After the September attacks in 2001, international strategic politics wore a new garb on an infected termite structure. Under the guise of War on Terror, securing and upholding the tenets of democracy, governments were threatened, countries targeted and labelled, alliances created, covert and overt attacks carried out, and after more than a decade, the world transformed into a more dangerous place than it was before. Not learning from the past, the US and its allies took the task of taming countries that either followed their dictates or broke off from their traditional Western masters. This paper will assess the impact that would get reflected in the ground level with the change of US strategy in the South Asian region in general and Afghanistan significantly when world analysts predict the decline of US strategic prominence on the world stage forthcoming years. To what extent the two nuclear power neighbouring states India and Pakistan will play a significant role to balance the region as well as stabilising or destabilising Afghanistan.

Intellectual property Right (IPR) provides an exclusionary right that intent to exclude others from doing acts that are offered as a bundle of rights over creation of human mind. The Right to exclude others has a tremendous economic significance which impacts both the innovation and the access. Whereas, Competition law is an instrument to intervene in market and correct market failures. It primarily seeks to encourage competitors to compete against each other and thereby create an economically efficient free market access. The interplay between IPR and Competitional law derived some interesting aspects. IPR allows the holder to exercise his market power and competition law attacks unfair monopoly. However, there are common point between the two laws being that both of them effectual balance. Further, India being a member of the WTO, is under a commitment to structure the regime governing the connection between IPR and Competition law. Considering all these aspects, this research work intends to understand the common thread that exists between these two laws. This research work attempts to draw the relation between both the laws in the Indian Context and aims to provide an ample understanding of the Interplay between Intellectual Property law and Competition law in India.

The growth of the digital era has paved the way for the development of numerous applications. Increasing the number of the population has also seen an increase in the number of people suffering from numerous diseases. Diabetes is one of the prominent diseases which is likely to occur commonly to most of the people in the world. It is necessary to check the level of glucose in the body for them by making use of many invasive methods. These methods bring a lot of pain to the patients using it. In order to get rid of these methods. The paper aims to study non-invasive detection methods for diabetes patients. Glucometry and pulse oximetry are two methods that are based on the absorption of light in tissues. Pulse oximetry-detecting blood glucose we will use the same method. Glucose can also be found in haemoglobin, according to the latest studies. It is especially useful when there is a suspicion of diabetes or prediabetes or to monitor long-term, in the case of diabetics. So we also measure other parameters which are basic for diabetes patients. The reading from Arduino is shared to the database via Wi-Fi Module and can be accessed by the patients or registered doctors. This research is significant where patients can independently monitor their diabetic health and the IoT system can be alerted directly to medial officers in the hospitals.

There was a need for delivery systems that could maintain a consistent release of the drug in a specific work environment. Therefore, drug delivery systems are designed to supplement the therapeutic properties of drug products and provide more safe, effective and reliable products. Compared to many other drug delivery systems, implanted pumps and the inclusion of flexible delivery are in the raw stage of development. Although a standard injection pump has different procedures for controlling drug delivery. Benefits usually provided in the dosage form are expected to be 1) Non-invasive resources allow drug administration specific to the area where the drug is most needed. Examples include implants used in the treatment of brain cancer or prostate cancer. This can also allow for very low doses of the drug, which can reduce the potential side effects. 2) Non-fittings allow for continued use of the zero-order release rate of the medical agent. The major advantages of these programs include consistent drug delivery, a few drugs needed to treat the disease, reduce potential side effects, and effective treatment. Due to the development of such released formulas, it is now possible to prescribe non-invasive drugs once a week once a year which in the past required daily anointing.

In the present situation security is highly important. Keeping that as a major issue here we form a 3-level security system which increases the confidentially to the password in a higher level. At each session user need to get authenticated so that it is able for them to proceed to the next level. LEVEL 1- authenticated by OTP generation via email, LEVEL 2- authenticated by explicit calculation-based method, LEVEL 3- authenticated by image ordering. After getting authenticated in all the levels the user can use the system. If fails to authenticate in any level then it is not possible to move to the next level

ABSTRACT: This review article deals with the comprehensive study on various techniques being adopted for biomedical waste management for the safe disposal as if not treated at the appropriate time using appropriate methods, biomedical waste can cause havoc in the environment and for human health. The purpose of this study is to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the various treatment methods for different categories of medical waste management and their underlying technologies and to observe the impact of biomedical waste mismanagement; also to ascertain the level of progress made by India in this field. The research methodologies used are the combination of literature review, key informant interview and case studies. Biomedical waste is the waste generated during medical activities in hospitals & Clinics, biological laboratory work or research work. It is essential to classify the waste into different categories for ease of scientific biomedical waste management. The biomedical waste can be categorized in to four types, namely, general, infectious, hazardous and radioactive and accordingly strategies being adopted for its safe disposal. General medical waste is non-toxic matter similar to domestic waste. Infectious waste are the materials which have the potency to spread contagious diseases, these waste have been in contact with body fluids. Hazardous waste like used syringes; old drugs etc. can be ignitable, corrosive, reactive, or even toxic to human health. Radioactive waste is produced from nuclear medicine treatment, chemotherapies, radiation therapies, and medical equipment that use radioactive isotopes. These wastes should be treated with utmost care as a fraction of radioactive material can initiate a biohazard. Studies estimate that 15% biomedical waste is infectious in nature and hazardous waste accounts for 5%of the quantity. For hazardous and radioactive medical waste management, we should have a cradle to grave approach. Effective management is mandatory for healthy human sustenance and a clean environment, failure of which can lead to catastrophic damage to human health at mass level.
