reforms have had little or totally negligent impact in reality and Kurdish speakers in Turkey are still denied their basic human and linguistic rights.

Abstract: In this work we used Laplace transformation in digital signal processing. The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how Laplace transformation techniques can be useful in signal processing, convolution, Fourier analysis. It teaches that a linear system can be completely understood from its impulse or frequency response and with increasing complexity of engineering problems. This is a very generalized approach. In fact, it is too general for many applications in science and engineering. Many of the parameters in our universe interact through differential equation. In this paper will discuss the Laplace transformation is a technique for analysing the special systems when the signals are continuous.

Purpose: This paper seeks to discuss and analyse if the packaging of the product has an impact in the buying behavior of the customer and the degree to which it, in fact influences this decision. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: Data was collected by the circulation of a questionnaire from 104 respondants of various age groups and gender within the city of Bengaluru. The collected data was analysed and the results were interpreted using various graphical tools such as Pie Charts, Histograms and Bar Graphs. Findings: Packaging plays a very crucial role in influencing the purchase decision o fthe product. However, each aspect of the package is not equally influencing as the other.
