As part of an information filtering system, recommender systems are used to anticipate a user's bias/rating is likely to give an item. As a result of their effectiveness, CF techniques are very prevalent among several ways to approval. These traditional CF systems extremely well and produce create standardized advice for complex problems. For item-based on the preferences of their neighbour better suggestions are generated by collaborative-filtering techniques than by others. Other techniques, such as content-based prediction, suffer from subpar accuracy and scalability, data sparsity, and large-error estimate. I used an item-based CF approach to find these possibilities. In this item-based collaborative-filtering technique, I first examine user item rating matrix to identify relationships around various items, and then I use these relationships to determine user's recommendations.

The combining of equity and debt funding by a corporation to finance its assets, overall operation, and expansion is referred to as capital structure. There are no uniform guidelines for the optimal debt-equity mix that have been carefully addressed in the academic literature to the suitable capital structure mix. Previous research on ownership and capital structure, including as agency theory, pecking order theory, and trade-off theory, identified these concerns. The trade-off theory explains the hypothesis of capital structure, which is the possibility that an organisation will choose how much debt fund and how much equity fund to utilise by adjusting the costs and benefits. The funding comes from three sources: reserves or retained earnings, long-term borrowing, and new equity. The strong foundation was developed by the Modigliani and Miller, due to which numerous theoretical frameworks were developed and these frameworks give boost to future theoretical research about capital structure. The profit maximization activism is concerned about responsible decisions in all things. In this way, managers or directors may decide firm's capital structure to seek after their own particular advantages rather than those of investors or debt holders.

Nucleolus organizer regions (NORs) were studied in the mitotic chromosomes of two species of fish genus Mystus (Bagridae), Ag-staining in these Siluriform M. cavassius exhibited large NORs on single chromosome pair. A clear heteromorphism with respect to size also observed in this species. M. seenghala revealed small NORs of equal size on single chromosome pair. Small NORs located in a single chromosome pair are considered as the fundamental and primitive NOR distribution pattern, and large NORs as the derived type. Therefore, it appears that M. cavassius have an advanced status on the evolutionary scale.

One of the most diverse groups of vertebrate is teleosts. They use a wide range of reproductive methods. Vitellogenin molecules of different fish species have been widely studied for their role in fish reproduction. The protein fractions of selected ornamental fish have been analyzed in the present study. The ovary tissue samples of oviparous fish (goldfish and rosybarb) and viviparous fish (white molly and guppy) treated with natrum muriaticum exhibited different protein fractions on SDS-PAGE analysis. Results revealed that there are striking similarities between the protein fractions of ovary tissues. The analysis of polypeptides of oviparous fish by SDS-PAGE revealed the presence of nine fractions and eight fractions in viviparous fish. Three bands were more prominent in both categories. These are considered as specific bands for reproductive functions of oviparous and viviparous fish on the observations made in ornamental fish. The variation in their number and staining intensities of different fractions may reflect their different type of metabolic activity, reproductive age, and their environmental conditions. The result showed that the synthesis of proteins during natrum muriaticum exposure in ornamental fish signifies that and these proteins are female specific proteins. These proteins are involved in vitellogenesis. However, further experiments are needed to sequence the whole vitellogenin at gene level.

Abstract Ayurved is an ancient science with deep understanding of human existence. It gives due importance to manas (mind) in health as well as diseases; evident from the mention of various manas bhavas as nidana of various diseases like jwara , atisara ,kushtha, pandu, hridroga, prameha, aruchi, vatvyadhi etc. Current modern research also validates this fact. Human mind is expressed in terms of emotions like anger, fear, sadness, despair, etc and these affect the body functions. As goes well with the human nature these negative emotions like anger, hostility, sadness, anxiety etc have a profound impact on health and in long term contribute in causing various ailments like heart disease, respiratory illness, diabetes mellitus ,migraine, cancer, peptic ulcer etc. Stress is an emotional experience which consists mainly of these negative emotions. This paper reviews manas bhavas mentioned in various Samhitas responsible for manifestation of diseases.

Agriculture is important and foremost factor which is important for survival. Machine Learning could be a crucial perspective for acquiring real-world and operative solution for crop yield issue. Machine Learning is a conspicuous decision support tool for crop yield prediction. this paper focusses mainly on predicting the yield of the crop by using by applying various machine learning algorithms. The farmer provides the attributes of the soil as input to the application. India being agriculturally based dependent country the economic status of the country is completely and partially dependent on this Agricultural yield that is affected by the organic, economic and seasonal causes. Estimation of agricultural output is big challenging task for this country as of the population status talking in consideration. The main objective is to gather data that can be stored and analyzed for forecasting the crop yield. This helps farmers to choose the best suitable crop. Also, this project aims at bringing an enhancement in the field of agriculture by achieving better results in predicting crop yields. With the help of machine learning techniques with proper optimizations. The statistical models built to provide accurate and precise decision. The output of this project would help farmers pick up most suitable crops to be grown depending on the factors like season and area available with least possible chances of loses.

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) possess remarkable physical, optical, and antibacterial properties that have great potential for improving agriculture. The purpose of the present investigation is to enhance fertilizer response of ZnO NPs. These nanoparticles are synthesized using co-precipitation method to study its physicochemical properties using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron microscopy, etc. The synthesized ZnO sample shows hexagonal wurtzite type crystal structure. The FESEM images show the particle-flake like mixed morphology with average grain size of about 30 to 35 nm. Herein, we report effect of fertilizer response of ZnO NPs on Maize and Wheat plant. The plants were sprayed 4 times at the interval of 7 days with different concentrations of ZnO NPs. The growth parameters like seed germination, root and shoot length, height of plant, width of root and stem, number of leaves and dimensions of leaves were studied with respect to control. The outcome of this study is promising with average enhancement in the growth properties of plants with ZnO NPs as fertilizers of about 20% compared to control.

Violence against women in India has gathered considerable attention in recent years with increasing public policy debates on urgent legal reforms. Violence against women is a violation of dignity, safety and human rights. The problem is immense, particularly domestic violence, but also violence against women in conflict situations and against victims of human trafficking. Yet it is often seen as a private matter, something that goes on behind closed doors. It is not: it is a crime. And the state has a responsibility to protect the victims. This paper combines this narrative with the theory of representative bureaucracy which implies better outcomes for a section of society Police. I find considerable heterogeneity across different types of crimes against women and states by female literacy levels and degree of urbanization.

E-learning is not going away any time soon and has the potential to make a far more significant impact on higher education in the years to come. On the other hand, there are certain disadvantages associated with taking classes online, such as the fact that students are required to make a time commitment and are held to a lower level of accountability than they would be in a traditional classroom setting. Students frequently report that using the internet makes it impossible for them to maintain their motivation since it gives them the impression that they are all by themselves in the world. Other challenges include the following: In addition, teachers have the impression that they lack the power to prevent pupils from cheating and to maintain order in the classroom
