Perception is the root cause for the diverse adoption & buying behaviour of customers towards e-tailers. Through this research paper an attempt is made to explore what restricts customers from adopting pure play e-tailing and the experience of customers with pure play e-tailing, this in turn helped in understanding the perception of customers about pure play E-tailers. Besides questions on basic demographic information such as gender, age, monthly family income level, educational qualification, occupation and factors restricting customers from adopting pure play e-tailers, various dimensions bringing out the E-shopping experience of customers with Pure Play E-tailers were considered in the questionnaire. Data has been collected from 352 respondents from Dombivli City. The data is presented in tabular as well as in graphical form using pie charts. Detailed analysis and interpretation of the core factors relating to Perception of Customers towards pure play e-tailers is given in the research paper.

This paper is an effort to evaluate the higher education system in India. The world has realized that the economic success of the states is directly determined by their education systems. Education is a Nation's Strength. A developed nation is inevitably an educated nation. Indian higher education system is the third largest in the world, next to the United States and China. Since independence, India as a developing nation is contentiously progressing in the education field. Although there have been lot of challenges to higher education system of India but equally have lot of opportunities to overcome these challenges and to make higher education system much better. It needs greater transparency and accountability, the role of colleges and universities in the new millennium, and emerging scientific research on how people learn is of utmost important. India need well skilled and highly educated people who can drive our economy forward. India provides highly skilled people to other countries therefore; it is very easy for India to transfer our country from a developing nation to a developed nation. The current study aims to highlight the challenges and to point out the opportunities in higher education system in India.

The principal aim of this study is to consider the competencies of the Secondary school teacher. A normative survey method was adopted to study the general teaching competencies in relation to with respect to a few selected variables. Stratified Simple Random sampling technique through which about 200 teachers representing from urban & rural, male & female, different managements of Kalaburagi district were selected as samples for the study. General teaching competency scale ( A classroom observation schedule) by B.K Passi and Lalithamma a standardized research tool was used comprising of 05 major areas of teaching competency. Results reviles that There is a significant difference between teaching competency of male and female teachers group, high and low qualified teachers and high and low socio-economic status teachers group.

The advanced systems based on the wireless sensor network, artificial intelligence and the eco-system of the communication protocols provides possibilities of building more efficient, robust and flexible system for the urban environment monitoring. The exacting and obstinate constraints of the communication channel have various limitations of the real-time monitoring based on the network performance of the data delivery through the wireless sensor network deployments in the urban environment. These challenges can be handled by the use of the smart ad intelligent system using predictive modeler by incorporating the machine learning aspects of the artificial intelligence by means of behavioral study of the historical data of the environment conditions in the urban context. Another critical challenge is that the deployment strategy for specific application demands a customized architecture of the wireless sensor network setup. To alleviate this challenge, this paper basically provides a generalized architecture design approach for the urban environment monitoring with the use-case study on the air quality dataset, water quality dataset, urban power usage dataset and storm risk prediction dataset so that the innovative solution approach becomes adaptive to the varied application context.

In the present paper, the author has studied about the structures which are the products and ratios of statistically independently distributed positive real scalar random variables. The author has derived the exact density of a slightly different Type-1 beta density by the Mellin Transform and Hankel Tranform of the unknown density and afterthat the unknown density has been derived in terms of Aleph functions by taking the inverse Mellin transform and Inverse Hankel Transform .A more general structure of Type-1 beta density has also been discussed. Some special cases in terms of H -function are also given.

The main purpose of this article is to analyse the level an environment awareness ability of 10+2 science and arts students. The investigator used normative survey method and Sample selected through random sampling technique. 100 10+2 students were identified as samples including 50% of boys and 50% girls students were selected. The environment awareness ability scale developed by Dr. Praveen Kumar Jha, was used for collection of data. The scale here contains 51 items (including 41 positive and 8 negative statements) with agree and disagree response categories. The result shows that there is significant difference between boys and girls of 10+2 students in their environment awareness ability, there is significant difference between urban and rural of 10+2 students in their environment awareness ability and there is significant difference between science and arts students of 10+2 classes in their environment awareness ability.

The paper summarises the issues and challenges of Informal Employment in India. The informal sector is considered to be a vital sector of the Indian Economy. The works of the informal one are excluded in the GDP and GNP of India. Thus, India being one of the developing countries, the informal employment accounts for the majority of employment, however, it is not considered much , in comparison to the formal sector. It also gives out the definition of employment in the Informal Sector as per the International Labour Organisation(ILO) and is an assemblage of employment in micro, small and medium enterprises, casual, self-employed and rural workers, impact of economic reforms on informal employment in India, rural and urban informal employment and labour migration and employment conditions of Indians working as informal workers abroad. An effort has been made to highlight the difficulties of the informal and unorganized economy in the country through various diameters such as work deficit, labour market distress and poverty. The various measures by Government such as Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana(PMMY) and Government Policy regarding informal enterprises and informal labour in India have been highlighted in the paper,to the best extent possible.
