The pandemic situation has wreaked havoc in the lives of people and economies throughout the world. During the lockdown, people had a lot of free time in their hands. At this time, Social media became very important to individuals for obtaining relevant information. It also helped businesses to market their products to their respective target demographic. Social media has helped consumers to expedite their search for services during the pandemic from the comfort of their homes. This extraordinary situation has rendered traditional approaches of marketing such as distributing flyers in order to gain new customers obsolete. Businesses who have been able to shift to an online platform have been able to stay afloat. Social media marketing has helped businesses to make itself known to new interested consumers and facilitate growth in sales and revenue. Social media also can help a business in building a community of potential consumers and enable it to closely interact with them. Social media also gives a customer the opportunity to leave their feedback, complaints and criticism from his/her home itself. Marketing in social media is of low cost and has a higher potential to reach customers throughout the world. COVID-19 has changed the needs and interests of consumers. This has generated the requirement of businesses to change their marketing strategies, introduce new products in order to cater to the needs of the people. Food and medicine delivery services and software companies have boomed during the Pandemic. The pandemic taught the lesson that businesses should be flexible and there is a need to make decisions quickly and effectively in response to such emergencies. The present study attempts to facilitate understanding in readers as to how important and helpful social media really was during the pandemic.

Purpose: Organizations are often regarded to benefit from workforce diversity and inclusion since it broadens their expertise and viewpoints. The purpose of this study is to bring together the disparate literature on workforce diversity and inclusion. as well as to shed light on future research avenues in the field of workforce diversity management. Design/Methodology: - This research looked at a variety of empirical and conceptual studies on workforce diversity and its implications. Using the literature published between 1987 and 2021. The paper uses secondary data gathered for the review of workforce diversity and inclusion. Findings: A literature evaluation was commissioned to focus on workplace diversity and inclusion. Through the review, it was clearly understood the implication of workforce diversity and inclusion to the modern era. According to the findings of the review, there is a large body of research in the field of diversity and its outcomes. More study in the domain of inclusion and its related effects is needed because it is a comparatively recent topic of investigation. Practical implication: This study examines the effectiveness of literature reviews in broadening existing knowledge on a specific area and formulating research prospects for future studies for researchers. Originality/Value: This study contributes a theoretical perspective to the management of key diversity and the development of diverse organizations.

Since its first discovery in an Iranian male in 1961, zinc deficiency in humans is now known to be an important malnutrition problem world-wide. It is more prevalent in areas of high cereal and low animal food consumption. The diet may not necessarily be low in zinc, but its bio-availability plays a major role in its absorption. Phytic acid is the main known inhibitor of zinc. Compared to adults, infants, children, adolescents, pregnant, and lactating women have increased requirements for zinc and thus, are at increased risk of zinc depletion. Zinc deficiency during growth periods results in growth failure.

The dental plaque-induced periodontal disease presents the characteristic signs of inflammation and loss of supporting periodontal tissue. Biofilm removal, antibiotics along disinfectants are considered conventional methods of periodontal therapy. However, it has some limitations. Antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (PDT) seems to be a unique and interesting therapeutic approach toward periodontal therapy. There is a great need to develop an evidence-based approach to the use of PDT for the treatment of periodontitis and periimplantitis. However, the low wavelength lasers exhibiting deep tissue penetration basically do not interact with the periodontal tissues within the pocket. Therefore, PDT as a low-level therapy with short irradiation time does not produce any thermal change within the gingival tissue and root surface or destruction of the intact attachment apparatus at the base of pockets. PDT may be an effective way to treat the bacteria linked to periodontal diseases and could provide a better option than antibiotics or other mechanical methods for treating periodontal diseases and may prove to be a promising alternative to conventional periodontal therapy in near future.

Electricity is critical and increasingly demanded. A great deal of energy was lost and depleted. When walking on a population of humans, an alternative means of generating energy was found; the vibration between the surface and the move was wasted. The use of this wasteful energy will create and satisfy demand for electrical energy. An electric transducer is the transducer that detects the vibration. This transducer turns mechanical energy into power. If the pressure is applied from the footstep to the electric transducer, the pressure or force is converted into the electricity. In series parallel communication the electric transducer is connected. Then, the electric transducers are mounted Using a wooden tile as a pattern phase tiles. This tile can be positioned in a crowded environment, on foot or on training tools. Power up low power devices can produce electricity from this electric tile

Exoskeleton is basically a wearable mechanical mechanism in which the device works in concern with the user's movement.Need of which arised due to injuries to labours through weight and burden powers of various works. The purpose to use this mechanism is to reduce the stresses developed due to lifting, carrying the heavy parts, etc. ,and to avoid musculoskeletal disorders. The idea of this study is to develope a lower body exoskeleton for walking purpose in industry. Design of device is made accordingly considering following points : Concept design, Components required, Calculations in design, Checking design safety. Analysis of design is carried out on ANSYS and following parameters were analysed : Load applied, Stresses at various points, Maximum and minimum stresses, Deformations at various locations ,Metting of design requirements with actual design. This is how the conclusion is made considering the work that the plan of exoskeleton to strengthen and fulfil necessities of 80kg human by providing sufficient pressure and actuation for the motion to be carried out.
